SEO/SEM EXPERIENCE. YOUR WORK AND ITS AUDIENCE.
I bring over 17 years of SEO and SEM experience, including work with more than 200 clients across Poland and Europe. I apply that experience to website planning: helping people find the site, understand what you offer, and take the next step. The brands and figures shown refer to my SEO and SEM work.
We talk about your works and who you want to show them to: collectors, curators, publishers or people ordering your own project. We determine what is available, how you describe the series and the role of exhibitions and collaborations. From these answers, the portfolio structure, content and how to start the conversation are created.

6 EXAMPLE DIRECTIONS FOR ARTISTS

MISCELLANEOUS MEDIA. DIFFERENT PURPOSES.
Painters, illustrators, and installation artists need different ways to present their work. We choose an approach that fits your materials and working arrangements. A portfolio with commission inquiries or sales options does not always need a full online store.
We will divide the work into series or techniques. Next to the photos we will show the titles, dimensions, year and availability if you want to publish them. The collector will look at the whole thing and its details, and then ask about a specific work.
The publisher or brand will see the selected designs, their use and your participation. We will separate original experiments from commissions. We will describe how to convey the idea, the planned date and the scope of use of the work.
We plan room for multiple views, a sense of scale, and exhibition photos. Video can be included when it helps visitors understand the work. Curators can also find a project description, bio, and contact details.
FROM A WORK SERIES TO A SPECIFIC REQUEST
Example path: home page → work series → description of the selected work → inquiry. The second path may be a project → biography and exhibitions → a proposal for collaboration. The selection of pages depends on what you want to show and how you work.
We will organize the works by series, medium or project type. The selected work may have its own address, gallery of details and description. We will determine the order and method of showing available, sold and archival works.
A short biography, a description of the approach to creativity and a history of exhibitions will help to understand the context. We will show confirmed publications, residencies and awards. A CV or downloadable press kit is an option as needed.
A catalog with an inquiry button may be sufficient for a purchase conversation. For bespoke projects, we will explain your process and the information you need. If you want online payment, the store will receive a separate scope.
We will provide you with an address for inquiries, a gallery representing you or a contact person. We will add exhibition announcements and event archives if you plan to update them. A second language version may facilitate contact abroad.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
We will agree on the gallery layout, pages, descriptions and update process. The project scope will determine how we present your work, what you deliver and which features require additional pricing. The project is intended to support the experience of your art and the way to get in touch.
We will match the photo proportions, background and typography to the materials and the way they are viewed. Three free concepts will show you different directions. You don't need a ready-made brand identity to start a conversation.
We will plan thumbnails, enlargements and transitions between works. We will prepare files for display online. We will check framing, readability of descriptions, menus and buttons on various screens.
We will organize information about works, biography and descriptions of series. We will determine the editing access and the number of artwork pages. You approve captions, authorship, exhibition list and accessibility information.
We plan addresses of series and works, titles, headings, image descriptions and linking. Thanks to the copy, the website also explains the topic and the technique of creativity. Ongoing SEO and promotion have a separate scope.
The form may convey the title of the work or the subject of the order. Shop, payments, newsletter and additional languages require the scope, support and costs of tools to be determined. We can also connect the portfolio with a link to an existing store.
Before launch, we check images, captions, links, and the agreed visitor journeys. Once you approve the site, we publish it and provide your login details. We also explain how to add artwork and discuss maintenance and ongoing website support.
INTEREST HAS ITS NEXT STEP
A person asking about an available image needs different information than a curator planning an exhibition or a publisher ordering an illustration. We will show you the right contact for work and projects. We will agree on what should be included in the first message.
An inquiry button on an artwork page can include its title or reference number. Visitors can ask about availability, pricing, and pickup or shipping. We plan how to update availability so sold work can stay in your portfolio.
The description of the collaboration will help to provide the topic, application, format and planned date. We will show examples corresponding to the type of order. You agree on the details and pricing of your work with the person concerned.
The curator will find a CV, project descriptions and an interview address. If you are represented by a gallery, we will indicate the appropriate person. We will prepare press materials for download within the agreed scope.
You can start with a catalog and individual arrangements. A shopping cart shop is an option when you want to handle online orders. We will discuss originals, editions, availability, payment and delivery before pricing.
PHOTOS AND CAPTIONS FORM THE WHOLE
Photos show the work; descriptions explain its medium, size, and context. We organize both so visitors can explore your art and find the details they need. Photo preparation and copywriting are agreed on before development.
Selected photos, division into series and indication of the most important projects will be useful to start with. When dealing with spatial objects, it is worth showing several shots and the scale. We retain the source materials and select files of the appropriate size for the website.
We collect titles, year, technique, dimensions and editing information. You can add a short description of the idea and availability status. We establish an update method so that the information about the sold work changes without removing it from the portfolio.
We help you organize your biography and text about your approach to creativity. We can prepare descriptions of exhibitions or projects separately. We publish verified information and materials to which you are entitled; we arrange photo credits with you.
We will agree on adding new works, updating exhibitions and additional languages. A CV, PDF catalog or media package can complement the gallery available on the website. We will plan a blog and a newsletter if you have an idea for running them.
SEE THE DESIGNS. THEN DECIDE.
Compare three concepts for the appearance and layout of an art page. You will see different ways to show your works, series and information about yourself. This stage is free of charge, without a contract or deposit.
Tell us what you are creating and what the purpose of your website is. Add a link to your current portfolio or a few selected works. You don't need to have a detailed brief. Concepts help you choose a direction before ordering a website.
The free concepts show possible designs and layouts. Building and launching your website is a separate, paid stage that begins only after you approve the scope and price.
SITE SCOPE AND MAINTENANCE COSTS
The price depends on the number of galleries and artwork pages, design, preparation of materials, content editing tools and features. After the conversation, you will receive a custom quote. The scenarios below show what's possible - without imposing a package you don't need.
For an artist who wants to showcase selected work and give visitors one clear way to get in touch. The layout combines a gallery, a short bio, and an inquiry option.
For an artist with several series, exhibitions or different types of work. Separate addresses will allow you to indicate a specific project or work.
For the creator planning a shop, international contact or regular publications. The selection of features results from the needs and possibilities of operation.
Construction and maintenance have separate costs. Your quote covers the content, pages, features, timeline, and revisions. Domain registration, hosting, licenses, software subscriptions, and payment processing fees are separate. Adding artwork, extra languages, ongoing website support, and marketing can be included in a separate agreement. Your first 3 design concepts are free.
FOUR STAGES. COMMON DIRECTION.
First, we define the purpose of the website, then its appearance and development scope. The timeline depends on the number of works, features and availability of content. You will receive the schedule and conditions of the paid stage before it starts.
We discuss media, series and audiences for your art. We choose sample works and the route to the inquiry. For an existing website, we check which content and addresses are worth keeping.
You receive three free design and layout suggestions. You compare the way the works are presented and provide comments. You decide whether you want to order the website build.
We confirm the scope, price, schedule and fixes. We implement the selected direction, galleries and agreed features. You approve the staff, captions and information about yourself.
We verify mobile layouts, enlargements of works, links and contact information. After approval, we launch the website and provide your login details. We discuss editing and further maintenance.
FURTHER WORK. NEW EXHIBITIONS. YOUR OWN ADDRESS.
We will plan how to add series, exhibitions and subsequent projects. You don't have to implement all the features at the start. We will agree on priorities, responsibility for updates and costs of subsequent changes.
The names of the series, descriptions of the works and information about you form the basis for ongoing marketing. We can separately discuss SEO or campaigns appropriate to the site's purpose. Launching a portfolio does not guarantee inquiries, sales or exhibition invitations.
We review existing artwork URLs, content, and any redirects needed. We plan the domain switch so your email keeps working. Your new website can still link to your social profiles, galleries, and existing sales channels.
We will choose the content editing tools the gallery and accessibility information. You can agree to handle it yourself or outsource changes. Before the start, we will discuss the costs of maintenance, tool renewal and the scope of optional website support.

QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU START
Answers about concepts, pricing, photos, editing and sales.
Yes. These are three preliminary design and layout concepts without any fee, deposit or signing of the contract. You can choose a direction or decide not to proceed. Creating a working website and launching it is a later, paid stage after you approve the scope and price.
We prepare the quote after the conversation. The number of series and works, pages, preparation of photos and copy, editing and additional features are important. You will receive details of the costs of the domain, hosting, license and optional website support separately.
We set the timeline once the scope is clear and we know when your content will be ready. A large catalog, several languages or a store require a different schedule than one gallery. We will also allow time for your approval of photos, captions and the design.
A description of the work, the purpose of the website and a link to the current portfolio or selection of works are enough. Later we will collect photos, titles, techniques, dimensions, a short biography and information about exhibitions. Indicate the materials intended for publication and the authors of the photos. You don't need finished copy to start a conversation.
Your own website can organize works into series, present a biography and collect contact details at one address. We will connect social profiles and the gallery with links. If you already sell there, you don't have to build a second store right away.
Yes. We can separate available works from the archive and group them according to series or techniques. The sold work may remain part of the body of work with the appropriate status. We will determine who updates availability and whether you need filters.
We can arrange a catalog with an inquiry or a shop with a shopping cart and payments. At the store we discuss unique works, editing efforts, variants, stock, delivery and supplier fees. We determine the scope of sales and the necessary content separately before the quote.
If you want to run the portfolio yourself, we will plan the appropriate editing access and discuss its management. You can also order individual updates. The choice of solution depends on the frequency of changes, the number of materials and the people who will publish them.
Any image shared in the browser can be copied or photographed. We can select preview sizes, author captions and agreed watermarks. We do not promise complete protection; we will determine the quality of presentation and readability of markings together.
Yes, as agreed range. We will define the pages to be translated, the person who approves the copy and the update process both versions. A CV, PDF catalog or press kit can complement your portfolio. Their development and translation are elements of the quote.
The scope may include portfolio structure, titles, headings, photo descriptions and linking. Ongoing SEO, campaigns and publications are separate services. After launch, there are the costs of the domain, hosting and any licenses; we arrange website support additionally.
After checking the configuration, we will plan how to keep your domain and email working during the transition. We will review series and artwork URLs to plan needed redirects. If you are changing the platform, we will also determine the scope of transfer of materials.
