SEO/SEM EXPERIENCE. GET TO KNOW YOUR SCHOOL.
I bring over 17 years of SEO and SEM experience, including work with more than 200 clients across Poland and Europe. I apply that experience to website planning: helping people find the site, understand what you offer, and take the next step. The brands and figures shown refer to my SEO and SEM work.
We talk about the type of school, the organization of admissions and the questions that most often reach the secretariat. We check the current website, archive, documents and who adds advertisements. We determine the needs of the management and editors so that the website layout corresponds to the daily rhythm of the institution.

6 EXAMPLES OF DIRECTIONS FOR SCHOOLS

VARIOUS FACILITIES. DIFFERENT NEEDS.
Elementary schools need clear communication with families. Middle schools, high schools, and career programs also need to explain their courses and pathways. We tailor the layout to the school, its community, and how staff manage the site.
We will organize information about admissions to the first class, common room, canteen and additional activities. The parent will find documents, meeting dates and contact details of the appropriate person. We will separate important announcements from event reports.
We will show the actual class profiles, educational fields and learning conditions. The candidate will go from what you offer to the admissions schedule and the indicated admissions system. We will present open days, workshops and projects based on school materials.
For a private school, we will explain the teaching model and admission rules, and we will show the fees according to the institution's data. In a school complex, we will assign each unit its own information, documents and contacts, maintaining a common identity.
INFORMATION FOR PARENTS, STUDENTS AND CANDIDATES
We give current updates and everyday resources clear places on the site. Prospective families can move from the home page to programs, admissions information, and then the application system or the right contact.
We will collect profiles, professions or curriculum, dates, required documents and open days in one place. The dates are described for a specific admissions year. The parent will see the next step and the contact details of the person responsible for admissions.
Organizational messages, events and achievements may have separate categories. We will agree to highlight the urgent announcement, publication date and archive of school years. We will use photos and descriptions after approval by the school.
Office hours, common room, canteen, bells and the school year calendar will make everyday matters easier. The link to the diary will be visible outside the news feed. We will only select tabs that the school actually needs and maintains.
School policies, regulations, and student safeguarding documents receive clear labels and a place for current versions. We include public records links and accessibility information where relevant. Your school approves the documents and content published.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
We will agree on the design, pages, content editing tools and features needed by your school. We will explain the scope of migration, accessibility work and website handover before paid website development begins.
We will combine the identification of the school with photos of the building, workshops and everyday life of the school. Three free concepts will allow you to compare the information hierarchy and appearance before commissioning the website.
The parent should conveniently read the admissions deadline and the student should find the announcement. We check the menu, layout, buttons and focus. The scope of accessibility requirements and the method of collection are determined for a specific facility.
We will select the scope of management of advertisements, documents and photos. If different people are posting, we'll discuss roles, post approval, and onboarding. We include the panel and training within the agreed scope.
We plan titles, headings and links so that information about the school and its offer is easy to find. During reconstruction, we establish redirection of old addresses. We discuss ongoing SEO separately.
A visible link to an existing system is often sufficient. Embedding a tool or exchanging data requires vendor verification and a separate quote. We select the calendar, search engine and additional languages according to your needs.
Before launch, we verify content, documents, links and agreed user paths. We establish accessibility tests, transfer of access and responsibility for subsequent updates. We price technical support separately.
SCHOOL CANDIDATE AND CURRENT COMMUNITY
A person choosing a school needs different information than a parent of a current student. We design two clear paths: getting to know the school and admissions, and quick access to current issues.
The description of the class or profession profile refers to the rules and deadlines for admissions. We will show you the required steps and the correct reporting channel. The admissions form with candidate data is a separate scope that requires agreement on the process and data protection.
Student portal links, meeting details, the school calendar, and documents should be easy to find alongside news. We plan useful shortcuts and highlight important notices. Your designated editor keeps the information accurate and current.
The secretariat, admissions and individual units may have different hours and contact details. We will sort them out and add directions. Simply asking about a facility does not require sending student documents.
We will mark the link to Librus, VULCAN or other journal used according to the actual tool. We do not promise integration without checking the capabilities of the supplier. The information website does not replace the journal or admissions system.
SCHOOL MATERIALS. CLEAR PUBLICATION PLAN.
We collect information that parents, students and applicants need. We determine the editing of copy and work on documents in the quote. The school approves the service information, dates and materials intended for publication.
The logo, name of the school, description of the program, profiles or professions, and photos of the building and studio will be useful. We will show the actual conditions of learning and classes. We describe achievements based on confirmed materials, with date and context.
We will review the list of files, their versions and how to share them. We will agree on work on available documents and the necessary content equivalents in HTML. The scan or poster itself with text may make it difficult to obtain information.
For public schools, we include digital accessibility obligations and accessibility declarations. The scope of work, tests and acceptance is described in the arrangements. Availability also depends on copy, files and photos added later.
We will determine who publishes announcements, verifies admissions deadlines and reviews documents. Before migrating, you will select the materials to keep. We will use photos approved by the school, without downloading student data for the brief.
SEE THE DESIGNS. THEN DECIDE.
Compare three concepts for the appearance and layout of your school's website. You will see different ways of presenting the school, admissions and daily information. This stage is free of charge, without a contract or deposit.
Describe the type of school, the current service and what you want to facilitate for parents and staff. You don't need a detailed brief. The suggestions will help you choose a direction before ordering the construction of your website.
The free concepts show possible designs and layouts. Building and launching your website is a separate, paid stage that begins only after you approve the scope and price.
SCHOOL PAGE - PRICE AND SCOPE
The price depends on the website structure, design, content editing tools, features and the amount of materials to be transferred. Work on documents and agreed accessibility verification are also important. You will receive a custom quote; the scenarios below show ranges, not price packages.
For an institution that needs clear presentation, messages and simple access to contacts. The editing access depends on the people running the website.
For a school with regular publications and more information. We agree on the division of content, the editorial panel and the scope of migration.
For several units, a large archive or a website requiring additional features. We determine the scope of documents and accessibility tests before the quote.
We price construction and maintenance separately. The scope will define pages, content, features, migration, deadline and fixes. We discuss domain, hosting, renewals and licenses separately. Maintenance, further publications, new features and promotion require separate arrangements. Your 3 initial design concepts are free.
FOUR STAGES. CLEAR ARRANGEMENTS.
The schedule depends on scope, availability of materials and facility approval. It is worth planning the migration taking into account the admissions period and current publications. We confirm the date before the paid stage.
We discuss the audience, admissions, publications and current service. We check the structure, archive and systems used. We determine the people responsible for the materials and approval of the project.
You receive three free design and layout suggestions. You compare the school's presentation and the paths of the parent and the candidate. You decide whether to order the website build.
We confirm the price, scope, deadline, revisions and method of receipt. We develop the selected project, implement the content and agreed features. The school approves documents, data and admissions deadlines.
We test mobile layouts, links and agreed paths as well as accessibility requirements. After approval, we launch the website, provide the agreed access and discuss editing and further service.
MIGRATION, SERVICE AND THE NEXT SCHOOL YEAR
The school website changes with the calendar and educational offer. We will determine how to update admissions, organize older entries and develop the website. We discuss the scope of website support and subsequent work separately.
Before migration, we list existing URLs, posts, and files. We agree on what to move, keep in an archive, or redirect. Domain settings and continued email service are planned before the switch.
Employees can manage an agreed portion of content or request changes. We'll discuss technical updates, backups, and support policies based on your chosen solution. The school is responsible for keeping the approved information up to date.
A consistent name of the institution, descriptions of courses and clear addresses help find information about the school. SEO, admissions campaigns or content development are a separate scope. Just launching a website does not guarantee admissions or a Google ranking.

QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU START
Answers about pricing, editing, accessibility, and website migration.
Yes. Your three initial design and layout concepts are free, with no deposit, contract, or obligation to continue. A brief description of your business and goals is enough to start. Building and launching the website is a separate, paid stage that begins only after you approve the scope and price.
We prepare a custom quote for your project. What matters are pages, design, content editing tools, features, migration and work on accessibility and documents. Before development, you will learn about the development scope and the separate costs of maintenance, license and optional website support.
We set the date after recognizing the scope and availability of materials. Large archives, files to organize or integrations require more work. The schedule takes into account the school's approval and periods important for admissions and publication of announcements.
For public schools, we include obligations for digital accessibility and the publication of an accessibility declaration. Before development, we determine the requirements, scope of tests and method of acceptance. Verification also applies to content and documents; the template or contrast change panel alone does not confirm the compliance of the entire website. Liability for subsequent publications also needs to be determined.
If your team needs daily editing access, we include tools for the agreed content, such as announcements, events, photos, and documents. For multiple authors, we discuss roles and approval workflows. Training and ongoing assistance are agreed on before development.
First, we will check access to the old website, addresses, file formats and archive size. We will agree on materials to be transferred, redirected and the retention of the domain and email. We do not assume automatic import of everything; cleaning work and adjustment of documents are specified in the quote.
Yes, we can provide visible links to tools used by the school. Embedding a widget or exchanging data requires checking the capabilities and conditions of the provider. The information website does not replace the electronic journal or admissions system.
We review how you currently publish information and which references are needed. We can organize documents, link to an existing public records portal, and provide space for accessibility information. Building a separate portal or making files accessible requires its own scope. Your school approves published documents.
Share your school’s name and type, logo, current website, programs, and the pages you need. Tell us who publishes announcements and which systems you use. A short description is enough to start. Do not send student data, admissions documents, or portal login details.
The agreed scope may include address structure, titles, headings and linking. The descriptions refer to the actual offer of the school. Ongoing SEO, campaigns and regular content editing are separate services, with no guarantee of the number of candidates or positions.
Ongoing costs include domain registration, hosting, and any licenses. Technical support, content updates, new features, and marketing are quoted separately. Before development, we explain recurring costs and renewals and agree on who maintains the site.
