SEO/SEM EXPERIENCE. THE NEEDS OF YOUR COMMUNITY.
I bring over 17 years of SEO and SEM experience, including work with more than 200 clients across Poland and Europe. I apply that experience to website planning: helping people find the site, understand what you offer, and take the next step. The brands and figures shown refer to my SEO and SEM work.
We talk to the person responsible for the website about the order of Mass, publishing announcements, prayer intentions and the life of communities. We determine who adds content, who approves it and what is problematic on the current site. A different scope is sufficient for a church with one church, and another for chapels and many groups. From these arrangements, the layout, pages and content editing tools are created.

6 EXAMPLES OF DESTINATIONS FOR CHURCHES

YOUR CHURCH. THE PEOPLE YOU SERVE.
The parishioner returns for current news. The guest is looking for Mass time and directions. The person running the website needs convenient editing. We will choose the layout and features to suit these three perspectives and the real life of your church.
Key hours, announcements and contact details should be close to each other. We will plan a simple layout with space for weekly messages and information about the sacraments. There is no need for an extensive menu for parishioners to quickly find the answer.
We will distribute the order of Mass, addresses and directions for each place. Clear names will make it easier to see where the service is taking place. We will show holiday and seasonal changes at the appropriate location.
Church groups may have descriptions, meeting dates and indicated methods of contact. If the news is prepared by several people, we will agree on the editing access and approval of the publication. We will select the gallery and calendar of events according to the possibilities of conducting them.
MOST IMPORTANT INFORMATION AT HAND
An example visitor route: home page → Mass agenda or announcements → details → contact with the church. We will show frequently searched information right away. History and galleries will be given a place that does not hinder access to current affairs.
Order for weekdays, Sundays and holidays, confession times and seasonal changes. We will show separate schedules for several churches. The data is provided and approved by the church; it should be easy for a designated person to update them.
Clearly dated weekly announcements help visitors find current information. We agree on how to publish and archive announcements and prayer intentions. Text should be easy to read on mobile without zooming into a scanned bulletin.
Office hours, telephone number, address and information on how to start dealing with a given matter. Descriptions of preparation for baptism, marriage or confirmation will be based on materials approved by the church. Personal details are to be agreed with the office.
Introduce your pastors, groups, meeting times, church history, and location. Galleries, news, and livestream links can be added as needed. Visitors should know whom to contact and when.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
We will agree on the appearance, pages, method of publication and features needed by your church. We will explain what materials you provide, what we prepare and which options require additional pricing. We will also select a solution for the people operating the website.
We combine photos of your church, its logo, and a calm visual style with information that is easy to find. Three free concepts let you compare design directions before committing to development.
Mass times and announcements are intended to be easy to read on a phone. We check the menu, contrast, buttons and keyboard operation. Photos and effects should not obscure the information someone came for.
We organize permanent information and sections updated every week. The scope of editorial assistance and the number of pages are part of the quote. The hours, names of pastors and descriptions of office matters are approved by the church.
We plan logical addresses, titles, headers and links between pages. The full church name, locality and consistent data help to clearly describe the site. Fixed SEO is a separate scope; we do not promise specific items.
We will define how to add announcements, prayer intentions and photos. Calendar, transmissions or connection to the tool used require separate arrangements. We will check the supplier's capabilities and possible fees before quoting.
Before starting, we check the data, links and agreed features. After approval, we provide your login details and discuss editing and maintenance. We determine who is responsible for publishing further information.
CONTACT TAILORED TO THE WORK OF THE CHURCH
The church website helps you find information and the right way of contact. Not every case needs a form. We will plan paths in accordance with how the office works and how the church communicates with congregation members.
A visible phone number, office hours, and notices about schedule changes help people contact the church. On mobile, a tap-to-call button makes calling easier. Urgent notices should also be easy to find from the home page.
We will show you where to handle a given matter, how to arrange a conversation and what information to prepare according to church rules. The descriptions on the website do not replace arrangements with the pastor. Their scope and validity are approved by the person responsible for the church.
If your church livestreams services, we can add a link or embedded player from your provider. We show when to watch and how to reach your official channel. Embedding a stream is an optional feature; recording and equipment purchases are separate.
The short form may facilitate general organizational questions. Registration for events or other tools requires field, access and service arrangements. We select the scope so as not to collect information unnecessary for a given purpose.
MATERIALS AND DAILY MAINTENANCE
To plan a website, we need information about the church, not a ready-made technical presentation. We will determine what is already on the current website, which materials are worth keeping and who will update them. The editing access and transfer of the archive will be specified in the quote.
Name and address, order of Mass, office hours, pastors and descriptions of the sacraments. Identify the person who approves this data and how to report changes. We will organize the content into sections corresponding to visitors' questions.
Photos of the church, its surroundings and the church sign, if any, will be useful. We will select materials for specific places in the project. You provide photos of people and events in the version intended and approved for publication.
We will plan titles with a validity period and readable text on the page. The PDF may remain as an additional download. This makes it easier to distinguish the current ad from the archived one, also on a small screen.
We will determine who adds weekly announcements, changes the schedule and posts photos. We will choose the content editing tools for these tasks. We will provide instructions, transfer of staff and possible assistance after launch within the agreed scope.
SEE THE DESIGNS. THEN DECIDE.
Compare three concepts for the appearance and layout of your church website. You will see different ways of showing everyday information and community life. This stage is free of charge, without a contract or deposit.
Describe the church, the current website and what you want to make it easier for congregation members or editors. You don't need a detailed brief. The suggestions will help you choose a direction before ordering the construction of your website.
The free concepts show possible designs and layouts. Building and launching your website is a separate, paid stage that begins only after you approve the scope and price.
WEBSITE - PRICE AND SCOPE
The price of a website for a church depends on the number of pages, design, materials, archive and content editing tools. After the conversation, you will receive a custom quote. The scenarios below show possible ranges; they are not ready-made price packages.
For a church that needs a clear order of Masses, current announcements and office data. We will agree on a simple structure and update process.
For a community publishing prayer intentions, news and information for groups. Separate sections will allow you to organize the content and archive.
For churches with a larger archive, several places of worship or additional tools. The scope depends on the current materials and the needs of the editorial office.
We price construction and maintenance separately. The scope will define pages, content, editing, deadline and revisions. We will discuss the domain, hosting, renewals and licenses of selected tools separately. Technical support, adding weekly content and further development require separate arrangements. Your first 3 design concepts are free.
FOUR STAGES. CLEAR ARRANGEMENTS.
First, we establish priorities, materials and the person who approves the site. The schedule depends on the scope and time for approval. You will learn the terms of paid website development before starting this stage.
We discuss the current website, daily questions from congregation members and how information is published. We determine the necessary departments, available materials and people responsible for content and service.
We show three free directions for appearance and layout. You compare the presentation of the church and access to the most important information. You provide your comments and decide whether you want to order the website build.
We confirm the price, scope, deadline and revisions. We develop the selected project, add approved content and agreed features. We plan to migrate the current website before switching the address.
We verify data, mobile layouts, menus and agreed editor actions. Once approved, we launch the site, provide your login details, and discuss edits, renewals, and further support.
KEEPING INFORMATION CURRENT. PLANNING AHEAD.
A well-planned website also needs up-to-date content and established service. Before we start, we will discuss the editor's tasks, maintenance costs and possible extensions. Each additional scope will be adjusted to the church's capabilities.
The full name of the church, town, correct data and logical pages form the basis for visibility. We can discuss further SEO work separately if needed. Launching a website does not guarantee rankings in the search engine.
We will check the domain, mail, old addresses and materials to be transferred. We will agree on the archive and redirection. If the church has hosting or change approval requirements, we will include these in the migration plan.
You can choose to manage content yourself, commission individual edits or discuss ongoing maintenance. Technical updates and posting announcements are different tasks. We will determine liability, scope of assistance and renewal costs.

QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU START
Answers about pricing, announcements, content updates, and website migration.
Yes. Your three initial design and layout concepts are free, with no deposit, contract, or obligation to continue. A brief description of your business and goals is enough to start. Building and launching the website is a separate, paid stage that begins only after you approve the scope and price.
We prepare a custom quote for your project. Pages, design, materials, archive transfer, content editing tools and features are important. Before development, you will learn the development scope and the separate costs of the domain, hosting, license and optional website support.
We set the timeline after reviewing the scope and materials. A larger archive or additional features require more work than a simple news service. The schedule also takes into account the church's approval of the data and project. You will meet him before the paid stage.
To start, all you need is the name of the church, the town, the address of the current site and a description of your needs. Later, the approved Mass times, office details, descriptions of permanent departments and photos intended for publication will be useful. Do not attach office documents or parishioners' personal data to your project inquiry.
If the church wants to run these departments on its own, we will take editing into account when choosing a solution. We will agree on the publication of copy, date, archive and people operating the website. The method of providing service and assistance after launch will be part of the agreed scope.
No. We can schedule announcements as readable text with a date or week range, and leave the PDF file for download. We will agree the arrangement with the church so that the weekly update is convenient and congregation members can read the content on their phones.
Such features are negotiable options. We will check the link or embed of the player of the provider used and how events are added. Equipment, broadcasting and utility fees are not automatically part of the site's performance.
Yes, the scope may include separate locations, addresses, schedules and directions. We will agree on clear names and how to update changes. The number of pages and the features needed to operate them affect the pricing.
First, we will check the configuration and access possibilities of the current website. We will review the domain settings and email, materials to be transferred and necessary redirects. The scope of archive migration depends on its format and size; we will confirm it before making it.
The agreed scope includes the structure, addresses, titles, headings and links between pages. We provide the name of the church and the town according to its actual data. Ongoing SEO and content development are separate services. We do not guarantee specific rankings on Google.
We agree on this before launch. Your church chooses who keeps announcements, hours, and other information current. You can update content yourself, request individual changes, or choose an ongoing support plan. Hosting, domain registration, renewals, and technical updates are discussed separately.
