SEO/SEM EXPERIENCE. GETTING TO KNOW YOUR OFFICE.
I bring over 17 years of SEO and SEM experience, including work with more than 200 clients across Poland and Europe. I apply that experience to website planning: helping people find the site, understand what you offer, and take the next step. The brands and figures shown refer to my SEO and SEM work.
We talk about the scope of treatment, the team and how to make appointments. We determine whether you run an individual practice, a family practice or a clinic with several specialists. We collect questions that patients ask the reception before their first visit. Based on this, we plan pages, content and appointment booking access.

6 CONCEPTS FOR DENTAL OFFICES

YOUR OFFICE. YOUR PATIENTS' NEEDS.
One practice needs a concise presentation, and a clinic with many doctors needs a clear division of services and appointment booking. We plan the website of a dental office according to the actual scope of activity and the method of serving patients.
We will show the doctor, services offered, opening hours and directions. With a narrower scope, one party can collect the most important information. The patient will find a phone number and learn how to make an appointment for the first time.
We will organize information for adults and parents of children if you have them. Photos of the office, team presentation and description of the adaptation visit will help you get to know the place. You will approve the content about the course of your visits before publication.
We will assign treatment areas to appropriate physicians and facilities. Orthodontics, implantology or endodontics may have separate pages if they are in your services. If there are several addresses, the patient should select the correct appointment booking.
INFORMATION NEEDED BEFORE YOUR FIRST VISIT
Example path: service → doctor → information about the first visit → appointment booking. We will select pages so that the patient can find the necessary treatment area, get to know the team and check the next step.
Conservative dentistry, hygienization, root canal treatment, prosthetics or orthodontics - we will only choose real office services. More important areas may receive separate descriptions, combined with a doctor, pricing and contact details.
The profiles will present people accepting patients, their scope of work and confirmed qualifications. Authentic photos will show the team and interiors. We will not assign titles or specializations that the doctor does not have.
We will include the current pricing provided by the practice and an explanation of what the amounts include. The organization of the first consultation, the method of appointment booking and the information prepared for the children's parents can be described separately.
Telephone, reception hours, address and directions should be easily accessible. We will add information about parking and entrance based on your materials. We will match the link or booking widget to the system you use.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
We will agree on the structure, appearance and features needed for your office. The quote will determine the number of pages, the editing of materials, the content editing tools and the scope of appointment booking. You know what you are delivering and which elements require additional arrangements.
We will combine the logo, photos and way of presenting the team with a clear layout of services. Three free concepts will allow you to see different directions before deciding on website development.
We check the readability of copy, menus, buttons and keyboard operation. The patient is to find the service and how to contact the reception also on a smaller screen.
We help organize descriptions of services, doctors and the first visit. The editing access is part of the quote. Medical information and statements about the office are approved by the person you indicate.
We plan addresses, titles, headers and links between services. We take into account the actual location and data of the facilities. We discuss ongoing SEO and ongoing marketing separately.
The visible telephone may lead to the reception and the button may lead to the current calendar. Widget embedding or integration requires checking the provider, scope and possible fees.
Before departure, we check the data, links and the route to make an appointment. After approval, we provide your login details and discuss updates, maintenance and further support.
FROM EXPLORING SERVICES TO BOOKING A VISIT
Not every practice needs a new booking system. We start by understanding how you manage appointments. A phone call, a callback request, and a confirmed online booking are different—the website should make it clear which option a patient is using.
The number available for services and doctor profiles will allow you to start a call with one touch. We will show appointment booking hours and the correct number for each facility. We will only add information about urgent registrations in accordance with your rules.
If you use a signup tool, we will check the link, widget or integration. Physician availability, appointments and confirmations are subject to provider capabilities. We will explain licenses and subscriptions before choosing a solution.
A short form can handle callback requests or general office questions. We explain when the front desk will respond and when an appointment is confirmed. A public service page does not need treatment details or medical attachments.
We will prepare information about appointment booking, cancellation and travel in accordance with the practice of the office. For several locations, we will separate addresses and registrations. The patient should know where his visit will take place.
AUTHENTIC OFFICE. RELIABLE INFORMATION.
The patient may not know the names of the procedures or the organization of the office. We help you organize content that explains what you offer and prepares you for contact. We base them on your materials; medical information and its validity are approved by the office.
We collect the actual scope of treatment and information that the office wants to provide before the consultation. We write in accessible language, without guarantees of results and slogans about the best method for each patient.
Logos, photographs of doctors and interiors, role descriptions and confirmed qualifications will be useful. We will select materials intended for publication. Photos of treatment cases or opinions require separate arrangements before use.
How do I book for my child? Where can I park? Can I reschedule? We use common questions from your front desk to prepare FAQs and first-visit information. Your practice supplies any medical guidance; we do not use generic advice.
Assign someone to keep pricing, team profiles, and booking hours current. A blog is useful if you have a plan for publishing and clinical review. We agree on editing access and copywriting support before development begins.
SEE THE DESIGNS. THEN DECIDE.
Compare three concepts for the appearance and layout of your office website. You will see different ways to present doctors, services and the route to appointment booking. This stage is free of charge, without a contract or deposit.
All you need is a description of the office, services, team and the current method of booking appointments. Add what you want to improve on your website. You don't need a detailed brief - the proposals will help you choose a direction before ordering the work.
The free concepts show possible designs and layouts. Building and launching your website is a separate, paid stage that begins only after you approve the scope and price.
WEBSITE - PRICE AND SCOPE
The price depends on the pages, design, copy editing, content editing tools and appointment booking feature. After the conversation, we will prepare a custom quote. The scenarios below show the differences in scope; they are not ready-made price packages.
For a doctor or office with a smaller range of services. One view collects scope of services, doctor information, hours and appointment booking.
For a practice with several treatment areas. Separate pages allow you to connect the service, doctor and information before the visit.
For an institution that needs several locations, a language version, educational content or a connection to a calendar.
Website development and ongoing costs are priced separately. Your quote covers the pages, content, features, timeline, and revisions. Domain registration, hosting, renewals, and booking provider fees have separate costs. Ongoing website support, additional pages, and marketing are quoted separately. Your first 3 design concepts are free.
FOUR STAGES. CLEAR ARRANGEMENTS.
Each stage has a specific task and a moment for your decision. We will adjust the schedule to the scope, availability of materials and their verification. You will learn the terms of paid website development before starting this stage.
We discuss your services, team, locations, and front desk workflow. We review your current website and materials, then identify what patients need to know before calling and which features will help them.
We show three free directions for appearance and layout. You compare the way the office is presented and provide comments. You can choose a direction or end this stage without ongoing work.
We confirm the price, pages, features, deadline and revisions. We develop the selected concept and implement materials. The office approves doctors' details, descriptions of services, pricing and information for patients.
We verify the layout on different screens, contact, links and appointment booking. After approval, we publish the website and provide the agreed access. We discuss updates and continued maintenance costs.
VISIBILITY, MAINTENANCE AND NEXT STEPS
A new doctor, a change in hours or the opening of another facility should be reflected on the website. We will determine the update process and space for new services. We price maintenance, expansion and SEO activities in accordance with the agreed scope.
Descriptions of actual services, consistent addresses and the connection of doctors to the facility form the basis for further actions. We discuss ongoing SEO and promotion separately, taking into account the nature of what you offer. Site launch does not guarantee rankings or number of visits.
We will check the content, old addresses and necessary redirects. We will review the domain settings, email and appointment booking links. We plan the change of hosting before the switch to take into account the tools used by the office.
We will select the scope of independent changes for the people operating the website. You can arrange website support or order individual updates. Before the start, we discuss access, renewals and responsibility for keeping the information up to date.

QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU START
Answers about concepts, pricing, content and appointment booking.
Yes. You receive three initial design and layout concepts without any fee, deposit or signing a contract. All you need is a description of the office and expectations. You can decide not to proceed. Concepts are not ready-made websites - creating a working website and publishing it is a later, paid stage after you approve the scope and price.
We prepare a custom quote for your project. Service pages, doctor profiles, copy, design, editing access and appointment booking method are important. The link to the current calendar has a different scope than integration. Before development begins, you will know the price and separate maintenance and licensing costs.
We set the timeline once the scope is clear and we know when your content will be ready. A clinic with several locations needs different planning than a single dentist’s website. The schedule includes design approval and your clinical review of the copy. You review it before paid development begins.
Services, facility details, team description, appointment booking hours, logo and address of the current website will be useful. Photos and pricing can be supplemented at an agreed stage. Do not submit patient information, treatment history or medical records. Information about the office is enough to start the project.
We will check the capabilities of the system you are using. A link to the calendar, embedding a widget or an agreed integration may be possible. Confirmations, cancellations and reminders depend on the provider. We determine the scope and fees before development begins; we do not promise feature availability without verification.
Submitting an inquiry does not necessarily confirm an appointment. We explain whether the front desk will call back or the booking system confirms a time automatically. Messages and follow-up steps reflect your practice’s process.
We can help with editing materials to an agreed extent. Information about treatment, qualifications, prices and preparation for the visit is provided and approved by the office. We do not promise treatment results and we do not provide unconfirmed competences. Case photos and opinions are determined separately before publication.
If you plan to edit it yourself, we will determine the necessary fields and access for the people running the website. You can also order updates as part of a separate support plan. Before launch, we define responsibility for current data and content review.
SEO basics may include service structure, titles, headings, addresses and links between pages. The actual location is presented in accordance with the office's data. Ongoing SEO, publications and promotion have a separate scope. Launching a website does not guarantee high positions or new patients.
First, we will check the current hosting and how the services work. We will review the domain settings, email and access to the calendar used. Reviewing old addresses will help you plan needed redirects. Transfers require configuration agreement before switching.
Domain, hosting and selected tools may require renewals or subscriptions. Maintenance, new pages, copy and feature development are a separate scope. Before development, we will explain recurring costs, update rules and agreed accesses.
