SEO/SEM EXPERIENCE. GETTING TO KNOW YOUR VACATION RENTALS.
I bring over 17 years of SEO and SEM experience, including work with more than 200 clients across Poland and Europe. I apply that experience to website planning: helping people find the site, understand what you offer, and take the next step. The brands and figures shown refer to my SEO and SEM work.
We talk about the number of vacation rentals, locations and guests you want to receive. We determine whether you confirm availability in person or use the reservation system. We check photos, rules of stay and recurring questions before arrival. On this basis, we select pages and features.

6 EXAMPLES OF DIRECTIONS FOR VACATION RENTALS

YOUR PROPERTY. DIFFERENT WAYS OF STAY.
A single vacation rental needs a different website than a portfolio of properties. We tailor the layout to the number of rentals, how you manage guests, and the information they use to choose a stay.
Photos of the interior, sleeping arrangement, equipment and rules of stay may be on one page. We will show you the location, parking and how to request a date. The guest has to understand whether this place suits his plans.
Separate vacation rental cards will allow you to compare the square footage, number of people, bedrooms and amenities. We will collect common information about arrival and check-in. The contact path will point to the selected property.
We will plan a directory divided into cities or addresses. A map, filters and several languages can make it easier to choose a larger offer. We will check their scope and connection with the reservation system before the quote.
FROM VIEWING THE INTERIORS TO CHOOSING A DATE
An example guest journey: home page → vacation rental card → stay policies → inquiry or reservation. Instead of expanding the menu unnecessarily, we will select sections and pages to suit your services.
Each property will receive a consistent set of information: photos, square footage, number of people, bed layout and actual amenities. We will show you the differences between the vacation rentals, e.g. balcony, elevator or work space, if available.
We will explain the seasonality of prices, minimum stay and additional fees according to your rules. The guest should know what what you offer includes and how to determine the total cost. Arrival times, cancellation policy and pet stays will be listed in a clear place.
The address, map and parking and entrance directions will make it easier to plan your arrival. We will describe the area using specific places and proven distances. If there are several addresses, each card will show the correct location.
A button on the property card may lead to an inquiry about the stay or the reservation system used. We will select it for your service. The FAQ will explain questions about equipment, key collection and payment.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
We will agree on the method of presenting the property, content and contact details. The quote will determine which materials you provide, what we prepare and what additional features need to be combined with the tools used in your facility.
We will combine the logo, colors and interior photos into a coherent presentation of the vacation rentals. Three free concepts will allow you to compare directions before you order paid website development.
We check galleries, stay information and contact information at different screen widths. We take care of easy to read buttons, visible focus and keyboard operation to facilitate comparison of what you offer.
We will organize the equipment, location and rental conditions. The editorial scope and number of cards are part of the quote. You confirm data about vacation rentals, prices and rules before launching.
We plan addresses, titles, headers and links between property cards. We base location descriptions on actual addresses. We discuss ongoing SEO and advertising campaigns separately.
We will select a form, telephone number or a link to your system. Calendar, payments and synchronization with portals require checking the supplier's capabilities and determining costs separately.
Before starting, we verify the content, links and the established path of the guest. After approval, we launch the website, provide agreed accesses and discuss editing, maintenance and updates.
GUEST PATH TAILORED TO YOUR SERVICE
Good presentation leads to concrete action. We will determine whether the guest sends an inquiry to you or checks what you offer in the reservation system. These are different paths and each needs clear messages.
The short form may ask about dates, number of people and selected vacation rental. When handling manually, we will explain that sending a message does not confirm the reservation. You specify availability and conditions in your response.
If you use the system, we will check the transition to a specific property or the embedding of an available widget. We will verify its operation on a phone and the scope of information transmitted. We will price the integration after recognizing the tool.
The website calendar itself does not provide shared accessibility with Booking.com or Airbnb. We will discuss the data source, how to update and the capabilities of the channel manager if you need one. We do not promise automatic synchronization without checking the system.
For online reservations, we will establish payment, confirmation and cancellation rules for the selected solution. We will take into account subscriptions and operator fees separately. Key collection instructions remain part of your service process.
MATERIALS THAT HELP CHOOSE A PLACE
Photos create the first impression, and specific information helps to compare vacation rentals. We will use your materials to prepare descriptions of the place, equipment and conditions. The editing access will be determined in the quote; you approve the finished content.
Up-to-date photos of the living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and surroundings will be useful. We will choose their order and descriptions. In the case of several vacation rentals, we will ensure that the photos are clearly assigned so that the guest knows which vacation rental he or she is looking at.
We will collect the square footage, sleeping space, floor, elevator access and a list of amenities. We will specify parking, kitchen, Wi-Fi and conditions for children or animals according to the actual offer. We do not add equipment that is not available.
We will show access, communication and places useful during your stay. We will check the distances and how they are calculated before publication. A public check-in description may clarify the process; you provide individual access codes to guests via your channel.
We will determine where the rates come from and who changes the rules of stay. We will select additional languages for the guests you serve. We will show reviews from a real source, and we will develop content about the area if you have a plan to maintain it.
SEE THE DESIGNS. THEN DECIDE.
Compare three concepts for the appearance and layout of your vacation rentals. You will see different ways of presenting interiors, locations and routes to inquiry. This stage is free of charge, without a contract or deposit.
Tell us how many properties you have, where they are, and how bookings work. Share your current website and available photos. You don’t need a detailed brief—the concepts help you choose a direction before committing to development.
The free concepts show possible designs and layouts. Building and launching your website is a separate, paid stage that begins only after you approve the scope and price.
WEBSITE - PRICE AND SCOPE
The cost of a website for vacation rentals depends on the number of vacation rental cards, photos and copy, design, editing and integration method. After the conversation, you will receive a custom quote. The scenarios below show differences in scope, without ready-made package prices.
For the owner of one property. One page collects photos, equipment, location and contact details regarding your stay.
For several vacation rentals. Guests compare establishments on separate cards and learn common information about the service.
For a larger offer or multiple addresses. This may include filters, languages and connection to the system you are using.
The website build and ongoing maintenance are priced separately. Your quote covers the pages, content, features, timeline, and revisions. Domain registration, hosting, renewals, and booking or payment provider fees have separate costs. Website support, additional properties, languages, and marketing are scoped separately. Your first 3 design concepts are free.
FOUR STAGES. CLEAR ARRANGEMENTS.
We start with your website goals, available content, and booking process. The timeline depends on the scope, integrations, and time for your approval. Price and development terms are confirmed before paid work begins.
We discuss property, guests, photos and rules of stay. We check the current website and the tools used. We determine whether you need inquiries, vacation rental cards or access to the reservation system.
We show three free directions for appearance and layout. You compare the ways of presenting what you offer and provide comments. You decide whether you want to order the website build.
We confirm the scope, price, deadline and revisions. We develop the selected project, implement content and established features. You approve the descriptions of the property, photos and stay policies.
We verify mobile layouts, links and the agreed path to the inquiry or reservation. After approval, we launch the website. We provide your login details and discuss editing and further maintenance.
VISIBILITY, MAINTENANCE AND NEXT STEPS
What you offer of vacation rentals changes with equipment, prices and service. We will plan the edition and space for subsequent venue cards. We arrange maintenance, new content and promotion according to your needs.
Vacation rental descriptions, actual addresses and area information form the basis for ongoing marketing. We can discuss SEO and Google Ads separately. The website launch does not guarantee rankings, number of reservations or occupancy.
We will check old addresses, content and necessary redirects. We will arrange domain switching, hosting and email storage. We'll include booking links or widgets you already use.
We will choose a method for changing photos, equipment and information about the stay. You can arrange your own editing or order changes. We'll discuss renewals, licenses, and your responsibility to keep prices and availability up to date.

QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU START
Answers about design concepts, pricing, photos, and booking options for your vacation rental website.
Yes. Your three initial design and layout concepts are free, with no deposit, contract, or obligation to continue. A brief description of your business and goals is enough to start. Building and launching the website is a separate, paid stage that begins only after you approve the scope and price.
We prepare a custom quote for your project. The number of locations and pages, text preparation, galleries, content editing tools, languages and integrations are important. Before development, you will learn the development scope and separate costs of maintenance, licenses or tool subscriptions.
We set the timeline after reviewing the scope, availability of photos and the capabilities of the system used. A simple presentation of one property requires different work than an integrated catalog. The schedule takes into account your verification of the content and approval of the project; you will review the schedule before paid development begins.
Photos of each property, square footage, number of people, bed arrangement, equipment, address and rules of stay and contact will be useful. You can enter your current website and the name of the booking engine. You don't need a full brief. Do not send guest details, passwords or lock codes until the first conversation.
Your own website allows you to organize the presentation of the brand, show all property and determine the way to direct contact. It can work alongside the portals you use. We will match its role to the method of sales; The mere launch of the website does not provide traffic or reservations.
We will check the solution you are using. Link, embedded widget and data exchange have different scope. Before pricing, you need to know the provider's capabilities, phone performance and fees. We do not assume that every system provides the same integration.
Only if the chosen solution supports the appropriate connections and these are configured. The website and calendar itself do not synchronize prices and availability with Booking.com or Airbnb. We will agree on the data source, the role of the channel manager and the update process; the scope depends on the supplier.
This is an option to be agreed with the selected reservation system and payment operator. We will review available methods, costs, confirmations and how cancellations are handled. The date inquiry form itself does not collect payment or confirm your stay.
If you want to edit what you offer, we will take these needs into account when selecting the solution. We will determine which information you change on the website and which in the booking system. You can also request updates as part of a separate support plan.
Yes, as agreed range. We will select languages for the guests we serve and arrange the preparation and updating of translations. We will also check the languages available in the connected booking tool to ensure a consistent guest journey.
The agreed scope can include page URLs, titles, headings, and internal links that help people find your services. Content reflects your actual coverage and credentials. We do not guarantee search rankings, new clients, or a particular outcome in any legal matter.
After reviewing your setup, we plan the domain switch and continued email service. We check existing URLs and redirects and make sure current booking links are included on the new website.
There are the costs of the domain, hosting and any licenses, subscriptions and fees for the reservation or payment system. We arrange website support, further property cards, languages and promotion separately. Recurring costs and renewal rules are discussed before development begins.
