SEO/SEM EXPERIENCE. GET TO KNOW YOUR TAXI COMPANY.
I bring over 17 years of SEO and SEM experience, including work with more than 200 clients across Poland and Europe. I apply that experience to website planning: helping people find the site, understand what you offer, and take the next step. The brands and figures shown refer to my SEO and SEM work.
We talk about where you go, what rides you take and who responds to requests. We determine whether you want to show city transport, airport transfers or company services. We check the tariff rules, car availability and the method of confirming orders. This information is used to create content and contact information.

6 EXAMPLE DIRECTIONS FOR TAXI

YOUR INDUSTRY. YOUR CUSTOMERS.
One driver, a taxi company and a transfer company need a different arrangement. We plan the website around your actual offer, ride area and method of accepting orders. We do not assume 24-hour service or an extensive fleet.
We will display the telephone number, area of operation and opening hours for rides. We will show you your car, number of seats and available payments. A simple website may be enough for the passenger to learn about what you offer and start a call without looking for the number.
We will separate ordering a ride from contacting the office. We will show you tariffs, types of vehicles and how to contact the dispatch office. If you have the passenger app, we'll design a clear path to download it.
Separate descriptions may outline serviced airports, advance rates and partnerships with hotels or companies. The number of passengers, luggage and pick-up time will help you choose a car. We will agree on the language version if you serve foreign guests.
FROM FIRST IMPRESSION TO INQUIRY
An example passenger journey: home page → proper journey → conditions and price → telephone or inquiry. We will adjust the number of pages to what you offer. For an urgent ride, the contact will also be available without going through all the descriptions.
City trips, airport transfers, out-of-town trips or company services may have separate descriptions. We will explain who can benefit, where collection takes place and how to order the service. We will only include trips that you actually offer.
We will show towns, zones and airports consistent with your coverage area. For transfers, we will describe the meeting point and how to contact us upon arrival. Separate route pages make sense when they contain their own conditions and directions for the passenger.
We'll organize your base fare, per-mile rates, waiting charges, and surcharges using your actual pricing. We'll also show payment methods, passenger capacity, and luggage space, distinguishing fixed airport-transfer prices from trip estimates.
The telephone or form will lead you to the right person. The passenger will find out when the ride is confirmed. For corporate clients, you can separate information about invoices, settlements and contact information to establish collaboration.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
We will agree on the pages, content and features needed by your taxi company. The scope will determine what you deliver, what we prepare and which tools require additional pricing. The site is designed to support the way you actually accept rides.
We will combine the logo, colors and photos of cars with a clear transport offer. Three free concepts will show you different presentation methods before deciding on paid website development.
We will plan a visible number and call button, a transparent menu and access to tariffs. We check the views on various screens and keyboard operation so that the passenger can find the information he needs.
We will organize the services, collection area, prices and ordering method. The editorial scope and the number of pages are part of the quote. Your company approves fares and information about available journeys.
We plan addresses, titles, headers and links between services. Content about places and routes results from the actual coverage. We discuss ongoing SEO and advertising campaigns separately.
We will select a telephone number, a form and a possible link to the application. Reservations, calculator and online payments require defining the rules, checking the supplier and separately agreeing the costs.
Before launch, we verify data, links and established order paths. After acceptance, we provide the agreed access and discuss updating the pricing, editing what you offer and maintaining the website.
CONTACT TAILORED TO YOUR WORKFLOW
An urgent ride and a transfer in a few days require different paths. We will show you which channel is used for quick ordering and which one is for determining details. An inquiry via the form should not pretend to be a confirmed reservation.
The call button may lead to a driver or a control room. Below we will show the actual service hours. If the ride is needed immediately, the passenger should know how to check the availability of the car.
For scheduled trips, fields can be set regarding the route, date, time, number of passengers and baggage. Once sent, the message will explain how to confirm. We will describe the rules for changing and canceling the ride according to your process.
If you use an application or order panel, we will check the possibility of adding a link, widget or integration. Each of these options has a different scope. The service page does not automatically replace the dispatch center or the ride assignment system.
An initial price estimate can help when choosing a transfer. However, it needs your fare rules, surcharges and route assumptions. We price payments and automatic reservations separately, along with the fees of external tools.
CUSTOMER LANGUAGE. SPECIFICATIONS ABOUT YOUR COMPANY.
The passenger checks not only the number. He wants to know if you will take his group and luggage, where you will pick him up and how he will pay. We help you describe what you offer based on your company's data. The editing access is determined in the quote.
You will prepare current tariffs, zones, fees and available payments. We will help you present them clearly. With the transfer price, we will explain what the amount includes and when additional costs may arise.
Logos and photos of actual used vehicles will be useful. We will show you the number of seats, luggage transport options and facilities available by arrangement. We will only use real opinions from materials intended for publication.
We will describe the meeting point at the airport or station, contact with the driver and what to do when changing the time. Information about waiting, car seats or transporting animals will be consistent with your services and ordering method.
Changes to tariffs, phone numbers or rate areas should quickly appear on the site. We will determine the person responsible and the editing access. We will plan additional languages or travel guides if you have the audience and materials.
SEE THE DESIGNS. THEN DECIDE.
Compare three concepts for the appearance and layout of your taxi company's website. You'll see different ways to show journeys, fares and contact details. This stage is free of charge, without a contract or deposit.
All you need is a short description of your business: where you travel, what rides you take and what you want to make easier for passengers. You don't need a detailed brief. The suggestions will help you choose a direction before ordering the construction of your website.
The free concepts show possible designs and layouts. Building and launching your website is a separate, paid stage that begins only after you approve the scope and price.
WEBSITE - PRICE AND SCOPE
The price of a taxi website depends on the pages, design, copy, content editing tools and order processing. After the conversation, you will receive a custom quote. These scenarios show differences in scope; they are not ready-made price packages.
For the driver with a simple offer. One page shows the rides, service area, tariffs and contact details.
For a company with several services or a fleet. Separate pages explain journeys, transfers and collaboration with businesses.
For a company that needs additional languages, a transfer form or a connection to the ordering system in use.
The website build and ongoing maintenance are priced separately. Your quote covers the pages, content, features, timeline, and revisions. Domain registration, hosting, renewals, and software licenses have separate costs. Ongoing website support, content updates, additional pages, and marketing are quoted separately. Your first 3 design concepts are free.
FOUR STAGES. CLEAR ARRANGEMENTS.
First, we determine the purpose of the website and the materials needed. The timeline depends on scope, integration and time to approval. We confirm the price and terms of paid website development before starting this stage.
We discuss passengers, services, area of operation and how to take orders. We check the current website, tariffs and tools used. We define the necessary pages and contact channels.
We present three free design and layout concepts. You compare how each one presents your services and helps riders book, share feedback, and decide whether to proceed with development.
We confirm price, scope, deadline and revisions. We develop the selected project, content and agreed features. Your company approves data, tariffs and ride confirmation rules.
We verify mobile layouts, telephone, links and established order paths. After approval, we launch the website and provide the agreed access. We discuss editing and maintenance costs.
VISIBILITY, MAINTENANCE AND NEXT STEPS
A new airport, another vehicle or a change in fares may require an update to the website. We will plan the content editing tools and room for development. We agree additional pages, website support and marketing according to the needs of your company.
Service descriptions, consistent contact and actual coverage form the basis for further actions. We can discuss SEO and Google Ads separately. The mere creation of a website does not guarantee a Google ranking or the number of rides.
Before changing the site, we will review old addresses, content and needed redirects. We will review the domain settings, email and contact numbers. We will include links to your app or order panel.
We agree on how to update fares, vehicle information, and contact hours. You can manage content yourself or request changes through a website support plan. Renewals and responsibility for keeping information current are discussed before launch.

QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU START
Answers about pricing, content, and ride booking.
Yes. Your three initial design and layout concepts are free, with no deposit, contract, or obligation to continue. A brief description of your business and goals is enough to start. Building and launching the website is a separate, paid stage that begins only after you approve the scope and price.
We prepare a custom quote for your project. The design, number of pages, copy, editing and additional features are important. A simple one-page website with a telephone has a different scope than a transfer service with several languages or a booking system. We discuss tool maintenance and fees separately.
It can be used to present your own brand, tariffs and services and contact outside the application. It can also direct you to the ordering system you use. We select her role to suit your work model. The website itself does not provide ordering and does not replace the app or dispatch.
A regular form transmits a query. We establish a message explaining who confirms the rate and how. Automatic booking requires a system with availability and order handling rules. We check its capabilities and costs before pricing.
We discuss such options as a separate scope. The calculator needs rules for tariffs, zones, parking and surcharges. The indicative quote should include a description of the assumptions. Reservations and payments also depend on the selected supplier, their fees and how availability is confirmed.
A logo, photos of cars, travel offers, range, current tariffs, payments and contact hours will be useful. Add the number of seats, luggage transport options and transfer rules. To talk about the project, we do not need passenger data or their journey history.
If you have different services or routes with their own conditions, separate pages may help explain them. Each should contain useful information, e.g. pickup point, pricing method and ordering rules. We do not create copies with the name of the city replaced.
We determine the date after knowing the scope and availability of materials. A simple website and an extensive website with integrations require different work. The schedule takes into account your review of tariffs, content and design. You will meet him before the paid stage.
We can take into account the managing content yourself of established elements when choosing a solution. You can also order individual updates or arrange website support. It is important to indicate before the start who approves and updates tariffs and ride information.
The agreed scope may include structure, titles, headings and linking. During migration, we check old addresses, necessary redirects, and domain and email configuration. We arrange ongoing SEO and advertising separately, with no guarantee of position or number of orders.
What remains is the domain, hosting and any licenses or tool subscriptions. Integrations may have their own fees. We agree on maintenance, new content and promotion separately. Before development, we discuss recurring costs, renewals and service responsibility.
