SEO/SEM EXPERIENCE. GETTING TO KNOW YOUR AUTO REPAIR SHOP.
I bring over 17 years of SEO and SEM experience, including work with more than 200 clients across Poland and Europe. I apply that experience to website planning: helping people find the site, understand what you offer, and take the next step. The brands and figures shown refer to my SEO and SEM work.
We talk about repairs, vehicle makes you service and the method of accepting cars. We determine whether you want to show general service, diagnostics, specific specialization or fleet service. I also ask about making appointments, pricing and travel. We translate this information into the layout, content and way to start a conversation with the auto repair shop.

6 CONCEPTS FOR WORKSHOPS

YOUR INDUSTRY. YOUR CUSTOMERS.
A general auto repair shop, a specific brand service and a local mechanic need different information on the website. The starting point is the repairs you perform and the drivers and companies you want to serve.
We will show you the vehicle auto repair shops, inspections and operational services you offer. The driver will check the cars served, hours and location of the auto repair shop. A telephone number and clear information about booking will make it easier to schedule an appointment.
Diagnostics, electromechanics, gearbox repairs and specific brands may receive separate descriptions. We will present real competences and equipment. When servicing fleets, we will explain the rules of contact and the scope of collaboration with companies.
Tire service and air conditioning require a clear offer and current rules for making appointments. For a local mechanic, we will show the actual service area and contact hours. We will only add information about 24/7 assistance if you provide it.
FROM FIRST IMPRESSION TO INQUIRY
A typical driver might go from your home page to a repair service, appointment details, and then contact your shop. We choose pages that fit your services and make it clear whether you can help and how to book.
Brakes, suspension, timing, diagnostics or air conditioning service may have their own descriptions. We will explain the scope, supported vehicles and how to inquire. For a limited range of services, sections on one page are enough.
We will show the team, workstations, equipment and confirmed qualifications. Real photos help you recognize the place before your visit. We will select opinions and repair examples from the materials you can publish.
You can provide prices for specific services or describe what the cost depends on. We will divide the labor, parts and possible diagnostics according to your rules. We will explain when the customer receives the quote and how he/she accepts the scope of the repair.
The address, hours, telephone number and entrance from the correct street help you reach the service. If you have several points, we will assign them separate data. We will select the inquiry form and booking link depending on the method of accepting cars.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
We will agree on the pages, content and features needed by your auto repair shop. The scope will determine the materials provided by you, the elements prepared by us and options requiring additional pricing.
We will combine the logo, colors and photos with a clear presentation of repairs. Three free concepts will allow you to compare the appearance and layout before deciding on paid website development.
We check the readability of services, menus and buttons on various screens as well as keyboard operation. The driver should easily find the number, opening hours and directions.
We will organize the services, serviced cars and rules of admission to the service. The number of descriptions and editorial assistance will be included in the quote. Technical information and repair conditions are approved by you.
We plan addresses, titles, headers and links between services. The content will take into account the auto repair shop's location and actual coverage. Ongoing SEO and campaigns are a separate scope.
We will select a telephone number, a form and a possible appointment calendar. The link to the tool you are using, the widget and the integration vary in scope. We will check the supplier's capabilities and costs before making a decision.
Before launch, we verify data, links, mobile layouts and contact details. After approval, we provide your login details and discuss editing, maintenance and updates.
CONTACT TAILORED TO YOUR WORKFLOW
An urgent call and an inquiry about planned service play different roles. We will choose paths to organize the auto repair shop. The customer should know whether he or she reports a preferred date or immediately reserves an available place.
The visible button will allow you to start a call from your phone. We will show you the hours of answering calls and how to contact us outside of them. We will not suggest immediate assistance if the repair shop does not provide it.
The form may ask for make, model, year, and a brief description of symptoms or service needed. We will arrange the fields with you. An inquiry helps prepare the interview; does not replace a car inspection or price confirmation.
If you wish to register online, we will arrange services, times and methods for confirming appointments. We will check the tool used, the link or integration option and the fees. Reserving a space is not an automatic promise of repair completion.
We will explain where to enter, when to bring the car and how to hand it over according to your rules. For mobile services, we will show the service area. Additional conditions, e.g. leaving the car after hours, will be described upon agreement.
CUSTOMER LANGUAGE. SPECIFICATIONS ABOUT YOUR COMPANY.
The driver does not need to know the cause of the fault to ask the auto repair shop for help. We will describe the services in simple language, show specializations and principles of service. The copy are created based on your services; we determine the editing access in the quote.
We collect services, brands, vehicle types and service restrictions. We will separate diagnostics from repairs and work performed on-site from outsourced work. Descriptions should match what you actually offer.
The logo, photos of the team, service bays and entrance will be useful. We will use repair examples and opinions if you have the right to publish them. We will select materials that show your website and help you find your destination.
Do I need to make an appointment? How is the price determined? Who contacts after diagnosis? Your answers will become the content of the website and FAQ. We do not promise fixed prices and deadlines if they depend on a specific repair.
We will determine who changes the hours, pricing and messages about tire appointments or air conditioning. A driver's guide is an option once you have a plan for maintaining it. The auto repair shop approves technical information before publication.
SEE THE DESIGNS. THEN DECIDE.
Compare three concepts for the appearance and layout of your auto repair shop website. You will see different ways of presenting repairs, specializations and contacts. This stage is free of charge, without a contract or deposit.
Tell us about the auto repair shop, the most important services and how to arrange cars. Add your current website address if you have one. You don't need a detailed brief. Concepts will help you choose a direction before paying for your website.
The free concepts show possible designs and layouts. Building and launching your website is a separate, paid stage that begins only after you approve the scope and price.
WEBSITE - PRICE AND SCOPE
The price of a mechanic's website depends on the service pages, design, copy, content editing tools and features. After the conversation, you will receive a custom quote. These scenarios show the possible range; they are not ready-made price packages.
For a website with a limited range of services. One page shows the most important repairs, serviced cars, photos and contact details.
For a auto repair shop with a broader range of services or specialization. Separate descriptions help explain services, competences and rules for accepting a car.
For a repair shop that needs appointment booking, multiple locations, additional languages, or a connection to its existing shop management software.
The website build and ongoing maintenance are priced separately. The quote will specify pages, content, features, deadline and revisions. We will discuss domain, hosting, renewals and tool licenses separately. We define maintenance, content updates, new pages and promotion as additional scope. Your first 3 design concepts are free.
FOUR STAGES. CLEAR ARRANGEMENTS.
First, we determine the purpose, services and materials. The schedule depends on the scope and time for your approval. We confirm the price, deadline and revisions for paid website development before starting this stage.
We discuss repairs, vehicles serviced, locations and how to make appointments. If you have a website, we check the content and addresses to keep. We define pages and necessary features.
We will show three free design and layout suggestions. You compare the auto repair shop presentation and provide comments. You choose the direction and decide on ongoing work.
We confirm the scope, price, deadline and revisions. We refine the selected project, implement the content and agreed features. You confirm the auto repair shop details and descriptions of services and terms of service.
We check mobile layouts, links, and contact options. Once you approve the site, we launch it and provide your login details. We also discuss content updates, renewals, and ongoing website support.
VISIBILITY, MAINTENANCE AND NEXT STEPS
A new specialization, seasonal offer or second point may require the expansion of the website. We will plan the update process and space for further services. We price ongoing support and promotion separately.
Repair descriptions, consistent data and real-world content form the basis for ongoing marketing. We can discuss SEO and Google Ads separately. The mere launch of the website does not guarantee rankings or number of calls.
We will check existing addresses, service descriptions and necessary redirects. We will review the domain settings, email configuration and booking links. We plan the migration before switching the site.
We will choose the method of changing the pricing, hours, photos and seasonal offer. You can choose to manage content yourself or order updates. We will discuss maintenance costs and responsibility for content before launch.

QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU START
Answers about designs, pricing, content and appointment bookings.
Yes. Your three initial design and layout concepts are free, with no deposit, contract, or obligation to continue. A brief description of your business and goals is enough to start. Building and launching the website is a separate, paid stage that begins only after you approve the scope and price.
We prepare a custom quote for your project. The number of pages, content, design, content editing tools and features, e.g. online booking, are important. Before development, you will learn the development scope and the separate costs of the domain, hosting, license and optional website support.
We set the timeline once the scope is clear and we know when your content will be ready. A service with multiple repair descriptions or booking integration requires a different schedule than a one-page website. We allow time for your data verification and project approval.
List of services, vehicle makes you service and vehicles, address, hours, contact details and rules for accepting cars. The logo and photos of the team, service bays and entrance will be useful. You don't need finished copy; we will determine the scope of editorial assistance. We do not need documents or data of the auto repair shop's customers to design the website.
No. For a limited range of services, sections on one page are enough. Consider separate pages for important services or specializations, e.g. diagnostics, timing or air conditioning. The selection depends on your services and materials that allow you to describe the service specifically.
Yes, as an agreed option. We will check the system used or select a solution for services and work organization. We will determine whether the client sends a request for a date or reserves an available slot. We will consider integration, licenses and provider subscription separately.
The form may collect the make, model and description of need to facilitate the initial conversation. We do not treat this data as a car diagnosis. If you want to show a price calculator for specific services, we need your pricing rules and description of restrictions. This is an additional feature to be agreed separately.
You can agree on the scope of updating content yourself before choosing a solution. The alternatives are individual updates or a separate support plan. We will determine who approves and updates the pricing, hours and seasonal booking messages.
The agreed scope may include service structure, titles, headings and linking. We describe the location and scope in accordance with the auto repair shop's activities. We discuss ongoing SEO, Google Business Profile and campaigns as a separate scope. We do not guarantee rankings or number of customers.
After checking the configuration, we will plan how to keep your domain and email working during the transition. We will review old addresses, content and necessary redirects. If you use an external booking system, we will also include the appropriate links on the new page.
There are the costs of the domain, hosting and possible licenses and subscriptions to tools, e.g. calendar. We arrange maintenance, new pages and promotion separately. Before development, we will discuss recurring costs, renewals and people responsible for service.
