SEO/SEM EXPERIENCE. GETTING TO KNOW YOUR DEALERSHIP.
I bring over 17 years of SEO and SEM experience, including work with more than 200 clients across Poland and Europe. I apply that experience to website planning: helping people find the site, understand what you offer, and take the next step. The brands and figures shown refer to my SEO and SEM work.
We are talking about brands, new and used cars, individual and fleet customers. We determine where vehicle data comes from, who updates availability and who receives inquiries. We also check the importer's guidelines, if they apply to your showroom. From these arrangements, the structure, content and path to the conversation are created.

6 EXAMPLES OF DESTINATIONS FOR CAR DEALERSHIPS

YOUR INDUSTRY. YOUR CUSTOMERS.
A single brand showroom, a used car dealership and a dealership group need a different information system. We start the website design with your services, number of locations and customer service method. We will only include departments that you actually run.
We will show models, versions and cars available immediately. We will separate the presentation of the manufacturer's range from specific items in the showroom. We will take into account the brand's materials and the importer's requirements based on the provided guidelines.
We will plan clear vehicle cards with photos, price, mileage and equipment. We will describe the origin and condition of the car according to your materials. The query may immediately indicate the item of interest to the customer.
We will organize brands, dealerships and data of relevant advisors. What you offer for companies or fleets may receive a separate page. For a larger catalog, we will determine the method of filtering by location and the source of current data.
FROM FIRST IMPRESSION TO INQUIRY
An example buyer journey: catalog → vehicle card → inquiry or test drive. A customer looking for service should go to a separate section. We will select pages based on what you sell and how your advisors work.
We will plan the division into new and used cars and useful filters: make, model, price, drive or year. For a small offer, a simple list may be enough. We will adjust the scope of the search engine to the number and quality of available data.
Photos, parameters, equipment, price and availability status create one clear view. The inquiry button can provide the advisor with the car's ID. We will also establish a method for marking reserved and sold offers.
If you offer financing, car purchases or fleet services, we will prepare their descriptions and appropriate contact paths. A calculator or partner tool is an additional option. Financing conditions and examples are approved by the dealership or supplier.
We will show the address, hours, directions and sales and service contacts. If there are several branches, each location can have its own page. The advisors' presentation helps you choose a person to talk to.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
We will agree on the appearance, pages, vehicle presentation and the editing access. The quote will explain what we prepare, what materials you provide, and which features require additional research and costs.
We combine your logo, vehicle photos, and brand style with a clear inventory layout. For an authorized dealership, we also follow manufacturer guidelines. Three free design concepts help you choose a direction before development begins.
The catalog, photos, parameters and contact information should be readable also on a small screen. We check the menu, buttons and keyboard operation. The customer should be able to go from the car he is interested in to the inquiry without looking for the number.
We will organize cars, models, additional services and locations. The scope of copy editing and the number of vehicle cards are part of the quote. Technical data, prices and declarations about the condition of cars are approved by your showroom.
We will plan addresses, titles, headings and links between the catalog and the offers. We will also discuss handling filters and archived cards. Ongoing SEO, publications and advertising campaigns are a separate scope.
We will select the form, telephone number and method of arranging a test drive. We estimate vehicle imports and connection to the CRM or showroom system after checking the supplier's documentation, access and fees.
Before launch, we verify the views, data and agreed contact paths. After approval, we launch the website and provide your login details. We discuss editing offers, renewals and responsibility for updates.
CONTACT TAILORED TO YOUR WORKFLOW
An availability inquiry, a test drive request and a service contact require different information. We will arrange paths so that the client knows who he is writing to and how the next step is determined. The date request form does not automatically mean a confirmed reservation.
The vehicle card may transfer the model or offer number to the form. The advisor will receive contact information and a question about a specific copy. We will determine the minimum of fields needed for the answer, without an extensive purchase application.
The customer indicates the car, showroom and preferred date, and the team confirms availability. If you use a calendar, we will check whether it can be linked to the website. Automatic enrollment and notifications require separate arrangements.
We will separate contacts for new cars, used cars, fleets and service, if you have such a division in your showroom. In the case of several branches, the query may indicate the location. We will agree on the method of transmitting the message with the person responsible for the service.
Manual editing, data file and integration are different scopes. Before the quote, we will check the system, data format and the ability to update prices and statuses. Import from a DMS or advertising portal depends on access and provider policies.
CUSTOMER LANGUAGE. SPECIFICATIONS ABOUT YOUR COMPANY.
Buyers compare specific vehicles, not just claims about service quality. We organize information about your inventory, dealership, and additional services using the materials you provide. We agree on copy editing and the number of listings to add before development begins.
Prepare sample offers: photos, parameters, equipment, price and status. We will establish a common card layout and mandatory fields. Descriptions of condition, history and warranty are based on information that the showroom can confirm.
The logo, photos of the interior and assembly, and manufacturer's materials that you can use will be useful. Real opinions and proven credentials can complement your presentation. We do not replace them with made-up references.
How to arrange a ride? Can I leave my car in the settlement? Who is responsible for the fleet? FAQs and service descriptions will explain your actual service experience. We publish the terms of financing and promotion after approval by the appropriate person.
We agree on who adds vehicles, updates prices, and marks listings as sold. If inventory is imported, we check how often it refreshes and what happens when data is missing or incorrect. Promotions and news are useful when your team has a plan to keep them current.
SEE THE DESIGNS. THEN DECIDE.
See three concepts for the appearance and layout of a car dealership website. You will compare ways to show vehicles, brands and routes to an advisor. This stage is free of charge, without a contract or deposit.
All you need is a description of the showroom, the type of cars sold and the purpose of the new website. Your current address and information about the bidding system used will be useful. You don't need a detailed brief to choose the direction of the project.
The free concepts show possible designs and layouts. Building and launching your website is a separate, paid stage that begins only after you approve the scope and price.
WEBSITE - PRICE AND SCOPE
The price depends on the design, pages, catalog, the number of introduced offers and how they are updated. Data integration may require more work than just presenting the cars. After the conversation, you will receive a custom quote; the scenarios below are not ready-made price packages.
For a dealership that wants to present its brand, sales range and advisors. The page may lead to an external directory already in use.
For a showroom or a dealership that needs its own car cards, a search engine and inquiries about specific cars.
For a larger offer, multiple locations or a team working on shared data. The scope results from the recognition of systems.
The website build and ongoing maintenance are priced separately. Your quote covers the pages, content, features, timeline, and revisions. Domain registration, hosting, renewals, and software licenses have separate costs. Ongoing website support, content updates, additional pages, and marketing are quoted separately. Your first 3 design concepts are free.
FOUR STAGES. CLEAR ARRANGEMENTS.
First, we determine the purpose of the website and the materials needed. The schedule depends on the scope and time for your approval. We confirm the terms of paid website development before starting this stage.
We discuss cars, clients, locations and how advisors work. We check the current website, manufacturer's materials and the source of offers. We determine the necessary pages and options that require recognition.
We show three free directions for appearance and layout. You compare the presentation of the showroom, offers and contact information. You provide comments and decide whether to order paid website development.
We confirm price, scope, deadline and revisions. We develop the selected project, implement the content and agreed features. The showroom approves the car data, prices and terms of its offer.
We verify views, vehicle cards and query paths. After approval, we launch the website and provide your login details. We discuss adding cars, maintenance and further service.
VISIBILITY, MAINTENANCE AND NEXT STEPS
New cars, a change in promotion or a new branch require up-to-date information. We will plan how to maintain the catalog and space for the development of what you offer. We determine additional content, integrations and promotion according to the needs of the dealership.
Clear pages of models, vehicles and locations form the basis for ongoing marketing. We can discuss SEO or Google Ads separately. The website build does not guarantee rankings, sales or number of inquiries.
We review existing URLs, inventory data, and redirects. We agree on how to handle sold vehicle pages and plan the domain and hosting move. After checking your setup, we also plan for email and connected systems to keep working.
We will determine the scope of adding cars, changing prices and publishing promotions. You can request individual updates or arrange website support. We will determine the costs of renewals, tools and responsibility for data before the start.

QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU START
Answers about pricing, vehicle data, catalog updates and integrations.
Yes. Your three initial design and layout concepts are free, with no deposit, contract, or obligation to continue. A brief description of your business and goals is enough to start. Building and launching the website is a separate, paid stage that begins only after you approve the scope and price.
We prepare a custom quote. What counts are pages, design, copy, vehicle catalog, content editing tools and integrations. We will agree on the number of offers introduced at the start. We discuss the domain, hosting, licenses and ongoing support separately.
We set the timeline once the scope is clear and we know when your content will be ready. A catalog with data import requires additional source checking and tests. The schedule takes into account the approval of the design and content by the dealership, as well as any requirements of the importer.
To start, a description of the dealership, brands, clients and the purpose of the website is enough. You will need a logo, photos, location information and sample vehicle data. Also provide manufacturer guidelines and the name of the bidding system used if they are relevant to the project.
We will take this need into account when choosing the content editing tools. We will agree on card fields, photos, availability statuses and team permissions. Manual update or import from an established source is possible. The dealership is responsible for the correctness and validity of the offers.
First, we will check the capabilities of your system and permissions to use the data. You need documentation or a sample file, field scope, and refresh rules. API access, licenses and external costs are determined before the quote. Not every service provides an appropriate integration method.
We can schedule a form indicating the vehicle, showroom and preferred date. The advisor confirms availability. If you need to book available dates or receive notifications, we will check the calendar and service rules. Sending a request alone does not constitute confirmation of the reservation.
These are options that require verification of the supplier and a separate quote. We will determine what data goes to CRM and who handles it. The financing description, partner link and calculator vary in scope. Financial terms and installment examples are approved by the dealership or partner.
Provide current materials and policies regarding logo, colors, images, content and site acceptance. We will base the project on these requirements. We will take into account any approval by the importer in the arrangements and schedule, without declaring compliance before checking.
After checking the configuration, we will review the domain settings and mail handling. We will review existing addresses and necessary redirects. SEO basics are part of the agreed scope, and ongoing SEO is a separate service. Migration does not guarantee maintaining your position.
Ongoing costs include domain registration, hosting, and any software licenses or integration subscriptions. Inventory updates, new features, maintenance, and marketing are quoted separately. Before development, we explain renewal costs and agree on who will maintain the website.
