SEO/SEM EXPERIENCE. GETTING TO KNOW YOUR OFFICE.
I bring over 17 years of SEO and SEM experience, including work with more than 200 clients across Poland and Europe. I apply that experience to website planning: helping people find the site, understand what you offer, and take the next step. The brands and figures shown refer to my SEO and SEM work.
We determine whether you sell trips to tour operators, organize your own trips or prepare trips for groups. We discuss the source of offers, updating dates and the work of advisors. This information determines the pages, the way trips are presented and the path from interest to inquiry.

6 EXAMPLE DESTINATIONS FOR TRAVEL AGENCIES

YOUR INDUSTRY. YOUR CUSTOMERS.
An agent using the organizers' offers needs a website other than the office with proprietary programs. We select the project based on your business model, number of trips and method of serving travelers.
We will show advisors, specializations and how to choose a holiday. If you use a search engine for tour operator offers, we will check the possibility of including it on the website. We will agree the source of offers and access conditions before the quote.
We will plan a catalog of original trips with a program, dates, transport and scope of services. We will determine who updates prices and availability. We will adapt the inquiry or registration system to your sales process.
We will separately present school trips, company trips or other groups that you serve. The form may collect an approximate date, group size and expectations for the advisor to prepare a custom proposal.
FROM FIRST IMPRESSION TO INQUIRY
An example path is: direction or type of trip → offer details → inquiry or reservation in the selected system. The menu and pages are intended to help you choose a trip, without multiplying similar categories.
Holidays, tours, city breaks or school trips - we will only show the categories present in your services. For a larger catalog, we will determine the necessary filters: direction, date, place of departure or type of transport.
The program, number of days, dates, transport and price range should be close to each other. We will plan a place for photos, benefits included in the price and additional fees. The availability status and contact button will result from the way offers are updated.
We will present the specializations, team and company data. We will use real opinions and photos from trips if you have the right to publish them. You provide and approve documents and information about the organizer before the start.
Telephone number, working hours and office address will facilitate the conversation. The FAQ can explain the inquiry and booking process. We will organize documents for download and tips for travelers according to the actual offer and office policies.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
We will agree on the appearance, catalog and contact method appropriate for your office. You know what materials you provide, what goes into creating the website and which features depend on an external system.
We will combine office identification with photos and a clear presentation of the trip. Three free concepts will show you different design directions before you decide on paid website development.
We check the menu, offer cards and contact access at different widths. Important information about the trip must remain easy to read on the small screen. We also verify buttons, focus and keyboard operation.
We will plan the categories and content of the trip cards. The number of offers, their introduction and editorial assistance are part of the quote. Programs, prices and conditions are approved by your office.
We prepare logical addresses, titles, headers and links between pages. We will add our own content about fields of study and specializations to what you offer. Ongoing SEO and campaigns are a separate scope.
We will select a form, telephone number or link to the system used. Search, CRM and payments require checking the supplier's capabilities, data access and licensing costs. They are not automatically part of every page.
We verify data, links and agreed customer paths. After approval, we launch the website and provide your login details. We discuss editing offers and responsibility for maintaining the website and external tools.
FROM INTEREST TO CONVERSATION OR RESERVATION
Not every office needs online sales from day one. In the case of custom-made trips, conversation is important, and in the case of a large database of offers, a convenient connection to the system. On the website we will clearly show you what happens after you click.
The form may provide the name of what you offer, planned date and number of participants. The advisor then knows what the contact is about. We will agree the scope of fields with the office; At this stage, you do not need scans of travel documents.
A visible telephone number and service hours will help people who need advice before making a choice. For several branches, we will plan the appropriate contact details. We will arrange an interview if you need it.
If you are using e.g. MerlinX, we will start by checking the available solution and the contract with the supplier. Link, embedded search and data exchange vary in scope. We will determine where the reservation takes place and who handles it.
Online payment is an option that requires agreement between the operator and the purchase process. A trip inquiry should not pretend to be a confirmed reservation. We will adapt messages and next steps to your office's policies.
INSPIRATION FOR TRAVEL. SPECIFIC SPECIFICATIONS BEFORE CHOOSING.
Photos can inspire a trip, but travelers need details to decide. We organize itineraries, what is included, dates, and contact options. Copy editing and the number of trips or packages to add are agreed on before development.
Prepare a description of the route, length of the trip, transport, accommodation and benefits. We will separate what is included in the price from surcharges and options. Data on dates, prices and availability are approved by the office or obtained from an agreed source.
Logos, photos of advisors and materials from trips that you can use will be useful. When looking at the organizers' offers, we will check the rules for using their photos and descriptions. We publish opinions as real statements, without invented ratings.
Where does the trip start from? What does the program include? How to ask for an appointment? Such questions will be used to create information about offers and FAQs. We'll add directional guides if they help your audience and you have a plan to update them.
We will determine who changes the dates and prices and what happens when the trip ends. We will separate data from the supplier's system from our own office descriptions. Before we start, we'll discuss the editing access and how to review content.
SEE THE DESIGNS. THEN DECIDE.
Compare three concepts for the appearance and layout of your travel agency's website. You'll see different ways to show directions, trips and contact information. This stage is free of charge, without a contract or deposit.
Tell us about your trips, customers, and sales process, including where trip information comes from and whether you use booking software. You don’t need a detailed brief—the concepts help you choose a direction before committing to development.
The free concepts show possible designs and layouts. Building and launching your website is a separate, paid stage that begins only after you approve the scope and price.
WEBSITE - PRICE AND SCOPE
The price of a website for a travel agency depends on the catalog, content, editing and integration. After the conversation, you will receive a custom quote. The scenarios below show the possible range; they are not ready-made price packages.
For an office that wants to show specializations, advisors and how to order travel proposals. Emphasis on what you offer and direct contact.
For the organizer presenting his own programs. Categories and trip cards help you compare routes, dates and benefits.
For an office that uses the provider's offers or needs additional features. The scope depends on the capabilities of the selected tools.
The website build and ongoing maintenance are priced separately. Your quote covers the pages, trip catalog, content, features, timeline, and revisions. Domain registration, hosting, renewals, and provider licenses or subscriptions have separate costs. Website support, new trips, and marketing are scoped separately. Your first 3 design concepts are free.
FOUR STAGES. CLEAR ARRANGEMENTS.
First, we will determine the source of the offers, the method of sale and the materials needed. The schedule depends on the scope, access to tools and content acceptance. We confirm the deadline before paid website development.
We discuss your trips, customers, and advisors’ workflow. We identify whether the catalog uses your own content or a supplier’s system. If you have a website, we choose content and URLs to keep.
We will show three free design and layout suggestions. You compare the travel presentation and provide comments. You decide whether to order further website development.
We confirm the price, scope, deadline and revisions. We develop the selected project, implement the accepted offers and agreed features. We plan integrations based on the supplier's capabilities.
We check mobile layouts, offer cards, links and the agreed contact or booking process. After approval, we launch the website and discuss catalog management, access and further maintenance.
VISIBILITY, MAINTENANCE AND NEXT STEPS
The tourist offer changes in subsequent seasons. We will plan space for new directions and how to update the catalog. We tailor maintenance, content and promotion to the actual capabilities of your office.
Own descriptions of fields, specializations and organized pages can support ongoing marketing. We discuss SEO and Google Ads separately. The website build does not guarantee rankings, traffic or bookings.
We will check old offer addresses, valuable content and necessary redirects. Before changing the website, we will review the domain settings and email and how to transfer the directory. We will include the connection to the reservation system in the plan.
We will determine which data you update yourself and which comes from what you offer provider. You can order individual updates or arrange website support. We will discuss renewal costs and responsibility for keeping the catalog up-to-date before the start.

QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU START
Answers about the catalog, pricing, content and systems.
Yes. You receive three initial design and layout concepts without a fee, contract, or deposit. You are under no obligation to continue. Refinement, creation of a working website and launch are a later paid stage after you approve the scope and price.
We prepare a custom quote for your project. The number of pages and offers, text preparation, catalog editing and integrations are important. We will separately determine the performance, maintenance and fees of external suppliers. The three initial design concepts are free of charge.
We set the timeline once the scope is clear and we know when your content will be ready. A catalog of your own tours or integration requires work other than a simple office presentation. The schedule includes access to systems, verification of offers and your acceptance.
We will check the solution you are using, the supplier's terms and conditions and available options. Link, search engine embedding and data integration are different areas of work. Before the quote, we will determine the operation on a phone, the place of booking, customer service and licensing costs. We do not assume access to every system.
Not every offer requires this. For bespoke travel, an inquiry and conversation may be sufficient. If you want to sell online, we will determine the reservation system, payment operator and customer next steps. These features are options priced by scope.
We can plan separate sections or categories. We will determine the data source, editing scope and update process each part. Own offers and the supplier's content should not be mixed in such a way that the traveler does not know who is organizing the trip and how to ask about it.
Types of trips, programs, dates, benefits, contact rules, logos and photos with the right to publish will be useful. Please provide your current website address and the name of the system you are using. For the first conversation, a description of your needs is enough; do not send participant details or travel documents.
The editing access will be agreed upon when selecting the solution. Your own catalog may require a panel to change offers. When searching for a provider, the possibilities depend on its tool. We will also determine who checks whether prices, dates and completed trips are up to date.
The agreed performance covers the technical basics of SEO, such as addresses, titles, headings and links. Ongoing SEO, new guides and campaigns are separate services. The website itself and what you offer search engine do not guarantee visibility or sales.
After reviewing your setup, we plan the domain switch and continued email service. We check the trip catalog, existing URLs, and redirects. Migrating trip details and reconnecting external tools are planned before work begins.
What remains is the domain, hosting and agreed licenses and tool subscriptions. We arrange maintenance, catalog updates, new pages and promotion separately. Before development, you will learn about recurring costs and the division of responsibilities between the office, contractor and system suppliers.
