First, I get to know your approach.
Then I plan your website.

I bring over 17 years of SEO and SEM experience, including work with more than 200 clients across Poland and Europe. I apply that experience to website planning: helping people find the site, understand what you offer, and take the next step. The brands and figures shown refer to my SEO and SEM work.

We talk about who you coach, where the training takes place and how your forms of collaboration differ. We determine whether you want to develop 1:1 training, online training or what you offer of your own studio. We get to know questions asked by beginners and people already training. These responses determine the content, layout, and features of the site.

Personal trainer websites.
Built around the way you work.

In-person training, online coaching, and a private studio need different information. We plan around the services you offer and the people you help, so clients can quickly recognize the right option.

On-site personal training

We will show you the location, training conditions and who you are working with. We will explain whether you accept beginners, couples or small groups. The client will check where you will meet and how to ask about availability.

Online and hybrid guidance

We will separate the live training from the DIY plan. We will describe consultations, frequency of contact and how instructions are provided. The level of coaching support depends on your packages, and the entrance to the application you use will receive its own place.

Own studio or team of trainers

We will present the trainers, their specializations and the training space. If there are several people, we will assign the appropriate contact to what you offer. We will take into account the schedule, registration and presentation of group classes if they are part of your activity.

A clear structure for your website.
Programs, experience, and getting started.

An example visitor journey: home page → stationary or online training → package and rules → consultation. For a smaller range of services, one page is enough. We will add separate pages where they help explain the differences.

01
Trainings and forms of collaboration

For one-on-one training, partner sessions, or online coaching, we explain who the service is for, how it works, and what is included. Clients can see whether pricing covers a training plan, ongoing contact, or live sessions.

02
About the trainer and work method

Your photos, confirmed qualifications and description of the approach will be useful. Instead of just a list of certificates, we will explain how you conduct classes and who your services are for. We will present the studio team by roles and specializations.

03
Packages, reviews and collaboration stories

The training pricing may explain the number of meetings, the duration of the training and the rules for using the package. We will show real opinions and selected stories with context and materials intended for publication.

04
First meeting and training place

The client will learn how to arrange a consultation, where you train and what to prepare for the first meeting. The address, directions and information about entering the gym will limit organizational questions. The FAQ will collect the remaining answers.

Your website, from design to launch.
What’s included in the project.

We will agree on the appearance, pages, copy and features needed for your brand. The scope will show what we prepare, what materials you provide and which accessories require a separate quote.

Design tailored to your brand

We will put together photos from training sessions, the logo and the language of what you offer into a coherent presentation. Three free concepts will allow you to compare directions before deciding on website development.

Clear offer on a phone

Package descriptions and the path to consultation are intended to be convenient also on a small screen. We check the menu, buttons, content layout and keyboard operation.

Content about your driving style

We will organize services, specializations and contact rules. The scope of editorial assistance will be determined in the quote. You approve the training information and promises contained in what you offer.

SEO basics for training services

We will plan addresses, titles, headings and links between forms of collaboration. We will describe the locations according to the actual training site. We discuss ongoing SEO and advertising separately.

Contact and agreed tools

We will select a form, telephone number or link to the calendar. Payments for packages, plan store and app connection require scope determination and verification of provider capabilities.

Checking and forwarding the page

Before launching, we check the content, links and the path to consultation. After acceptance, we provide your login details and discuss how to edit and further use.

From interest to a consultation.
Show clients how to start training.

A new person wants to learn about what you offer and ask about the first date. The current mentee may need to access the application or calendar. We will plan these paths so that each leads to the right place.

01
A short form to get you started

The fields may concern the selected form of collaboration, location and method of contact. We will figure out what helps with the first answer. A detailed training interview remains in your process of starting collaboration.

02
Calendar or appointment request

If you confirm the dates in person, a clear inquiry is enough. Once the tool is ready, we will check the link, widget or integration. We will explain the difference between sending a request and a confirmed booking and the licensing costs.

03
Online packages and payments

We can separately plan the purchase of a package, plan or consultation. We will agree on the product, order process and payment provider. One-time sales and renewed sales have a different scope and method of handling.

04
Access for current clients

The visible link may lead to an application where you communicate plans and maintain contact. Data exchange requires separate recognition. The website presenting what you offer can work with your tools without building a new panel.

Content that helps people choose.
Clear details and relevant photos.

The visitor wants to know whether you understand his goal and what everyday collaboration looks like. We help you describe your driving style, training conditions and differences between packages. The copy are created based on information from you; we will determine the editing access in the quote.

01
Clear services and what is included

We collect training forms, target groups and contact rules. We will explain the length of the meetings, where to practice and what is included in the plan or lead. We will only include services that you actually provide.

02
Photos and your competences

A portrait, photos from training, a logo and confirmed qualifications will be useful. We will choose materials that show your work style. You don't need a full photo shoot to start talking about concepts.

03
Stories with appropriate context

If you have pupils' materials for publication, we can show the purpose, process and their experiences. Before and after photos are one option. We do not create fictitious opinions or promise identical results to the next person.

04
Replies and further publications

What should I bring to the first session? Is gym access included? How do I cancel? Your answers become practical FAQs. A blog or video section can be added if you plan to publish and maintain it regularly.

01

02
You get 3 concepts

We show three free directions for appearance and layout. You compare the brand presentation and offers. You provide your comments and decide whether you want to order the website build.

03
We Agree on the Scope and Build

We confirm the scope, price, deadline and revisions. We develop the selected concept, implement copy and agreed features. You confirm information about training, packages and your experience.

04
We Review and Launch

We verify mobile layouts, links and the path to consultation. After approval, we launch the website and provide your login details. We discuss editing, renewals and follow-up.

A website that grows with you.
Updates, support, and next steps.

A new specialization, your own studio or another online program may change the way you present your services. We will plan space for development and update rules. We agree on maintenance, new features and promotion separately.

Local SEO and online offer

The training location, service pages and consistent contact details form the basis for ongoing marketing. Online training may require different topics than training in one club. We can discuss SEO and Google Ads separately, with no guarantee of position or number of customers.

Reconstruction of the current site

We will check existing addresses, copy and necessary redirects. We will agree on keeping the domain and email. When transferring, we will take into account links from social profiles and access to the tools of the clients.

Editing and post-launch maintenance

We will choose the method of changing prices, photos, offers and organizational information. You can choose to manage content yourself or outsource updates. Before launch, we will discuss maintenance costs and people responsible for the content.

The best part? Hearing from clients.

Feedback on the ideas, communication, and details that make a difference.

Personal trainer web design FAQs.
What to know before you start.

Answers about concepts, costs, content and tools.

Are the 3 design concepts really free?

Yes. Your three initial design and layout concepts are free, with no deposit, contract, or obligation to continue. A brief description of your business and goals is enough to start. Building and launching the website is a separate, paid stage that begins only after you approve the scope and price.

How much does a website for a personal trainer cost?

We prepare a custom quote for your project. Pages, copy, content editing tools and features, e.g. calendar or sale of plans, are important. You will learn the development scope and separate maintenance costs. Licenses, tool subscriptions and payment commissions are discussed before development begins.

How long does it take to create a website for a trainer?

We set the date after recognizing the scope and availability of materials. One website with a service requires different work than a website selling packages and integrations. The schedule takes into account your approval of the project and copy; we will confirm it before the paid stage.

I have Instagram. What can my own website give me?

It can collect the current offer, packages, information about you and working arrangements in one place. The link from the profile or ad then leads to a specific service and contact. A website can complement social media; its performance in itself does not guarantee new customers.

Can the website show stationary and online training?

Yes. We explain each option: where training happens, how you stay in touch, what the plan includes, and how long support lasts. Pages or sections reflect the services you provide. We can also link to your existing coaching app.

Can I add registration for consultations or training?

We can schedule a request for a date, a link to a calendar or integration with the system used. We will check the supplier's capabilities and costs. We will determine whether the client only sends a request or immediately receives confirmation of the date.

Can I sell training plans and packages?

Sales may be an additional scope of the page. Before the quote, we will determine the products, the method of delivering the plan, payment and order processing. A one-time file and cyclical maintenance require different solutions. We price the client's panel separately, if needed.

What should I prepare for a personal trainer's website?

Start with your services, clients, training locations, and contact options. A logo, photos, verified qualifications, and your current website are helpful. We use only testimonials and client stories you have permission to publish. Health information and assessment forms are not needed.

Do I have to have photos of the metamorphoses of my patients?

No. The website can show your workflow, competences, photos of training and real opinions. If you use metamorphoses, it is worth describing the project process and using materials intended for publication. We do not present a single story as a guarantee of outcome.

Can I update prices and offers myself?

If you want to update packages, photos or a blog, we will determine the necessary editing access when choosing a solution. You can also arrange website support or order individual changes. We confirm the method of operation and costs before development begins.

Does website development include SEO?

The agreed scope may include structure, titles, headings and linking. We describe the training location according to the activity. Ongoing SEO, regular content and advertising are a separate scope. Just launching a site doesn't guarantee rankings, traffic or queries.

Can I keep my domain and email during the rebuild?

After reviewing your setup, we'll plan how to retain your domain and email. We'll review existing URLs and documents, map redirects, and preserve links to your client portal and any official resources.

What costs remain after the website is launched?

Domain, hosting and any licenses and tool subscriptions have their own costs. When selling, the payment provider's terms and commissions apply. We arrange updates, development and promotion separately. Before launch, we discuss renewals and maintenance responsibilities.
