SEO/SEM EXPERIENCE. GETTING TO KNOW YOUR SALON.
I bring over 17 years of SEO and SEM experience, including work with more than 200 clients across Poland and Europe. I apply that experience to website planning: helping people find the site, understand what you offer, and take the next step. The brands and figures shown refer to my SEO and SEM work.
We talk about services, stylists' specializations and the nature of your salon. We determine whether you want to show coloring, daily haircuts, barbering offers or updos. We check the booking method and questions that come back before the visit. Based on this, we select photos, content and page layout.

6 CONCEPTS FOR HAIRSALON SALONS

YOUR salon. YOUR SPECIALIZATIONS.
An intimate salon, color studio and barbershop need a different presentation. The website is intended to help you choose a service and the person who will perform it. We will choose the scope depending on your services, the number of stylists and the method of making appointments.
We will show your services, photos of hairstyles, interior and booking rules. For a smaller offer, one well-arranged page may be enough. The customer will find pricing, address and telephone number without searching several profiles.
We will divide what you offer of coloring, care and occasional hairstyles, if you do them. The gallery may show examples with the appropriate service. We will explain when a consultation is needed before choosing a date.
We will introduce stylists, their specializations and assigned works. We will plan separate data and booking links for several locations. Websites for barbers can focus on the haircut, beard and the atmosphere of the place.
FROM FINDING A STYLE TO BOOKING
A typical client might explore a service, view examples, check pricing and the stylist, then book. These details can be sections on one page or dedicated pages. We include only services your salon provides.
Cutting, coloring, care or updos - we describe the actual offer. The most important services may have their own pages with scope, information about the visit and access to the booking. The names should also be understandable to a new customer.
We select photos of works for services, and in the case of a larger team, also for stylists. Short descriptions help distinguish coloring from modeling itself. The interior and portraits show who the customer will come to visit.
We will show prices or ranges according to your rules. If the cost depends on hair length, color range or stylist level, we will describe these differences. We will also explain what the service includes and when the price is determined after consultation.
The visible button may lead to the reservation system in use. Phone number, hours and directions help with your first visit. In the case of several salons, the customer should be provided with the calendar and contact details of the appropriate place.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
We will agree on the design, content and features needed for your salon. The quote will determine the number of pages, the scope of the gallery, the content editing tools and the path to booking. We will discuss additional tools and their fees before development begins.
We will combine the logo, photos of the interior and hairstyles with a clear offer. Three free concepts will allow you to compare different ways of presenting your brand before deciding on website development.
The pricing, photos and the save button should also work on a small screen. We check the menu, readability of descriptions, buttons and keyboard operation. The customer should not get lost between the service and the reservation.
We plan service descriptions, stylist profiles and a gallery of works. Editorial assistance and the number of pages are part of the quote. You approve the names, prices, service times and information about your salon.
We prepare logical addresses, titles, headers and linking. The content takes into account the actual location and services of the salon. Ongoing SEO and advertising require a separate scope of collaboration.
We will schedule you to call and go to the system you are already using. Widget embedding or more extensive integration depends on the capabilities of the provider. We determine the scope, subscriptions and possible payments separately.
Before launch, we check the content, links, and booking process. After you approve the site, we provide your login details and explain how to update the gallery, pricing, and team profiles.
BOOKING THAT FITS THE WAY YOUR SALON WORKS
A simple haircut and the first major color change may require a different start. We will plan the transition to booking or consultation according to your workflow. The inquiry form does not automatically confirm the appointment date.
The button may lead to the correct profile or available storage path. We will check the fitment of the tool against the supplier's documentation. The link itself, the widget and the data exchange are different scopes - we do not assume automatic synchronization.
If this is how you work, for complex services we will first show the contact or consultation. We will explain whether you can choose the treatment straight away or whether you determine its scope and time in advance. The content results from the rules of your salon.
We will provide an appropriate login path for stylist profiles and services. If you have several points, we will link them to the correct calendars and addresses. The ability to select a person in a reservation depends on the system used.
We will leave an easy-to-dial number for those who prefer to talk. We will describe how the salon confirms inquiries and where the customer changes or cancels the appointment. Reminders, advance payments and payments are options to be agreed separately.
YOUR WORKS. SPECIFICATIONS BEFORE YOUR VISIT.
The photo shows a hairstyle, and the description helps to understand what service to look for in the pricing. We organize the materials so that the client gets to know what you offer, team and rules of the visit. The scope of copy editing and photo processing is determined in the quote.
Coloring, cutting and styling with short information about the service performed will be useful. Select materials for publication. We do not replace the salon's portfolio with stock photos or other people's metamorphoses.
We collect service names, prices, approximate consultation times and conditions. If you use the "from" price, we explain what the final cost depends on. The description and booking link should lead to the same service.
Logos, portraits, interior photos and real specialties help show the showroom. We will include real opinions that you can use. We describe training and experience based on confirmed information.
We will determine who changes prices, photos, hours and team composition. We will add a guide or blog if you have a plan for running it. More important than an empty news section is the current pricing and a working sign-up path.
SEE THE DESIGNS. THEN DECIDE.
Compare three free design and layout concepts for your hair salon. See different ways to showcase your work, explain pricing, and help clients book. No contract or deposit is required.
All you need is a short description of the salon: what services you provide, how you make appointments and what you want to show. You don't need a detailed brief. The suggestions will help you choose a direction before ordering a working website.
The free concepts show possible designs and layouts. Building and launching your website is a separate, paid stage that begins only after you approve the scope and price.
WEBSITE - PRICE AND SCOPE
The price of a website for a hair salon depends on the design, pages, materials, content editing tools and features. After the conversation, you will receive a custom quote. The scenarios below show the differences in scope; they are not ready-made price packages.
For an independent hairdresser or salon with a simple offer. One page organizes services, photos, prices and contact.
For a salon with several specializations. Pages present services, works and stylists, and then lead to booking.
For several locations or a salon planning a guide, an additional language or a more extensive reservation.
The website build and ongoing maintenance are priced separately. Your quote covers the pages, content, features, timeline, and revisions. Domain registration, hosting, renewals, and software licenses have separate costs. Ongoing website support, content updates, additional pages, and marketing are quoted separately. Your first 3 design concepts are free.
FOUR STAGES. CLEAR ARRANGEMENTS.
We start with services and customer service. The timeline depends on the scope, materials and time for approval. We confirm the price, schedule and revisions before paid work begins.
We discuss your services, stylists, photos, and booking process. We review your current website and calendar, then decide whether a one-page website is enough or you need dedicated pages and additional features.
We show three free directions for appearance and layout. You compare the presentation of your salon and provide comments. You decide whether you want to order the website build.
We confirm price, scope, deadline and revisions. We develop the selected concept, implement the content and agreed features. You approve the photos, pricing and information about services.
We check mobile layouts, the gallery, links, and booking flow. Once you approve the site, we launch it and provide your login details. We also discuss content updates, renewals, and ongoing support.
VISIBILITY, MAINTENANCE AND NEXT STEPS
A new stylist, a change in pricing or a second salon should be reflected on the website. We will plan how to update and room for development. We discuss maintenance, additional content and promotion as separate areas.
Service descriptions and actual location data form the basis for ongoing marketing. We can discuss SEO and Google Ads separately. Site preparation does not guarantee rankings, bookings or the number of new customers.
We will look through old addresses, content and necessary redirects. We will review the domain settings, the operation of email and the transition to the current calendar. We plan the migration before switching the page.
We will choose the method of changing the pricing, gallery and team. You can choose to manage content yourself or order updates. A product store or voucher sales is an additional project if you need to handle orders.

QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU START
Answers about pricing, photos, service menus, and booking options for your hair salon website.
Yes. Your three initial design and layout concepts are free, with no deposit, contract, or obligation to continue. A brief description of your business and goals is enough to start. Building and launching the website is a separate, paid stage that begins only after you approve the scope and price.
We prepare a custom quote for your project. Pages, design, material development, gallery, content editing tools and booking features are important. Before development, you will receive the scope and separate costs of maintenance and possible tools. A calendar link and extensive integration do not require the same scope of work.
We set the timeline once the scope is clear and we know when your content will be ready. A simple one-page website, an extensive website and calendar integration require different work. The schedule includes your review of photos, pricing and design; you will review the schedule before paid development begins.
The logo, offer, pricing, photos of hairstyles and interiors, information about stylists and the address of the calendar used will be useful. To start, all you need is a description of your business and the current website address. Later we will select materials that you can publish. We do not need a customer database or history of their visits.
Your website gives you a dedicated place for services, specialties, photos, pricing, and directions. Clients can move from there to your existing booking system. We can connect your website and profiles with links, so you do not have to change scheduling tools.
We can link to your booking path. Embedding a widget or exchanging data requires checking the capabilities of the provider and defining the scope separately. We do not assume that every system provides the same features. We discuss subscription and provider fees separately.
A standard form submits the inquiry and the salon confirms it in accordance with its rules. Selection of a available date and automatic confirmation require a reservation system. If some of the services start with a consultation, we will plan an appropriate contact route for them.
If you need editing, we will determine its scope before choosing a solution. May include prices, photos, hours and team. You can also request individual updates or arrange website support. Before we start, we will discuss access and responsibility for keeping what you offer up to date.
The agreed scope may include service structure, titles, headings and linking. We describe the location according to the actual address of the salon. Ongoing SEO, content development, work on the company profile and advertising are a separate scope. The website launch does not guarantee rankings or reservations.
After checking the configuration, we will review the domain settings and the operation of mail. We will review old addresses and necessary redirects. We will include links to your current salon calendar and profiles to help you plan your transition to the new site.
Ongoing costs include domain registration, hosting, and any software licenses or booking subscriptions. Website maintenance, new pages, integrations, and marketing are scoped separately. We explain recurring fees and renewals and agree on who will manage the site before development.
