SEO/SEM EXPERIENCE. GET TO KNOW YOUR SCHOOL.
I bring over 17 years of SEO and SEM experience, including work with more than 200 clients across Poland and Europe. I apply that experience to website planning: helping people find the site, understand what you offer, and take the next step. The brands and figures shown refer to my SEO and SEM work.
We talk about languages, age groups and the way of conducting classes. We determine whether you are being contacted by a parent, an adult student or a person ordering training for a team. We check how you select your level, confirm your place and update your enrollment. Based on this, we plan pages and the route to reporting.

6 EXAMPLES OF FIELDS FOR LANGUAGE SCHOOLS

YOUR SCHOOL. YOUR STUDENTS.
A parent is looking for activities for a child, an adult wants to speak more freely, and the company needs a program for employees. We plan the website according to your actual offer. We will organize the target groups, learning objectives and course mode so that everyone can find the right entry point.
The parent will check the age of the participants, the length of the classes, the size of the group and the instructors. We will also show the location, dates and rules of contact with the school. We will separate exam courses if you offer preparation for specific exams.
We will divide group, individual and conversation courses according to what you offer. Next to the level, we will describe the learning goal, frequency of meetings and online or stationary mode. A person who does not know his level will find a way to determine it.
For corporate training, we will show the scope of the program, how to identify needs and contact details for pricing. If you run an online school or teach on your own, we'll tailor your presentation to this model - without suggesting departments or teams you don't have.
FROM LANGUAGE SELECTION TO APPLICATION
Example route: home page → course for the selected group → price and dates → inquiry or registration. For a small offer, sections on one page are enough. We will divide a larger catalog into pages, without multiplying similar tabs.
English for children, Spanish for adults, online conversations or preparation for the final exam - each real course can have its own page. We will show the language, audience, goal, level, mode and method of selecting the group. Filters are an option for a larger catalog.
When considering a course, it is worth specifying the number of meetings, lesson length, group size and starting date. The price should make it clear whether it is for a class, a month or the entire course, and whether it includes materials. We publish dates and availability according to school data.
We will present the lecturers, their confirmed qualifications and the way they work during classes. Photos of the school and real testimonials can complement your presentation. We do not replace facts with the promise of mastering the language in a predetermined time.
The new student will find a form, telephone number and description of further steps. For stationary classes, we will show you the correct branch and directions. A separate link to the panel used will allow current students to go to the materials and lesson plan.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
We will agree on the design, course pages, content and features needed by your school. The scope will determine which materials you provide, what we prepare and what what you offer edition will look like. We discuss additional tools before the quote.
We will combine the school's logo, colors and authentic materials with a clear course layout. Three free concepts will allow you to compare presentation methods before deciding on website development.
The course, price and contact button should also be easy to find on a phone. We check the layout, menus, forms and keyboard operation at different screen widths.
We will organize the descriptions of classes, learning objectives and rules for selecting groups. Editorial assistance and the number of pages are part of the quote. Programs, prices and information about teachers are approved by the school.
We plan addresses, titles, headings and links between courses. For in-person classes, we include actual locations. We set ongoing SEO and advertising separately.
We will select the application form and go to the panel used. The placement test, calendar, payments and connection to CRM require the scope and capabilities of the provider to be determined.
Before starting, we check the course data, links and agreed save paths. After approval, we provide your login details and discuss editing dates, maintenance and further service.
ENROLLMENT TAILORED TO YOUR SCHOOL
Not every visitor immediately knows the correct course and level. We will plan a path for a determined person and for one who needs advice. We will clearly show whether the form is an inquiry, a group registration or a place reservation.
The form may collect language, preferred mode and response data. In courses for children, the initial contact may be through a parent or guardian. We will select the fields for the school process; full details for the contract can be collected later.
If you qualify students with a test or interview, we will show this step before selecting the group. We can connect an existing test or quote a new solution. The questions, results and rules for assigning groups are determined by the school.
We will include a trial lesson or consultation if they are part of your services. We will explain how to arrange, the cost and course of the meeting. Calendar and automatic confirmations are options depending on the selected tool.
When registering, it is worth explaining when the school confirms your place and how to pay for the course. We price online payments separately. We will direct current students to the panel used; embedding or exchanging data requires an integration check.
STUDENT LANGUAGE. INFORMATION FROM THE SCHOOL.
Level B1 or the slogan "effective method" alone do not explain what the classes look like. We help describe who the course is for, what the group is working on and how learning takes place. We base the copy on your materials; the scope of their preparation is determined in the quote.
We gather languages, age groups, levels, learning goals, and curricula, along with schedules, pricing, and included materials. Clear course descriptions help students compare options without searching the entire website.
The logo, photos of rooms and teachers, and descriptions of qualifications help present the school. We will select materials intended for publication. We show students' opinions and achievements only on the basis of true, approved information.
How to determine the level? What's included in the price? Can I join during the course or make up classes? An FAQ will be created from the school's responses. We will describe the actual rules, without imposing conditions that you do not apply.
Before enrollment opens, course dates, prices, and group details need to be current. We agree on who updates them and how to mark registration as closed. A blog or language learning resources can be added if you have a plan to maintain them; they are optional.
SEE THE DESIGNS. THEN DECIDE.
Compare three concepts for the appearance and layout of your language school's website. You will see different ways to show courses, teachers and how to apply. This stage is free of charge, without a contract or deposit.
Tell us who you teach, which languages you offer, and how students enroll. Share your current website if you have one. You don’t need a detailed brief—the concepts help you choose a direction before committing to development.
The free concepts show possible designs and layouts. Building and launching your website is a separate, paid stage that begins only after you approve the scope and price.
WEBSITE - PRICE AND SCOPE
The price of a website for a language school depends on the course catalog, design, copy, editing and registration tools. After the conversation, you will receive a custom quote. The scenarios below show the possible range, not fixed-price packages.
For a teacher or a small school with several courses. One page presents classes, teachers, conditions and the method of initial contact.
For a school teaching different groups and languages. Separate pages allow you to show programs, dates, teachers and registration rules.
For a school that needs a larger course catalog, multiple locations, or connections to enrollment tools. We choose features based on your needs.
We price construction and maintenance separately. The scope will define pages, content, features, deadline and revisions. We will discuss the domain, hosting, renewals, licenses and subscriptions for selected tools separately. We define changes to what you offer, ongoing support and promotion as additional work. The three initial concepts are free of charge.
FOUR STAGES. CLEAR ARRANGEMENTS.
First, we define the purpose of the website and the materials needed from the school. If you are planning enrollment, we will include its date in the arrangements. Completion date depends on scope, integration and time for approval; we confirm it before the paid stage.
We discuss your courses, students, locations, and enrollment process. We review the current website and tools, then identify what new students need and which content to keep.
You compare three free directions for appearance and layout. You evaluate the presentation of the school, courses and contacts. You provide your comments and decide whether you want to order the website build.
We confirm the price, scope, deadline and revisions. We develop the selected project, implement the content and agreed features. The school checks course descriptions, prices and dates before the start.
We verify mobile layouts, menus, links and the application path. After approval, we launch the website and provide your login details. We discuss enrollment editing, renewal costs and further service.
VISIBILITY, MAINTENANCE AND NEXT STEPS
A new language, another department or online classes change the school's offer. We will plan space for new courses and how to update dates. We determine further development, maintenance and promotion as needed.
The pages of actual courses and locations form the basis for ongoing marketing. We can separately discuss SEO and Google Ads campaigns for enrollment. Just launching the website does not guarantee rankings or number of registrations.
We review existing course pages, URLs, and redirects. Before the switch, we check domain settings, email, and access to the student portal. Moving data from school systems requires a separate scope.
We agree on how to update pricing, course dates, teacher profiles, and enrollment status. You can manage content yourself, request individual updates, or choose ongoing website support. Costs and responsibility for keeping information current are confirmed before launch.

QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU START
Answers about pricing, content, registration and enrollment updates.
Yes. Your three initial design and layout concepts are free, with no deposit, contract, or obligation to continue. A brief description of your business and goals is enough to start. Building and launching the website is a separate, paid stage that begins only after you approve the scope and price.
We prepare a custom quote for your project. The number of courses and pages, design, copy, content editing tools and registration features are important. You will learn about the scope of work and the separate costs of maintenance, license and optional website support. Extensive testing or payments require separate arrangements.
We set the timeline once we understand the scope, tools, and content available. Tell us when enrollment opens so we can plan around it. The schedule includes course information, design approval, and registration testing. Each school’s timeline is different.
Start with a description of your school, courses, students, and enrollment process. Programs, dates, pricing, logos, photos, and teacher bios can follow. Do not send student lists, test results, or student portal data; the project focuses on presenting your school.
We organize courses around students’ needs. Each course page can show the language, age group, goal, level, format, and dates. A larger catalog may benefit from filters; a short course list may be enough for a smaller school. We avoid duplicate pages.
Yes, as agreed options. We will check the possibility of connecting a used test or preparing a new solution according to school rules. We will show you a trial lesson, if you offer one, with the actual cost and how to arrange it. The test result and the rules for selecting groups are determined by you.
We can schedule an application form or check the connection to the registration system. Online payments require determining the tool, costs and method of confirming the place. Simply submitting an inquiry does not necessarily constitute a reservation; we will adapt messages to your rules.
We can add a clear transition to the panel in use. Embedding the tool or exchanging data depends on the capabilities of the provider and requires a separate quote. The course presentation website and the course delivery platform have different tasks; we will determine the scope of the connection before development begins.
If you want to edit courses, schedule or pricing, we will take these needs into account when choosing a solution. You can also order changes as part of a separate support plan. Before the start, we will determine who is responsible for keeping the course dates and enrollment status up to date.
The agreed scope may include course structure, addresses, titles, headings and linking. We describe locations in accordance with the actual offer. Ongoing SEO, guides and advertising campaigns are separate services. The creation of the website does not guarantee rankings or number of students.
We will check the current configuration and pages that are worth keeping or redirecting. We will plan domain switching, email support and links to school tools. We discuss the migration of student data separately; it is not an automatic part of website redesign.
What remains is the domain, hosting and any licenses or subscriptions to tools, e.g. registrations and payments. We price support, new courses, new additional languages and promotion separately. Before development, you will learn about recurring costs and renewal arrangements.
