SEO/SEM EXPERIENCE. KNOWING YOUR FACILITY.
I bring over 17 years of SEO and SEM experience, including work with more than 200 clients across Poland and Europe. I apply that experience to website planning: helping people find the site, understand what you offer, and take the next step. The brands and figures shown refer to my SEO and SEM work.
We talk about the nature of the place, the size of the parties and what your services includes. Do you have one room, several spaces, a garden or accommodation? How do couples ask about dates and arrange viewing of the property? We also determine which events you want to promote outside the wedding season. These answers create content, pages and a contact path.

6 CONCEPTS FOR WEDDING VENUES

YOUR INDUSTRY. YOUR CUSTOMERS.
A wedding venue, a restaurant with a banquet hall and a facility with a garden need different accents. We will adapt the website layout to your way of organizing parties. We will only show you the spaces, amenities and services you actually offer.
We will present the size of the venue, the arrangement of tables and the place for dancing. We will divide the scope of the package, menu and additional services. If you have several rooms, the couple will see the differences and ask about the space suitable for the planned number of guests.
We will combine the party offer with information about the cuisine and possible accommodation. We will explain how rooms, after-masses and other elements of the stay are agreed. We will separate the wedding inquiry path from other facility services.
The photos will show the character of the interiors and surroundings. We will describe the conditions of the ceremony, available facilities and solutions for bad weather according to your services. If you are only renting space, we will clearly indicate what the couple organizes on their own.
FROM FIRST IMPRESSION TO INQUIRY
An example of a couple's journey: getting to know the place → choosing a room and package → asking for a date → arranging a viewing. We will determine the number of pages according to what you offer. Each should help answer a specific doubt before the conversation.
Separate space descriptions may show capacity with different settings, parquet flooring and access to the garden. The gallery will be divided into interiors, surroundings and examples of arrangement. The captions will explain what is the venue equipment and what is the decoration of a specific party.
We will show the composition of the packages, pricing principles and the scope of additional fees. The menu may be available on the website and in a downloadable file. If the price depends on the date and number of guests, we will explain these conditions rather than publishing the amount without context.
Overnight stays, garden ceremonies, after-party or corporate events will be accommodated if they are part of the business. For several offers, we will prepare separate pages. The couple will learn what they can order with the wedding and what they need to ask additionally.
We will combine the date query with the number of guests and the selected room. The address, parking directions and contact details will help you arrange your visit. The FAQ will explain how to confirm availability and the next steps according to your policies.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
We will agree on the method of presenting the object, the necessary pages and features. The quote will determine what we prepare, what materials you provide and which elements require separate examination. Three free concepts will help you choose your direction.
We will combine the logo, colors and photographs with a transparent offer. We will show you an intimate manor house or a large banquet hall. The project is intended to help you imagine the party and find the information needed for contact.
We will choose the sizes of the photos and the method of loading them. We will check the gallery, descriptions, menus and buttons on various screens. The couple should be able to view the place and proceed to the inquiry also while using the phone.
We will organize the descriptions of rooms, menus, packages and amenities. The editorial scope and the number of pages are part of the quote. You confirm the capacity, prices and conditions so that the website shows the current offer of your facility.
We plan addresses, titles, headers and links between offers. We take into account the actual location of the place and its character. We define ongoing SEO, content development and advertising campaigns as a separate scope.
The form may collect the date, number of guests and selected space. Availability calendar, CRM or virtual tour are options to be agreed upon. Before the quote, we will check the capabilities of the tool, the method of operation and the supplier's costs.
Before launching, we verify photos, information about what you offer, links and contact details. After approval, we provide your login details. We discuss updating packages, maintenance and possible ongoing support.
CONTACT TAILORED TO YOUR WORKFLOW
Photos help to create interest in the place, and a specific answer allows you to plan a viewing of the venue. On the website we will show you what to ask and how to proceed with further contact. Sending the form will not be presented as confirmation of the reservation.
The form may ask about the preferred date, the approximate number of guests and the type of party. For several rooms, we will add a selection of spaces. This is information that helps prepare the first response, without collecting a full list of participants.
A telephone, contact hours and an appointment button will facilitate the conversation. If you use a meeting calendar, we will check whether it can be linked to the website. We will describe how the couple receives confirmation of the viewing date.
We may arrange to publish selected available dates or a calendar. First, let's determine who updates it and whether it includes pre-locks. Availability and booking conditions are confirmed by the staff in accordance with the facility's policies.
After the inquiry, the couple should know whether they are waiting for a service, a telephone call or a proposal for a visit. We will explain this process and how to confirm your reservation on the website. We will price integration with CRM separately if it is to facilitate messaging.
CUSTOMER LANGUAGE. SPECIFICATIONS ABOUT YOUR COMPANY.
The wedding venue website needs both photos and answers to practical questions. We help organize the materials so that the couple can assess the space, the scope of what you offer and the next steps. We prepare the content based on data approved by you.
We collect photographs of interiors, gardens and selected arrangements. It is also worth showing the arrangement of tables and the space for dancing. We will determine which photos you can publish and whether the presented accessories are part of the package.
Information about the number of guests, parking, facilities and available accommodation will be useful. Descriptions will take into account differences between rooms and settings. We will present the garden, entrance accessibility and bad weather plan according to actual conditions.
We will organize the composition of the package, additional options and pricing rules. If you publish prices, we will add the validity period and conditions. The FAQ will include questions about viewing the venue, external suppliers and confirming the date.
We will determine who changes the menu, offer and photos and monitors free dates. We will add a guide or news when you have a plan for conducting them. We can agree on the language version if you also serve couples from abroad.
SEE THE DESIGNS. THEN DECIDE.
Compare three concepts for the appearance and page layout of your object. You will see different ways of presenting the place, packages and route to the inquiry. This stage is free of charge, without a contract or deposit.
All you need is a short description of the venue: what character it has, what kind of parties you organize and what you want to show. You don't need a detailed brief. The suggestions will help you choose a direction before ordering the creation of a working website.
The free concepts show possible designs and layouts. Building and launching your website is a separate, paid stage that begins only after you approve the scope and price.
WEBSITE - PRICE AND SCOPE
The price of a website for a wedding venue depends on the design, number of pages, photos, content and features. After getting to know the facility, you will receive a custom quote. The scenarios below show possible ranges; they are not ready-made price packages.
For a facility with a simple offer that wants to show the space and facilitate the first inquiry. Photos, key terms and contact information can all be in one view.
For a place with several rooms, packages, accommodations or different types of events. Separate pages allow you to explain what you offer in more detail and link it to galleries.
For a facility that needs a calendar, several languages or a connection to support tools. The scope and cost also depend on the capabilities of the external supplier.
The website build and ongoing maintenance are priced separately. The quote will specify pages, content, features, deadline and revisions. We will discuss the domain, hosting, renewals and tool licenses separately. We define updating of the menu, calendar and packages, website support and marketing as an additional scope. You receive three initial design concepts free of charge.
FOUR STAGES. CLEAR ARRANGEMENTS.
We start by getting to know the space and the materials you already have. The timeline depends on the scope and time for acceptance of photos and content. We confirm the terms of paid website development before this stage begins.
We discuss rooms, packages and how to contact couples. We check the current website and materials to be used. We determine what information should help you choose a place and arrange an appointment.
We show three free directions for appearance and layout. You compare the presentation of the space, gallery and offer. You provide your comments and decide whether you want to order the website build.
We confirm the price, scope, deadline and revisions. We develop the selected project, prepare photos for the website and implement the agreed features. You confirm what you offer, room parameters and contact details.
We verify mobile layouts, galleries, links and query path. After approval, we launch the website and provide your login details. We discuss package editing, renewals and follow-up.
VISIBILITY, MAINTENANCE AND NEXT STEPS
A new menu, a refreshed interior or another type of party should be reflected on the website. We will plan the update process and the possibility of expansion. We select additional services to suit your needs and service capabilities.
Space descriptions, real location and consistent contact form the basis for ongoing marketing. We can discuss SEO and Google Ads separately. The website build does not guarantee rankings, number of inquiries or reservations.
We will review old addresses, photos and content to determine what to keep and where redirects are needed. We will plan to switch the domain and hosting, including email. We will also review downloadable materials.
You can update packages, galleries, and announcements yourself or arrange ongoing website support. We agree on who keeps services and availability current and explain maintenance and renewal costs before development.

QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU START
Answers about free design concepts, pricing, photos, and availability inquiries.
Yes. Your three initial design and layout concepts are free, with no deposit, contract, or obligation to continue. A brief description of your business and goals is enough to start. Building and launching the website is a separate, paid stage that begins only after you approve the scope and price.
We prepare a custom quote for your project. The number of pages and rooms, galleries, content editing, content editing tools and additional features are important. You will know the scope and price before development begins. The costs of domain, hosting, license and possible maintenance are discussed separately.
We set the timeline once the scope is clear and we know when your content will be ready. Extensive galleries, several offers or integrations require a different schedule than the presentation of one room. We also take into account the time required for your approval of the content and photos. You will learn the date before the paid stage.
The logo, photos of the rooms and surroundings, capacity in various settings, packages, menus, amenities and contact rules will be useful. Choose what you can publish. For the first conversation, a description of the place is enough; we don't need guest lists or contracts with couples.
Yes, as an option to be agreed. We will check whether a list of selected dates is enough or whether a connection to the system used is necessary. We will determine the update, pre-lock support and the cost of the tool. Asking for a date does not mean booking it; we will explain the confirmation method according to your rules.
You choose the presentation method according to what you offer. You can show prices, ranges or conditions for custom pricing. Next to the amounts, we will explain the composition of the package, the validity period and the factors that change the price. It is worth separating the items included in what you offer from additional services.
Your own website allows you to arrange the facility's full offer: rooms, galleries, packages, accommodation and contact information in the selected order. It can complement profiles on websites and social media. We will adjust the scope to the information you want to show and update yourself.
We will choose the number and size of photos to present the place. We can divide them into categories and load some of them while scrolling. We check the gallery in mobile layouts; the result also depends on the number of materials and tools agreed, e.g. virtual tour.
If you want to edit what you offer, we will determine the necessary scope and select a solution. You can also request changes or arrange ongoing website support. Updating available dates requires identifying a responsible person and a clear way of handling reservations.
The agreed scope may include the structure, addresses, titles, headings and links between offers. The content describes the actual location and nature of the facility. Ongoing SEO, regular publications and advertising are separate services. We do not guarantee rankings or number of reservations.
After checking the configuration, we will plan how to keep your domain and email working during the transition. We will review old addresses and necessary redirects. We will also discuss the costs of hosting, renewals, licenses and possible maintenance, so that it is clear who takes care of the website after launch.
