SEO/SEM EXPERIENCE. GETTING TO KNOW YOUR SALON.
I bring over 17 years of SEO and SEM experience, including work with more than 200 clients across Poland and Europe. I apply that experience to website planning: helping people find the site, understand what you offer, and take the next step. The brands and figures shown refer to my SEO and SEM work.
We talk about treatments, team specializations and how to make appointments. We check what questions come back in the news: about the price, treatment time, preparation or choice of person. We also determine which photos show your salon and what is worth explaining before the first visit. A site plan is created from this information.

6 EXAMPLES OF DIRECTIONS FOR THE salon

YOUR salon. YOUR SPECIALIZATION.
A showroom with a wide pricing needs a different layout than a studio run by one person. We select pages and the path to sign up for the services you actually offer and the people you want to invite.
We will organize the categories of treatments, present people and their specializations. We will show you how to choose the service and the person performing the procedure. In the case of several locations, we will assign the appropriate pricing, contact details and booking link to each salon.
We will devote more space to descriptions of services, the course of the visit and consultation, if this is how you start working. Confirmed qualifications and your own photos will help you get to know the office. We will base information about treatments on materials approved by you.
A website for a beautician, nail, eyelash or makeup studio may focus on one offer. We will show you the portfolio, available service variants and how to sign up. In the case of mobile work, we will explain the service area and the rules for setting an appointment.
FROM EXPLORING TREATMENTS TO BOOKING A VISIT
An example visitor journey: offer → specific treatment → price and time → reservation or question. The selection of pages depends on your scope of services. With a small offer, the same information may fit on one page.
Facials, body treatments, manicures, lashes, or makeup—we feature the services you actually offer. Each description explains what to expect, how long it takes, and how to book. Clients should be able to find the right service without knowing the name of a device or treatment system.
We will present prices, variants and what the service includes. When you quote a "from" price, we will explain the conditions for changing it. Packages and promotions will have their own rules and validity dates. We will also determine who updates this information.
The photos of the showroom show the place of the first visit. Portraits and confirmed qualifications allow you to get to know people. We will use your portfolio and opinions when you have materials intended for publication. We do not label stock photos as your effects.
The appropriate booking or contact button will appear next to what you offer. The address, hours and entry directions will help you get to your appointment. For new people, we can add a short FAQ and describe vouchers on a separate page, if you offer them.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
We will agree on the appearance, pages, materials and features needed for your salon. The quote will determine the project scope and additional options, such as booking, selling vouchers or editing more descriptions of treatments.
We will combine the logo, colors and photos of your interior with a clear offer. Three free concepts will show you different presentation directions. You will choose how to present your salon before deciding on paid work.
We check the menu, pricing, photos and buttons at different screen widths. What you offer should also be clear when someone opens the page from a social media profile and wants to go straight to booking.
We plan the service structure and information needed before the visit. The scope of editorial assistance and the number of pages are part of the quote. The salon approves data on treatments, prices, qualifications and service methods.
We agree on logical addresses, titles, headers and connections between services. We describe the location according to where the salon operates. Ongoing SEO, campaigns and content development require separate arrangements.
We can offer a call button, an inquiry form, or a link to your booking system. An embedded widget, a custom calendar, and online payments each require different work. Before quoting, we check what your provider supports and any fees involved.
Before launching, we verify the content, links and the route to booking. After approval, we provide your login details. We discuss how to edit the pricing, maintain the website and be responsible for subsequent updates.
SELECT TREATMENT. GO TO VISIT.
Already using a reservation system? Let's start with him. The website can explain what you offer and direct you to the right place to sign up. We select an extensive calendar depending on the needs of the salon and the capabilities of the selected tool.
The button may lead to a salon profile in a tool you are already using. We will check whether you can direct them to a specific service or person. This is simpler than exchanging data between the website and the system.
Before embedding a booking tool, we check the provider’s options, mobile usability, and terms. Licenses, subscriptions, text reminders, and payment fees are discussed separately. Adding the tool to your website does not remove the provider’s charges.
If the appointment is preceded by an interview, we will show you the telephone number and contact hours or a short form. We will confirm whether sending an inquiry means a reservation or just a request to set a date. Contact details are sufficient on the service page.
We explain where to find the entrance, how to get there, and whom to contact. Your salon provides the cancellation and appointment preparation policies. If you have multiple locations, visitors can find the right address and booking options for each one.
YOUR WORK. REAL MATERIALS.
We help organize the information that a person visiting your salon is looking for. Descriptions explain services and how to make appointments. We use your materials; the editing access and preparation of pages is determined in the quote.
We collect service names, variants, time, prices and course description. Information about preparation, contraindications and recommendations is provided and approved by the salon. We do not make promises of results or advice based on the name of the treatment alone.
Logos, portraits and your own photographs will be useful. We will choose photos that show the atmosphere and workflow. We will only use client materials if you can publish them. We do not present an example effect as a result of each visit.
How to choose a manicure variant? How long does the visit last? Can I buy a voucher? We translate the answers into a service description or FAQ. For a person coming for the first time, hours, transport and clear booking rules are also important.
We will determine how to change prices, hours and offers so that the website reflects the operation of the salon. We can connect it with a link to Instagram. Embedded feed, blog and regular updates are options with their own maintenance.
SEE THE DESIGNS. THEN DECIDE.
Compare three concepts for the appearance and layout of your beauty salon website. You will see different ways of showing treatments, photos and ways to register. This stage is free of charge, without a contract or deposit.
Tell us about the salon, the most important services and the current website. Add how you arrange visits and what atmosphere you want to show. You don't need a detailed brief to get started and choose the direction of the project.
The free concepts show possible designs and layouts. Building and launching your website is a separate, paid stage that begins only after you approve the scope and price.
WEBSITE - PRICE AND SCOPE
The price of a website for a beauty salon depends on the number of treatment descriptions, design, materials, content editing tools and features. You will receive a custom quote after the conversation. The scenarios below help define the scope; they are not ready-made price packages.
For a beautician or a studio with a limited range of services. One view shows services, prices, photos and how to make an appointment.
For a salon with a team and several categories of services. Separate descriptions help you compare treatments and prepare for your visit.
For a salon with multiple locations, gift cards, or more advanced booking needs. We check the available options before providing a quote.
Website development and ongoing costs are priced separately. Your quote covers the content, pages, features, timeline, and revisions. Domain registration, hosting, renewals, and booking software licenses have separate costs. Ongoing website support, new service descriptions, integrations, photography, and marketing are scoped separately. Your first 3 design concepts are free.
FOUR STAGES. CLEAR ARRANGEMENTS.
The schedule depends on the scope, photos and time needed for your approval. You will learn the date and conditions of paid website development before starting this stage. You know what materials to prepare and what we check together.
We discuss what you offer, the team, prices and how to make appointments. We check the current website and available photos. We determine what information will help you choose a service and which features are needed.
We will show three free design and layout suggestions. You compare the presentation of the salon, provide comments and choose a direction. You decide whether you want to order the website build.
Before the paid stage, we confirm the price, scope, deadline and revisions. We develop the selected project, implement materials and agreed features. You approve treatment descriptions and information about the salon.
We verify mobile layouts, pricing, links and booking paths. After approval, we launch the website and provide your login details. We discuss editing, renewals, and post-launch support.
CURRENT OFFER. NEXT STEPS.
New treatments, a change of team or the opening of a second point mean more information for customers. We will plan how to update the website and the scope of ongoing work. We determine maintenance and development costs separately.
A structured offer, a real address and clear service descriptions form the basis for ongoing marketing. We can discuss SEO and Google Ads separately. Launching a website does not guarantee rankings, traffic or bookings.
We will review old addresses, content and necessary redirects. We will determine how to maintain the domain, email and booking links. When changing the booking tool, its configuration and possible data transfer must be planned separately.
We will choose a way to update prices, hours, team and photos. You can agree on updating content yourself, individual edits or ongoing maintenance. We will indicate the costs of renewals, licenses and people responsible for keeping the website up to date.

QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU START
Answers about pricing, content updates, and appointment booking.
Yes. Your three initial design and layout concepts are free, with no deposit, contract, or obligation to continue. A brief description of your business and goals is enough to start. Building and launching the website is a separate, paid stage that begins only after you approve the scope and price.
We prepare a custom quote for your project. The number of pages and descriptions of treatments, design, photos, editing and features are important. The link to the booking system you use has a different scope than your own payment calendar. We discuss maintenance and licensing separately.
We set the timeline once the scope is clear and we know when your content will be ready. A larger catalog of treatments, several locations or integrations require more work than a one-page website. The schedule takes into account your verification of the descriptions and approval of the project; you will review the schedule before paid development begins.
To begin with, a description of the salon, services, location and method of booking are sufficient. A logo, pricing, photos of the interior and team, and the address of the current website will be useful. To plan the website, we do not need treatment cards, health data or salon customer data.
Yes, we can schedule a link to the tool you are using. Embedding a widget, navigating to a specific treatment, or full integration depends on the provider's capabilities. We check them before determining the scope. We discuss licenses, subscriptions and other tool fees separately.
Your website can support both channels by bringing together your services, pricing, salon details, and booking links. A booking link connects to your appointment system; it does not replace it. If you want a custom calendar, we assess its features, costs, and management as a separate part of the project.
We will take this possibility into account when selecting a solution and agreeing on the editing access. We will determine who changes the pricing, offer and hours and how they check them. You can also order individual updates or arrange ongoing support. We do not set up a subscription without arrangements.
We can organize the materials or help with editing according to the agreed scope. Information about treatments is approved by the salon. We'll use your own results photos and reviews if you can post them. Stock photos and graphic concepts do not constitute a portfolio of your work.
This is an option to be priced separately. We will determine the method of selecting the service, payment, delivery of the voucher and its handling in the salon. You will also need approved terms of use and sales materials. A simpler solution may be a voucher page with contact details regarding the purchase.
The agreed scope may include the service structure, titles, headings and linking as well as information about the actual location of the showroom. Ongoing SEO, regular content and campaigns are separate services. The mere launch of a website does not guarantee high positions or new visits.
After checking the configuration, we will plan how to keep your domain and email working during the transition. We will look through old pages, photos and necessary redirects. We will include links to the current booking system so that the website change does not make it difficult for customers to schedule appointments.
There remain the costs of the domain, hosting and possible licenses or subscriptions to selected tools. We agree on new content, maintenance, integration and promotion separately. Before development, we discuss recurring fees, renewals and people responsible for servicing.
