SEO/SEM EXPERIENCE. GETTING TO KNOW YOUR HOTEL.
I bring over 17 years of SEO and SEM experience, including work with more than 200 clients across Poland and Europe. I apply that experience to website planning: helping people find the site, understand what you offer, and take the next step. The brands and figures shown refer to my SEO and SEM work.
We talk about rooms, the most important guest groups and what makes your property stand out. We determine whether the priority is individual stays, recreation packages, conferences or groups. We also check the current reservation system and questions directed to the reception. Pages, content and features result from these findings.

6 WEBSITE CONCEPTS FOR HOTELS

MISCELLANEOUS OBJECTS. DIFFERENT REASONS FOR COME.
Business travelers need different details than families planning a vacation. We organize your hotel, guesthouse, or extended-stay website around your accommodations and booking process.
We will highlight the location, access, parking and conditions for a short stay. If you offer conference rooms or corporate services, we will show you their equipment and how to make an inquiry. We will assign contact details to the reception and sales department to appropriate matters.
We will show rooms, packages, meals and available attractions. We will separate what is included in the stay from additional services. Photos and descriptions will help you evaluate the place, and the seasonal offer will provide a clear way to check availability.
We will organize the types of accommodation, facilities and arrival rules. For a small offer, a simpler page may be enough. We will select an inquiry about your stay or transfer to the reservation system you use, according to your workflow.
FROM THE FIRST IMPRESSION TO CHOOSING YOUR STAY
An example guest path: home page → room or package → stay policies → checking availability. The menu results from the facility's offer. Restaurant, SPA, conferences and events will get their own pages if you actually offer them.
The accommodation type may have its own page with photos, square footage, bed layout, number of guests and equipment. We will explain the options for extra beds and the differences between categories. The guest will see what they choose before proceeding to the reservation.
Weekend, holiday or SPA stay - the page will show the dates, length of stay, package contents and agreed conditions. The button can lead to the appropriate offer in the system. We will not add services that the hotel does not provide.
The restaurant, parking lot, swimming pool and attractions in the area help plan your arrival. We will sort the hours, service availability and additional fees according to the property details. Directions and location information will be easy to find.
Hotel stay, breakfast, stay with children and pets and rules for changing the reservation will be placed in the appropriate sections or FAQ. The contact details for the reception will remain visible. We will plan your inquiry about a conference or group stay separately.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
We will agree on the appearance, pages, content and features for your facility. Before development begins, you know what we are preparing, what materials you are providing and how we will connect the website with the method of accepting reservations.
We will combine the logo, colors and photographs with the presentation of the rooms and stay. Three free concepts will allow you to compare directions. The design should match the location and what the guest can expect upon arrival.
We check the readability of descriptions, menus, galleries and buttons at different widths. Contact details and accessibility links should be easy to find. We also verify focus and keyboard operation.
We plan pages for rooms, packages and other services. We can organize materials or help with editing. The number of pages, text preparation and the range of additional languages are part of the quote.
We prepare addresses, titles, headers and links between offers. The content describes the actual location and amenities of the property. We determine ongoing SEO, campaigns and development of publications separately.
We will select a link, widget or integration with the system you use. We will check the supplier's capabilities and how to update offers. Payments, availability synchronization and tool fees require separate arrangements.
We verify data, links and agreed transitions to the reservation or contact. After approval, we launch the website and provide your login details. We discuss how to update, renew and continue servicing.
RESERVATIONS AND INQUIRIES ON THE RIGHT PATH
Booking a room and planning an event are different tasks. We provide clear access to availability and contact options for questions that need a conversation. The setup depends on your systems and guest service policies.
A button next to a room or package may lead to the correct offer in the booking engine. We will determine whether the provider supports this transition. We will also check the readability of the next steps on a phone.
If you use a booking engine, property management system, or channel manager, we start by checking what it supports. A link, an embedded widget, and a data integration involve different work. Available connections depend on your provider.
Without online booking, we can schedule a call and Ask About Availability, number of people and type of stay. The guest should know when they will receive a response. Simply sending an inquiry does not constitute a confirmed reservation.
A separate track may collect the date, number of participants and the need for accommodation, room or meals. The inquiry is directed to the appropriate department. The conference offer will include specific information about rooms and equipment.
REAL PHOTOS. ANSWERS BEFORE ARRIVAL.
The photo attracts attention, and the description helps to choose a room and understand the conditions. We will prepare a presentation based on the materials of your facility. We will determine the editing access and translation before development begins.
Photos of each category, bathrooms, common areas and surroundings will be useful. We will match them to descriptions and mobile layouts. We will determine which materials are current, allowed for publication and what else is missing.
We will separate the benefits included in the stay from extras: food, parking or SPA services. We will base the descriptions of rooms and packages on the hotel's data. Price conditions must match what the guest will see when booking.
What time does the hotel check-in start? Can I come with a dog? How does parking work? Your answers may be included in the FAQ and stay descriptions. We will show real opinions from an agreed source and after determining the method of publication.
If you receive foreign guests, we will select the necessary languages and the method of maintaining translations. We will determine who changes packages, photos and messages. A blog about your neighborhood is an option when you have a goal and a plan to pursue it.
SEE THE DESIGNS. THEN DECIDE.
Compare three design and layout concepts for your hotel. You'll see different ways to present rooms, packages and how to book. This stage is free of charge, without a contract or deposit.
Tell us about the facility, guests and the current website. Please specify what booking system you use and what you want to change. You don't need a detailed brief. The concepts will help you choose a direction before ordering the construction of your website.
The free concepts show possible designs and layouts. Building and launching your website is a separate, paid stage that begins only after you approve the scope and price.
WEBSITE - PRICE AND SCOPE
The price depends on pages, materials, design, additional languages, editing and integration methods. After the conversation, you will receive a custom quote. The scenarios below show the differences in scope; they are not ready-made price packages.
For a guesthouse or hotel with a simpler offer. The website organizes accommodation, stay rules and contact methods.
For a hotel with several room categories and stay offers. Separate pages show differences and additional services.
For an object that needs several languages, an extensive range of services or a connection of the website with the systems used.
The website build and ongoing maintenance are priced separately. Your quote covers the pages, content, features, timeline, and revisions. Domain registration, hosting, renewals, and licenses have separate costs. Booking and payment providers may charge subscriptions or transaction fees; we check the terms of the chosen tools. Website support, new content, and marketing are scoped separately. Your first 3 design concepts are free.
FOUR STAGES. CLEAR ARRANGEMENTS.
The schedule depends on the scope, photos, content and needed connections to systems. It also takes into account the time for your acceptance. You will learn the terms of paid website development before starting this stage.
We discuss rooms, groups of guests, packages and how to book. We check the current website and available photos. We determine the goal, the needed pages and the capabilities of the systems used.
We show three free directions for appearance and layout. You compare the hotel's presentation and provide comments. You decide whether you want to order the creation of a working website.
We confirm the price, scope, deadline and revisions. We develop the selected project, implement content and established features. You confirm information about the facility, rooms and stay policies.
We verify mobile layouts, links and booking or contact paths. After approval, we launch the website and provide your login details. We discuss editing, renewals and follow-up.
VISIBILITY, MAINTENANCE AND NEXT STEPS
A new package, room renovation or facility expansion may require changes in presentation. We will plan the update process and space for the development of what you offer. We select further actions to suit the hotel's needs.
Descriptions of rooms, offers and actual location form the basis for ongoing marketing. We can discuss SEO, content about the area and Google Ads separately. Just launching a website does not guarantee SEO, occupancy or bookings.
We review existing URLs, content, and redirects. We plan the domain switch so your email keeps working and check booking links before the move so guests can continue using them afterward.
We will select the scope of independent changes in offers, photos and practical information. You can also order individual revisions or arrange website support. Renewal costs, system maintenance and responsibility for keeping data up-to-date will be determined before the start.

QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU START
Answers about pricing, photos, reservations, and ongoing website support.
Yes. Your three initial design and layout concepts are free, with no deposit, contract, or obligation to continue. A brief description of your business and goals is enough to start. Building and launching the website is a separate, paid stage that begins only after you approve the scope and price.
We prepare a custom quote for your project. What matters are room and package pages, design, copy, languages, editing scope and connection with reservations. Before development, you will learn the cost of development and separate costs of maintenance, license and possible ongoing support.
We set the date after recognizing the scope and availability of materials. An extensive service, translations or integrations require other arrangements than a simple presentation of the object. The schedule takes into account your content verification and the capabilities of the reservation system provider.
First we will check the tool and the supplier's conditions. Possible solutions include going to the booking, embedding a widget or a more advanced connection. We will confirm the scope before the quote. We do not declare integration with any system without first checking it.
Yes. We can add an availability inquiry form and make it easy to contact the front desk. If you want a booking engine, we assess the features and provider costs separately. An inquiry form should make it clear that submitting it does not confirm a stay.
Synchronization depends on the system used and the channel manager, i.e. a tool managing sales in various channels. We will check supported connections, configuration and cost. The page with the booking button itself does not synchronize dates between portals.
Terms depend on the reservation and payment provider. They may include a subscription fee, a booking commission or a transaction fee. Your own website gives you an additional route to the hotel's offer, but it does not automatically mean zero sales handling costs.
Photos of rooms, bathrooms, common areas and surroundings, as well as equipment, packages, stay policies and contact details will be useful. Add the name of the system you use and the address of the current website. To start with, a description of the object is enough; we will determine the set of materials during the conversation.
We can include such elements within the agreed scope. We will select the languages for the hotel guests and arrange the preparation and updating of translations. Conferences, weddings or groups will receive separate descriptions and contact details if they are part of your services.
We agree on editing access before development. You can update offers, copy, and photos yourself or ask us to make changes. Rates and availability may be managed in a separate booking system; we explain who updates what.
After checking the configuration, we will plan how to keep your domain and email working during the transition. We will review old addresses, content and necessary redirects. We will also take into account the booking system used and existing links to offers.
The agreed scope may include SEO basics: structure, titles, headings and linking. Ongoing SEO, advertising and new publications are separate services. Domain, hosting, renewals, licenses and possible maintenance have separate costs, which we discuss before launch.
