SEO/SEM EXPERIENCE. GETTING TO KNOW YOUR RESTAURANT.
I bring over 17 years of SEO and SEM experience, including work with more than 200 clients across Poland and Europe. I apply that experience to website planning: helping people find the site, understand what you offer, and take the next step. The brands and figures shown refer to my SEO and SEM work.
We discuss your food, atmosphere, and service model. We identify whether dine-in visits, lunch service, takeout, or group events are the priority. We also review how you update menus and manage reservations. Those details shape the website’s content, layout, and features.

6 EXAMPLES OF DIRECTIONS FOR RESTAURANTS

YOUR KITCHEN. YOUR GUESTS.
A degustation dinner restaurant, a lunch bistro and a delivery pizzeria need different ordering routes. We plan the website around the actual offer and daily operation of the restaurant. We select additional features where they are applicable.
The guest will learn about the cuisine, prices and atmosphere of the place. We will show you the current menu, photos of the room and how to make a reservation. If you organize tasting dinners or events, we will explain the rules and the route to inquiry.
In a bistro and cafe, quick access to what you offer, lunch serving hours and the address are important. We will plan space for a variable daily menu and announcements about opening hours on holidays. The content editing tools will be agreed with the person running the restaurant.
We will divide what you offer on site, takeaway and delivery. We will show you the delivery zones, order acceptance hours and the correct button. For several establishments, we will assign each of them their own menu, address and contact details.
FROM THE DISH CARD TO THE VISIT
An example guest journey: home page → menu → reservation or order → directions. We will adjust the number of pages to your activity. A simple restaurant can fit what you offer into one view; separate services and locations are worth presenting separately.
The menu is a readable text with categories, descriptions and prices. The guest will check what you offer on their phone without enlarging the photo of the entire card. The PDF menu can be a downloadable add-on. Information about ingredients and allergens is provided and approved by the restaurant.
Photos of dishes, hall and garden will show the place before the visit. A short history of the kitchen or a chef introduction only makes sense if it tells a specific story. We will use materials showing your actual restaurant and offer.
We will show you how to book a table and when you receive confirmation. Orders for pickup or delivery may link to the system you use. Parties, catering or group menus will receive their own description if you offer them.
The address, opening hours and kitchen opening hours make it easier to plan your visit. We will add directions, parking and entrance information consistent with the condition of the restaurant. At several points, the guest will choose the right location.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
We will agree on the menu layout, content, photos and features needed by your restaurant. The scope will determine what you deliver, what we prepare and what tools require a separate quote. The website must match the brand and the way guests are served.
We will combine the logo, colors and photos of the restaurant with a transparent menu. Three free concepts will show you different ways to present your kitchen before you decide to pay for it.
We check the readability of menus, navigation, buttons and contact at different widths. The guest should conveniently go from the menu to the reservation, also on a phone; we include keyboard operation.
We will organize the categories of dishes, descriptions of what you offer and information before the visit. The number of pages and editorial assistance are part of the quote. Prices, ingredients and service rules are approved by the restaurant.
We plan logical addresses, titles, headers and links. We describe the location and type of kitchen in accordance with what you offer. We discuss ongoing SEO, maintaining a company profile and campaigns separately.
We will select a telephone number, inquiry or link to the reservation and ordering system. Embedding the tool, payments and connecting to POS requires checking the provider, scope and fees.
Before launch, we check the menus, links, mobile layouts and agreed guest paths. After approval, we launch the website, provide your login details and discuss editing and maintenance.
VISIT, COLLECTION OR DELIVERY?
Some guests want to reserve an evening table, others want to order lunch for work. We'll plan separate buttons and descriptions so they know where they're going and how the restaurant confirms their order or reservation.
A visible number will work if you make reservations by phone. Using the form, we will set the date, number of people and contact details. Sending an inquiry does not mean that a table is available - we will explain how to confirm on the website.
If you use a booking tool, we may arrange to link or embed its widget. We will check the handling of availability and confirmations. We will specify licenses, subscriptions and additional features before development begins.
The guest will choose pickup or delivery and will learn the delivery times, zone and possible minimum order. Shopping cart, payments and connection to the kitchen or POS are options subject to arrangement. We can also use the current system.
The party request may include the date, number of guests and type of meeting. We will separate them from quick table reservations. We will present the menu offer and the course of arrangements according to the actual rules of your restaurant.
SPECIFICATIONS FROM YOUR KITCHEN
A nice photo attracts attention, but the decision to visit also requires prices, hours and clear rules. We collect information about the restaurant and organize it into useful content for the guest. The editing access is determined in the quote.
Prepare the current menu: names, descriptions, prices and categories of dishes. We will agree on how to present the lunch, seasonal menu and information about ingredients and allergens. This data comes from restaurants; we do not add them based on photos.
Logos and photos of actual dishes, interior and garden will be useful. We will select frames that show the character of the place and prepare them for display on the website. Your own photos help establish what a guest can expect.
We gather restaurant and kitchen hours, your address, reservation policies, and pickup and delivery details. Parking, entrance information, family amenities, or a patio can be included where relevant. Additional languages are chosen for the guests you serve.
We will determine who changes prices, menu of the day and hours on holidays. How you edit or request changes yourself is part of the scope. We will add news, events and a blog when you have a plan for running them.
SEE THE DESIGNS. THEN DECIDE.
Compare three concepts for the appearance and layout of your restaurant's website. You will see different ways to show the cuisine, menu and the way to make a reservation. This stage is free of charge, without a contract or deposit.
A short description of the restaurant is enough: what you serve, for whom and how you receive guests or orders. You can include the address of your current website. You don't need a detailed brief - the proposals will help you choose the direction.
The free concepts show possible designs and layouts. Building and launching your website is a separate, paid stage that begins only after you approve the scope and price.
WEBSITE - PRICE AND SCOPE
The price of a website for a restaurant depends on the number of pages, menus, photos, editorial and content editing tools. The reservation or order system changes the scope of work and maintenance costs. After the conversation, you will receive a custom quote. The scenarios below are not ready-made price packages.
For an establishment that wants to show the kitchen and facilitate the visit. One view combines the menu, photos and basic information for guests.
For restaurants with parties, catering or several restaurant. Separate pages organize what you offer and lead to the appropriate contact information.
For a venue that needs reservations, orders or additional languages. We select tools to suit the restaurant's processes and the supplier's capabilities.
The website build and ongoing maintenance are priced separately. Your quote covers the design, content, features, timeline, and revisions. Domain registration, hosting, renewals, licenses, and software subscriptions have separate costs. We also check payment processing fees when relevant. Website support, menu updates, and marketing are scoped separately. Your first 3 design concepts are free.
FOUR STAGES. CLEAR ARRANGEMENTS.
We start by learning about your restaurant and choosing a design direction. The schedule depends on the project scope, content availability, and your approvals. We confirm the price and terms before paid work begins.
We discuss the cuisine, guests, menu and reservation rules. We check the current website and the tools used. We determine what the new website should facilitate and what information is needed before the visit.
We show three free directions of appearance and layout. You compare the ways of presenting dishes and the restaurant and provide comments. You decide whether you want to order the creation of a working website.
We confirm the scope, price, deadline and revisions. We implement the selected design, menu and agreed features. You approve prices, information about dishes and service rules. We check integration with the tool provider.
We check mobile layouts, links, and the booking or ordering process. Once you approve the site, we launch it and provide your login details. We also discuss menu updates, renewals, and ongoing website support.
THE MENU CHANGES. WEBSITE ALSO.
A new card, a seasonal garden or another restaurant require up-to-date information. We will plan the edition and room for development. Website development, maintenance and promotional activities have a separate scope and fixed costs.
The type of cuisine, location and consistent restaurant data form the basis for ongoing marketing. We can discuss SEO, company profile and Google Ads separately. Just launching a website does not guarantee rankings or bookings.
We review existing URLs, menus, photos, and redirects. We plan the domain switch so your email keeps working, taking account of your reservation or ordering system and links from your business profiles.
We will adapt the update process to the person serving the restaurant. You can choose to manage content yourself, individual changes or curation. We will establish responsibility for current prices, hours, information about dishes and the efficiency of selected tools.

QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU START
Answers about the menu, pricing, updates and guest tools.
Yes. Your three initial design and layout concepts are free, with no deposit, contract, or obligation to continue. A brief description of your business and goals is enough to start. Building and launching the website is a separate, paid stage that begins only after you approve the scope and price.
We prepare a custom quote for your project. Pages, menu presentation, copy, photos, editing and features are important. Before development, you will receive the scope and separate costs of the domain, hosting and selected tools. Integration of orders, payments or reservations requires additional arrangements.
We set the timeline after reviewing the scope and availability of the menu, photos and copy. Integrations and several additional languages require more work than a simple one-page website. The schedule also takes into account your acceptance of the project and data about the restaurant; you will review the schedule before paid development begins.
Yes. We can plan the menu as a text with categories, descriptions and prices, also readable on a phone. The PDF may remain as an additional downloadable version. We will agree on the content editing tools and possible connection of the menu with the ordering system in the development scope.
If you want to make such changes, we will take into account the necessary editing access when choosing a solution. We will appoint a person responsible for the menu, prices and hours on holidays. You can also request updates as part of a separate support plan.
The form itself transmits the query. The website should make it clear who confirms table availability and how. Automatic reservations require a tool that supports availability and confirmation. We can check the possibility of connecting the system you are already using.
Yes, as agreed scope after checking the supplier's solution. We discuss pickup, delivery zones, lead times, dish availability and order processing. We check the subscription, payment operator fees and possible connection to POS separately. A simple link to the current system has a different scope than full integration.
The logo, current menu with prices, photographs of dishes and restaurant, address, hours and reservation and delivery rules will be useful. Information about ingredients and allergens is provided and approved by the restaurant. To start, all you need is a short description of your business and the address of your current website.
Yes. We agree on which languages to include and how translations will be kept current. Each location can have its own hours, menu, phone number, and reservation link. The number of languages and locations affects the project scope and price.
Within the agreed scope, we prepare the structure, titles, headings and linking, taking into account the actual cuisine and location. Ongoing SEO, company profile management and advertising are separate services. The website build does not guarantee items, orders or reservations.
After checking the configuration, we will determine how to go to the new website while maintaining the domain and email services. We will review old addresses and necessary redirects. We'll also include links to menus, QR codes, and the booking or ordering tools you use.
There are the costs of the domain, hosting and possible licenses or subscriptions. Reservation, ordering and payment systems may have their own fees. We arrange maintenance, menu updates, subsequent pages and promotion separately. Recurring costs are discussed before development begins.
