SEO/SEM EXPERIENCE. GET TO KNOW YOUR COMPANY.
I bring over 17 years of SEO and SEM experience, including work with more than 200 clients across Poland and Europe. I apply that experience to website planning: helping people find the site, understand what you offer, and take the next step. The brands and figures shown refer to my SEO and SEM work.
We discuss whether you design gardens, install planting and lawns, or provide ongoing maintenance. We agree on your service area, project types, and quoting process. We choose photos that show your work and information that helps clients start a useful conversation. That becomes the website plan.

6 EXAMPLE DIRECTIONS FOR LANDSCAPERS

YOUR SCOPE OF WORK. YOUR AUDIENCE.
When it comes to a new garden, style and stages of construction are important. When it comes to care - the scope of visits and regularity. The facility manager needs rules for constant service. A website for a landscaper should answer the questions of the people you want to work with.
We show the process from concept to finished landscape: consultation, design, site preparation, and planting, based on the services you provide. Photos and descriptions distinguish design-only work from completed installations and help clients understand your style.
We distinguish one-time cleanups, mowing, pruning, and regular landscape maintenance. Clients can see what you do, how often you visit, and when to ask about availability. Lawn care or irrigation can be highlighted if those are your specialties.
For hotels, HOAs, and commercial properties, we explain your service area and maintenance arrangements. A dedicated inquiry option for recurring service can ask about the property size and preferred schedule.
FROM SEEING THE GARDEN TO ASKING
A typical visitor might go from your home page to a service, a similar completed project, and then a quote request. We choose pages that reflect the work you do. A few well-described projects can say more than a long list of general claims.
Landscape design, installation, maintenance, lawns, planting, and irrigation can have dedicated descriptions. Each explains the work, who it is for, and how to get started. A smaller service range may fit into sections on one page.
The photos will include the scope of the order and what your company was responsible for. We can compare before and after views, mark the stage of work and the time of taking the photo. We will describe the project or visualization separately from the photo of the finished garden.
We will present the team, the workflow and real testimonials that you can publish. We will indicate the towns or service area and the rules of service outside it. The customer will check whether his garden is within your reach.
We will explain what information is needed for the initial conversation and when an inspection is necessary. You can show your own pricing or factors influencing the price of works. The phone number and form will appear next to the appropriate services.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
We will agree on the design, pages, gallery and the method of accepting inquiries. The scope will determine what we prepare, what materials you provide and which features require additional pricing.
We will combine the logo, photos of gardens and the nature of the company into a coherent presentation. Three free concepts will allow you to compare directions before ordering paid website development.
The photos should support what you offer and the telephone number and inquiry should be easy to find. We check views, menus, buttons and keyboard operation so that the customer can conveniently go to the contact.
We plan how photos and descriptions are organized and what you can edit. Before-and-after comparisons, service filters, and detailed project stories are quoted according to your needs.
We plan clear URLs, page titles, headings, and links between services and projects. Service area content reflects where your company actually works. Ongoing SEO and advertising are discussed separately.
We will agree on the form fields: type of work, location and approximate area. Calendar, attaching photos or connecting to CRM are options that require recognition and separate pricing.
Before launch, we check content, photos, links, and contact details. After you approve the site, we provide your login details and explain how to add projects. Maintenance and future updates are discussed separately.
AN QUESTION THAT HELP START THE CONVERSATION
Once visitors understand your services, they should be able to describe their property and what they need. We plan an inquiry process that gives you useful details to respond and suggest the next step.
The short form may ask about the location, work needed and the approximate size of the garden. We will determine the fields appropriate to your services. The initial inquiry does not necessarily require the exact address of the property or a detailed design.
We will show you whether you start with a conversation, photos or a site visit. We will explain, according to your rules, what the quote depends on and whether the inspection is subject to payment. Sending the form does not confirm the price or work date.
A person ordering cleaning needs a different scope than an administrator looking for regular service. We can separate these requests and ask for the frequency of work. Availability in the season is confirmed during the conversation.
The call button and contact hours will be useful for customers with a quick question. If you use a calendar, we'll check whether it's available. Automatic reservations and sending photos require separate arrangements.
MATERIALS THAT SHOW YOUR WORK
We organize project photos and descriptions so clients can see what each project involved and whether you offer similar work. Your quote defines the copy editing and number of project descriptions included.
Clear photos of the entire garden, details and stages of work will be useful. Before and after comparisons are best compared from a similar angle. We will mark it if the photo shows fresh plantings or a garden after several seasons.
We collect information about the task: design, site preparation, lawn, plants or irrigation. When investing together, we will define your role. We publish materials and opinions to which you are authorized.
The descriptions will explain whether you provide materials, take away waste and offer aftercare if you do so. You will provide the actual scope and method of setting the date. We do not add services that you do not provide.
Seasonal booking notices, new projects, and practical advice can support your services. We add a blog if you have a plan to maintain it, and agree on who updates availability, photos, and landscape care information.
SEE THE DESIGNS. THEN DECIDE.
See three concepts for the appearance and layout of your gardening company's website. You will compare ways of presenting works, services and contact. This stage is free of charge, without a contract or deposit.
First, tell us about the services, service area and what you want to show. Selected photos or the address of the current website will be useful. You don't need to have a detailed brief - concepts will help set the direction.
The free concepts show possible designs and layouts. Building and launching your website is a separate, paid stage that begins only after you approve the scope and price.
WEBSITE - PRICE AND SCOPE
The price of a website for a gardening company depends on the number of pages, galleries, copy and content editing tools. Inquiry features and preparation of materials are also important. You will receive a custom quote; below we show sample ranges, without assigning fixed prices to them.
For an individual or a small team with a clearly defined offer. One page shows services, job selections and how to start a conversation.
For a company combining several areas of work. The pages explain the differences between design, construction and care.
For a company that regularly adds projects or needs special query handling. We will choose the scope to suit the way we work.
The website build and ongoing maintenance are priced separately. The quote will specify the design, content, features, deadline and revisions. We will discuss the domain, hosting, renewals and tool licenses separately. We will define adding further projects, website support and marketing as an additional scope. Your first 3 design concepts are free.
FOUR STAGES. CLEAR ARRANGEMENTS.
We will adjust the schedule to the scope and availability of photos and copy. We will determine when your verification is needed. You will learn the terms of paid website development before starting this stage.
We discuss services, clients, access and how to price the work. We look at the photos and your current website if you have one. We determine the necessary pages and the purpose of the initial contact.
You receive three free design and layout suggestions. You compare the presentation of photos, services and contact information. You provide comments and decide on ongoing work.
We confirm price, scope, schedule and revisions. We develop the chosen direction, prepare content and agreed features. You confirm company information and job descriptions.
We verify photos, mobile layouts, links and query path. After approval, we publish the website and provide the agreed access. We discuss updates and maintenance costs.
VISIBILITY, MAINTENANCE AND NEXT STEPS
New photos, expanded coverage and seasonal messages should have their place on the site. We will plan an update method that suits your work. We will price ongoing support and promotion separately.
Clear service descriptions, accurate service areas, and related projects provide a foundation for future marketing. We can discuss SEO and Google Ads separately. Building a website does not guarantee rankings or a specific number of inquiries.
We will review old addresses, content and photos to select material to keep and redirects needed. We will determine the website switching, domain and email functionality. We plan migration before launch.
We will agree whether you add photos and change what you offer yourself or whether you outsource this work. Gallery updates, backups and technical support have a fixed scope. Before you start, you will learn about renewal costs and service rules.

QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU START
Answers about pricing, photos, gallery editing and work inquiries.
Yes. Your three initial design and layout concepts are free, with no deposit, contract, or obligation to continue. A brief description of your business and goals is enough to start. Building and launching the website is a separate, paid stage that begins only after you approve the scope and price.
We prepare the quote after the conversation. It depends on the pages, design, gallery, descriptions, content editing tools and form features. Before development, you will receive the scope and separate costs of maintenance, license and optional website support.
We set the date after determining the scope and availability of materials. A simple one-page website and an extensive website with a gallery require a different amount of work. We will take into account the time needed to select photos and your approval of the descriptions and design; you will receive the schedule before the paid stage.
Photos of your own works, scope of services, service area, logo and current website address will be useful. Add to the photo what you did and what stage the garden was at. We will use materials that you can publish. To start, just a few examples and a short description of the company are enough.
Yes, after determining the layout of the gallery. We will select comparable shots and describe the scope of work, stage and context of the photos. We will mark visualizations and projects as such. The comparison slider, filters and extensive investment descriptions are features agreed upon in the quote.
If you want to edit the page, we will take this into account when choosing a solution. We will determine which photos, descriptions and messages you can change and how to transfer the service. You can also order individual updates or a separate support plan.
It may ask about the location, type of service, approximate area and planned date. We will select the fields to suit your quote method. Uploading photos, calculator or calendar requires additional arrangements. The price and date of work may require a conversation or site inspection.
We describe the towns and regions you serve and any travel arrangements outside that area. We can add notices for seasonal bookings or recurring maintenance. We agree on who updates availability; the website should not promise an open date without confirmation.
The agreed scope may include service structure, titles, headings, image descriptions and linking. Ongoing SEO, regular advice and advertising are separate activities. Just launching a website does not guarantee rankings, traffic or new customers.
After reviewing your setup, we'll plan how to retain your domain and email. We'll review existing URLs and documents, map redirects, and preserve links to your client portal and any official resources.
Ongoing costs include domain registration, hosting, and any software licenses or subscriptions. Website support, new project descriptions, additional features, and marketing are quoted separately. We discuss renewals and agree on who will update and maintain the site before launch.
