First, I get to know your community.
Then I plan your website.

I bring over 17 years of SEO and SEM experience, including work with more than 200 clients across Poland and Europe. I apply that experience to website planning: helping people find the site, understand what you offer, and take the next step. The brands and figures shown refer to my SEO and SEM work.

We talk about housing estates, the division of administration and the issues with which residents most often call the office. We check current documents, the method of publishing advertisements and the resident portal used. We determine who adds content and who approves it. Only then do we select the menu, pages and features.

HOA websites.
Built around the way you work.

A resident is looking for information about his building, an employee wants to quickly add an advertisement, and a contractor is checking a tender. The website should help each of these people without expanding the menu with unnecessary tabs. We will adjust the scope to the size of the resource and the way the HOA works.

Residents and Members

In the foreground we will place current messages, documents, important telephone numbers and the entrance to the resident's system in use. For many estates, we will plan a division of content to make it easier to find matters relating to a specific administration.

Management teams

We will adapt the content editing tools to the people running the website. We will agree on a panel for publishing announcements and files, the roles of editors and the acceptance of content. A smaller HOA may be satisfied with a simpler arrangement; the greater one needs a clear division of responsibility.

Contractors and tenants

If you publish tenders or offers of premises, we will allocate a separate place for them. The deadline, attachments, status of the advertisement and contact details of the appropriate person will help you prepare the inquiry. We will include these modules when the HOA actually needs them.

A clear structure for your website.
Updates, documents, and resident contacts.

A typical resident might go from the home page to their community, an announcement or document, and then the right management contact. The menu can include news, communities, documents, board information, and contacts. Returning visitors also get a clear resident portal link.

01
Announcements and planned work

A break in the water supply, an inspection of the installation or the start of heating require a place, date and contact. We will plan to highlight urgent information and divide it into current announcements and archive. Settlement categories and expiration dates are negotiable options.

02
Downloadable documents and forms

We will arrange the statute, regulations, resolutions, reports and application templates by type and year. General meeting materials may have their own tab. The HOA indicates the current versions, approves the publication and determines the rules of access with legal assistance.

03
Communities, management, and board information

For several administrations, we will show which contact handles which resource. We will accommodate office hours and approved technical calls. Information about the management board, supervisory board and general meeting will be placed in a place appropriate to the structure of the HOA.

04
Bids, properties, and resident portal access

Separate advertisements for contractors and tenants will facilitate orientation in what you offer. The link to resident portal will direct the resident to the current system. We will price the search engine, filters or the zone after logging in as agreed features, specifying their scope.

Your website, from design to launch.
What’s included in the project.

Before paid website development, we will agree on the design, pages, content editing tools and materials to be transferred. The quote will also specify additional features and tests. You'll see what the new site includes and how employees will run it once it launches.

Design tailored to the HOA

We will combine the logo, resource images, and colors with a layout that makes information easier to find. Three free concepts will show you different appearance directions before you decide to order construction.

Easy to read on mobile and desktop

We check the menus, copy, buttons and keyboard operation. Important telephone numbers and messages should be easy to find. We establish accessibility requirements and the scope of their verification before starting work.

Content and structured archive

We will list the pages and files to be transferred. We will agree on categories, names of documents and the scope of editorial descriptions. The person designated by the HOA will approve the information and materials before publication.

Editing tools for your team

If employees are to self-publish, we will plan a content management panel (CMS). We will determine the edited elements, roles and method of adding attachments. We will include the acceptance flow and instructions within the agreed scope.

Contact and agreed connections

We will select the entrance to the resident portal, forms and contact details for the administration. Logging, data exchange, notifications or connection to the fault system require a separate analysis of the supplier's capabilities and costs.

Testing and website handoff

Before launch, we will check the agreed paths of the resident and the editor. After approval, we will provide you with the agreed access rights and discuss how to run the website. We will explain hosting, renewals, backups and follow-up separately.

Urgent repair or everyday question?
Show residents whom to contact.

Calling the technical assistance service, asking the office and checking the settlement have different paths. We will plan clear signs and links to the appropriate people and systems on the HOA's website. We will adjust the scope of forms to how the site will be managed notifications.

01
Key phone numbers in one place

We will show the numbers of the administration and technical services along with their opening hours and scope of service. The button on your phone will start the call. The HOA will indicate which numbers are for urgent emergencies and which are for simple questions.

02
Requests routed to the right team

An agreed form can help describe the fault and identify the building. We will determine the visitor, required fields and information on further service. Case statuses and attachments are additional scope; The form itself does not mean 24-hour duty.

03
Access to your resident portal

The resident should recognize a button leading to the system he or she already uses. We can plan the link from scratch. An embedded module or shared login requires checking the documentation and agreeing with the system provider.

04
"How to get things done" instructions

Downloading the application is only the first step. In case of important matters, we will explain where to submit the document and what opening hours the office is open. The content will be created from the HOA's approved procedures so that the website leads to a specific action.

Content that helps people choose.
Clear details and relevant photos.

A scan with an unclear name and an undated advertisement make it difficult to find an answer. We help organize materials and prepare short descriptions. We will agree the scope of work on the content in the quote, and the HOA will approve the accuracy of the information and the rules for its disclosure.

01
Materials before starting

A logo, photos of the estates, a list of administrations, contact details and the current website address will be useful. We will also collect a list of documents and ad categories. For the first conversation, a description of your needs is enough; we do not need residents' data or their settlements.

02
Title, year and version of the document

We will plan understandable names, categories and distinctions between current and archival materials. You can show the file's subject, date and short description. We will also determine how to prepare easy to read attachments and the scope of work on old scans.

03
Announcement with complete information

The message should indicate what it concerns, which buildings it covers and when the work takes place. We will agree on a place for contact and a subsequent status update. Urgent information may receive a highlight and an end date for displaying.

04
Person responsible for news

We will determine who submits the content, reviews it and publishes it. Employees should know how to replace a file with a newer version and end the announcement. The documents to be made available and the access rules are approved by the HOA together with its legal services.

The free concepts show possible designs and layouts. Building and launching your website is a separate, paid stage that begins only after you approve the scope and price.

What will your website cost?
Scope, features, and ongoing costs.

The price of a website for an HOA or housing community depends on the number of pages, the number of documents to be transferred, the content editing tools and the features needed. The division into housing estates and connections to systems are also important. The following scenarios help determine the scope of your individual quote.

BASIC INFORMATION

  • Office hours and important telephone calls

Custom QuoteRequest a Quote

We price construction, maintenance and development separately. Before ordering, we will confirm the pages, materials, features, deadline and correction rules. We will discuss the domain, hosting, licenses and technical support separately. Updates, backups, adding documents and new modules require costs and responsibilities to be established. Your first 3 design concepts are free.

From our first conversation
to your finished website.

First, we will designate a contact person and a method for approving the project. The schedule depends on the scope, availability of materials and time for decisions by the HOA. You will learn the terms of paid website development before starting this stage.

01
We learn about the needs of the HOA

We talk about residents, administrations and published content. We check the current website, list of documents and systems used. We determine the purpose of the renovation and the materials that are worth keeping.

02
You get 3 concepts

We show three free directions of appearance and layout. You can present them to decision-makers, compare proposals and provide comments. Simply receiving a concept does not oblige you to order.

03
We Agree on the Scope and Build

We confirm pages, features, migration, price, deadline and fixes. We develop the selected system and introduce approved materials. We implement the content editing tools and additional connections within the agreed scope.

04
We Review and Launch

We verify views on different screens, documents, links and contacts. If this is within scope, we also check editor publishing. After approval, we launch the website, provide access and discuss operation.

A website that grows with you.
Updates, support, and next steps.

Residents may have old links saved and staff regularly add documents. When rebuilding, we will take these habits and the scope of maintenance into account. Subsequent modules can be planned in stages, according to the needs of the HOA.

Addresses and SEO basics

Clear titles, headings and links help organize the website around the name of the HOA and the residents' affairs. We will agree on the technical foundations of SEO. Ongoing SEO is a separate service; launching a website does not guarantee a Google ranking.

Relocation of the current site

We will write down old pages and files and determine which addresses to keep or redirect. We will discuss page switching, domain and email functionality. We will include links to the used resident portal in the new structure.

Updates and support

You can choose to manage content yourself, individual changes or further maintenance. Before the start, we will determine the renewal costs, the scope of backup copies and the people responsible for the service. We will value notifications and new integrations as further development.

The best part? Hearing from clients.

HOA web design FAQs.
What to know before you start.

Answers about design concepts, pricing, documents, resident portal links, and staff editing access.

Are the 3 design concepts really free?

Yes. We prepare three preliminary design and layout concepts without any fee, deposit or signing of the contract. You are under no obligation to continue. Creating a working website, transferring materials and launching it is a later, paid stage after agreeing on the scope and price.

How much does a website for an HOA or housing community cost?

We prepare a custom quote for your project. It depends on the pages, number of documents, content editing tools, division into housing estates and features. Migration of a larger archive and integrations require scope recognition. Before ordering, you will be informed about the manufacturing cost and separate maintenance fees.

How long does it take to prepare a website for an HOA?

We set the timeline after reviewing the scope and condition of the materials. The transfer of documents, possible connections to systems and the time for management decisions and content verification are also important. We will confirm the schedule before paid website development; we do not assume one date for all HOAs and housing communities.

What to prepare for the first conversation?

Provide the address of the current site, the number of settlements or administrations, and the issues the new site will facilitate. Information about the resident portal used and the people adding content will be useful. We can collect the logo, photos and list of documents later. Do not send billing or resident information.

Will employees post announcements and documents?

If your HOA wants to manage its own website, we include content editing tools in the project. We agree on how to publish announcements, attachments, and pages, and who can make changes. Approval workflows, training, and ongoing assistance are planned before development.

Can the website lead to our resident portal?

Yes. We can add a clearly labeled link to your existing resident portal. Embedding a module, shared login, or data connection requires a review of your provider and a separate quote. Account information and payments remain in the agreed resident system.

How to organize documents and access for members?

We can organize documents by category and year, add clear descriptions, and include restricted access where agreed. Your HOA and its advisors identify the documents to publish, current versions, and access rules. Those decisions are made before development.

Is it possible to divide messages by settlements?

Yes, after determining the structure of the resource, we can plan separate pages, categories or filters. We will agree which announcements apply to the entire HOA and which apply to specific administration. Expiration dates, search engine, and notifications require you to define the scope of the features.

Can the site handle bug reports?

We can add a form routed to a designated person or a link to your existing maintenance request system. Status tracking, attachments, and data sharing are assessed separately. Your HOA sets service hours and response procedures; urgent repairs need a clearly identified phone contact.

How do you take into account website accessibility?

We plan a clear structure, contrast, keyboard operation, visible focus and convenient buttons. Accessibility also applies to content and downloads. If you need verification according to a specific WCAG standard, we will determine its version, level, scope of work and tests before pricing.

Will you move the archive and keep the domain and email?

After reviewing your current setup, we define which pages and files to move and where redirects are needed. We plan for your domain, email, and resident portal links to keep working. A large archive needs an inventory identifying which materials are current and should move to the new website.

What is included in SEO and ongoing website support?

The agreed performance may include structure, titles, headings and linking. Ongoing SEO is a separate service, with no ranking guarantee. We set the domain, hosting, licenses, updates and backups separately. It is also worth indicating who adds documents and is responsible for keeping them up to date.
