SEO/SEM EXPERIENCE. GETTING TO KNOW YOUR PLACE.
I bring over 17 years of SEO and SEM experience, including work with more than 200 clients across Poland and Europe. I apply that experience to website planning: helping people find the site, understand what you offer, and take the next step. The brands and figures shown refer to my SEO and SEM work.
We talk about rooms, cottages, meals and what makes your place stand out. We determine who you invite, what your stay looks like at different times of the year and how you accept reservations. We also check what guests ask most often on a phone. These answers create the content, layout and route to requesting a date.

6 EXAMPLES OF DESTINATIONS FOR AGRO TOURISM

YOUR PLACE. YOUR GUESTS.
A family with children checks the equipment and meals, a couple is looking for a quiet room, and a group asks about renting the entire house. We plan the website around your actual offer and the people you want to invite.
We will show the layout of the rooms, the number of places, access to the bathroom and kitchen and common areas. We will explain whether you serve meals and what amenities are available to families. The guest will check the conditions before asking about a specific room.
We will present the equipment, bedrooms, the area around the house and the rules for renting the entire property. We will describe the number of people, minimum stay and restrictions according to your services. The differences between the houses will be visible in their photos.
Workshops, contact with animals, regional cuisine or trips may complement overnight stays. We will show you what we organize on site, what requires prior arrangement and what is available seasonally. We will not add attractions that you do not offer.
FROM PHOTOS TO ASKING ABOUT A AVAILABILITY
An example guest journey: home page → room or cottage → price and conditions → request for a date. We will adjust the number of pages to what you offer. A small household can start with one tidy page.
Each type of accommodation can receive its own description and gallery. We will show the beds, occupancy, bathroom, kitchen and amenities as on site. We will label the photos so that it is clear which room they refer to.
We will tell you about your place and the people who receive guests. We will separate the attractions of the farm from the offers in the region. If you offer meals, we will describe how to order and the scope of meals.
We will arrange prices according to your rules: per room, per person or for the entire facility, with validity period and surcharges. We will show you the minimum stay, arrival times and child and pet policies you approve.
The guest will find a telephone number, an inquiry about the date, address and directions to the last section of the road. We will select a calendar or a transition to the system you are using as an option. The contact description will explain when your stay is confirmed.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
We will agree on pages, photos, content and features needed by your farm. The quote will determine what you supply, what we prepare and which options require additional cost.
We will combine the logo, photos of the interior and surroundings with a clear accommodation offer. Three free concepts will allow you to compare directions before deciding on paid website development.
Photos, prices and contact information should also be readable on a phone. We check the layout, menus, buttons and keyboard operation so that the guest can conveniently move from room to inquiry.
We will arrange accommodation, equipment, meals and stay policies. Assistance in editing copy and the number of pages are part of the quote. You confirm the farm data and pricing before publication.
We plan addresses, titles, headings and links between what you offer and information about the region. We describe the actual location and advantages of the place. We discuss ongoing SEO and advertising separately.
We will provide you with a telephone number, an inquiry form or a link to the system you are using. The availability calendar, payments and connection to portals require separate agreement and verification of the supplier's capabilities.
Before launching, we verify the content, photos, links and contact details. After approval, we provide your login details and discuss editing, maintenance and updates before the next season.
FROM INQUIRY TO CONFIRMATION OF STAY
You can accept inquiries by telephone, email or the system you use. We will adapt the website to your workflow. Simply submitting the form does not necessarily constitute a reservation - the guest should know what step confirms it.
We will prepare a short form with the date of arrival and departure, the number of people and the selected room or cottage. The description will make it clear that you are checking availability and responding with a service. At this stage, the data of all participants of the stay is not needed.
We will show you the number and preferred contact hours. When you inquire, we will describe the next steps: the host's response, agreeing on the terms and confirming according to your rules. We won't promise automatic approval if you don't use it.
If you use a booking tool, we will check the link or embedded widget. Availability synchronization with portals depends on the provider and configuration. We will determine the scope of integration, licenses and update dates before the quote.
The guest should know the confirmation, payment and cancellation conditions in accordance with your services. Online payments are an additional option. When planning them, we will discuss transaction processing and operator fees; You confirm the copy of the conditions before the start.
REAL PHOTOS. SPECIFICATIONS ABOUT YOUR STAY.
A landscape photo creates the first impression, but the guest also needs to see the bathroom, kitchen and the room he is choosing. We help combine the atmosphere of the place with practical information. The scope of copy editing and photo preparation is determined in the quote.
Current photos of rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, common spaces and surroundings will be useful. We will select frames showing real conditions. First, we will determine the missing materials; we discuss the photo session separately, if needed.
We collect information about sleeping arrangements, meals, parking, internet and amenities. We will also describe stairs, common spaces and restrictions that are important before arrival. It will be easier for the guest to assess whether the place suits him or her.
Your history, the way you welcome guests and your relaxation suggestions give your services character. We will separate attractions on site from those in the surrounding area. You will confirm distances, seasonality and possibility of participation; we will only use opinions with a given source.
Prices, stay packages, photos and policies may change before the holidays or winter. We will determine the content editing tools and the person responsible for keeping it up to date. A blog makes sense when you have topics and time to publish regularly.
SEE THE DESIGNS. THEN DECIDE.
Compare three concepts for the appearance and layout of your agritourism website. You will see different ways to show accommodation, photos and contact the host. This stage is free of charge, without a contract or deposit.
A brief description of the farm is enough: what you rent, who you invite and what you want to show. Add your current website address if you have one. You don't need a detailed brief. The suggestions will help you choose a direction before ordering the construction of your website.
The free concepts show possible designs and layouts. Building and launching your website is a separate, paid stage that begins only after you approve the scope and price.
WEBSITE - PRICE AND SCOPE
The cost depends on the number of pages and galleries, design, copy, content editing tools and booking features. After the conversation, you will receive a custom quote. The scenarios below show the possible range, without assigning ready prices to them.
For a small place with a simple offer. One organized page shows accommodation, photos, basic conditions and contact with the host.
For a farm with different accommodation or a broader range of services. Separate pages allow you to show rooms, meals, attractions and stay rules.
For a place that needs a calendar, connection to a reservation system or additional languages. We select features after checking the needs and tools used.
The website build and ongoing maintenance are priced separately. Your quote covers the pages, content, features, timeline, and revisions. Domain registration, hosting, renewals, and software licenses have separate costs. Ongoing website support, content updates, additional pages, and marketing are quoted separately. Your first 3 design concepts are free.
FOUR STAGES. CLEAR ARRANGEMENTS.
First, we define the purpose of the website and the materials needed. The schedule depends on the scope, photos and time for your approval. We confirm the terms of paid website development before starting this stage.
We discuss accommodation, guests, seasonality and how to accept reservations. If you have a website, we check its content and what is worth keeping. We define pages, photos and necessary features.
We show three free directions for appearance and layout. You compare the presentation of the place and provide comments. You decide whether you want to order further website development.
We confirm the price, scope, deadline and revisions. We develop the selected project, implement photos, descriptions and agreed features. You confirm information about accommodation, prices and stay policies.
We verify mobile layouts, galleries, links and the route to the query. After approval, we launch the website and provide your login details. We discuss editing, renewals and follow-up.
VISIBILITY, MAINTENANCE AND SUBSEQUENT SEASONS
A new house, photos after renovation or what you offer of autumn stays may require changes on the website. We will plan how to update and room for development. We define ongoing support and promotion as a separate scope.
Accommodation descriptions, consistent contact details and actual location content form the basis for ongoing marketing. We can discuss SEO and Google Ads separately. The website build does not guarantee rankings or number of bookings.
Before changing the website, we will check existing addresses, photos, content and redirects. We will arrange domain switching, hosting and email storage. We will take into account the booking system used and links from accommodation portals.
We agree on how to update pricing, photos, and seasonal offers. You can manage content yourself, request individual changes, or choose ongoing website support. Before launch, we explain maintenance costs and agree on who keeps the site current.

QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU START
Answers about pricing, photos, editing and reservations.
Yes. Your three initial design and layout concepts are free, with no deposit, contract, or obligation to continue. A brief description of your business and goals is enough to start. Building and launching the website is a separate, paid stage that begins only after you approve the scope and price.
We prepare a custom quote for your project. Accommodation pages, galleries, design, copy, content editing tools and additional features are important. Before development, you will learn the development scope and the separate costs of maintenance, license and ongoing support. The three design concepts remain free.
We set the timeline after reviewing the scope and availability of photos and descriptions. A website with several types of accommodation or integrations requires more work than a simple one-page website. The schedule includes your verification of prices, stay rules and project acceptance; you will review the schedule before paid development begins.
Photos of rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and surroundings, description of equipment, number of places, pricing and stay policies will be useful. Also provide your location, contact details and current website address. To start with, a short description is enough. Don't send guest details or booking history - the project is about your services.
For a small farm, one readable page may be enough. With different rooms, cottages, meals and numerous attractions, Consider separate pages. The selection results from the amount of information and how the guest chooses accommodation. We do not expand the menu just to have more addresses.
Yes, as an agreed option. We first decide whether you need an availability inquiry form or confirmed online bookings. We check your tool’s capabilities, embedding options, availability updates, and license costs. Online payments and automation are quoted separately.
The possibility and method of synchronization depend on the reservation system and the connections it handles. We will check available options before quoting. The website calendar itself does not ensure data exchange with portals; you need to determine the configuration, fees and person responsible for accessibility.
If you want to carry out updates, we will take into account the necessary editing access when choosing a solution. You can also order changes as part of a separate support plan. Before the start, we will determine who is responsible for the pricing, galleries and the correctness of information about availability.
The agreed scope may include the structure of what you offer, titles, headings and linking. We plan additional languages if you receive guests from abroad; translations and their updating are discussed in the quote. Ongoing SEO, new publications and advertising are separate services, with no guarantee of the number of bookings.
After checking the configuration, we will plan how to keep your domain and email working during the transition. We will review existing addresses, content and necessary redirects. We will take into account the booking system used and the links to the site to plan your transition to the new site.
There are the costs of the domain, hosting and possible licenses or subscriptions to the reservation system. Payments may involve carrier fees. We arrange maintenance, new content, integration and promotion separately. Before development, we discuss recurring costs, renewals and people responsible for service.
