SEO/SEM EXPERIENCE. LEARNING ABOUT YOUR PRACTICE.
I bring over 17 years of SEO and SEM experience, including work with more than 200 clients across Poland and Europe. I apply that experience to website planning: helping people find the site, understand what you offer, and take the next step. The brands and figures shown refer to my SEO and SEM work.
We discuss your specialties, clients, and session formats. We identify how to present coaching, mentoring, or workshops if you offer them. We also ask about the first conversation and ongoing work together. Those details shape the content, pages, and inquiry process.

6 CONCEPTS FOR COACHES

YOUR SPECIALIZATION. YOUR AUDIENCE.
A person planning a career change and a company ordering work with leaders have different questions. We build a website for a coach around the actual offer, audience and method of conducting meetings.
We will show you who you conduct sessions for and what topics you can apply for. We will describe the course of the first conversation, the form of meetings and the working arrangements. The visitor will get to know your approach without promises of a ready-made solution to every problem.
We will separate what you offer for leaders, teams and organizations according to your activity. We will present the work format, experience and how to agree on the program. A company inquiry may lead to a conversation about the goals, participants and scope of the project.
We will explain where and how meetings take place, what languages you work in and how to make an appointment. If you combine coaching with mentoring or workshops, we will organize these services. The customer will know which path to choose.
FROM SPECIALIZATION TO THE INITIAL CONVERSATION
Example path: home page → specialization → working process → introductory interview. We will select pages for what you offer. For a narrower practice, one page with well-organized sections will suffice.
Career, business, and personal coaching can have dedicated descriptions when you offer those services. We explain who each service is for, the topics covered, and the session format. Coaching, mentoring, and training are presented separately when their scope differs.
A photo, biography, experience and confirmed qualifications will allow you to get to know the person conducting the meetings. We will describe your approach and working arrangements. We will only use testimonials if they are true and you have the opportunity to publish them.
We will explain what the initial conversation looks like, how long the meeting lasts and how you work between sessions, according to your rules. You can show your own pricing, packages or pricing method. We will include information about rescheduling if it is part of what you offer.
A telephone call, a form or an agreed calendar will help you take the first step. We will show you the meeting place and how to work online. A blog, downloadable materials or a separate workshop offer are options that we will add for a specific use plan.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
We will agree on the pages, content and features needed by your coaching practice. You know what materials you provide, what we prepare and which options require additional pricing.
We will combine your photos, identification and method of communication with a clear offer. Three free concepts will allow you to compare layouts and visual directions before deciding on website development.
Specializations, session rules and contact details should also be easy to read on a phone. We check the menu, buttons, layout and keyboard operation. The visitor should easily find their way to the first conversation.
We organize your services, the people you help, and how sessions work. Your quote defines the copywriting and number of pages included. You approve descriptions of your methods, qualifications, and session policies.
We plan addresses, titles, headers and links between services. We take into account actual specializations and online or local reach. We discuss ongoing SEO, campaigns and regular publications separately.
We will select a form, telephone number or link to the calendar. Embedding reservations, paying for sessions and connecting to the newsletter require determining the scope, provider capabilities and tool costs.
Before launching, we verify the data, links and contact path. After approval, we provide your login details and discuss editing, renewals and further maintenance. The scope of post-launch service is determined separately.
INITIAL CONTACT ON YOUR RULES
One clear path may be enough to start with. We will select a contact based on how you accept applications, conduct initial interviews and set session dates. We will add advanced tools when they help you in your work.
To start, contact details and a general subject of the inquiry are sufficient. We will agree on the fields needed for the answer. Detailed personal stories and session notes should not be collected through a simple form on a quote page.
We will describe its purpose, form and duration according to your rules. If it's paid or free, we'll show it clearly. We do not assume a free coaching session - the terms of your services are set by you.
If you use a calendar, we will check the possibility of linking or embedding it on the page. When booking, we will agree on availability, time zones, confirmations and date changes. Provider subscription and configuration are separate scope items.
It may be useful for the organization to communicate separately about the work program with leaders or the team. The form may ask about the format, number of participants and date. You discuss the goals and detailed conditions later in a conversation with the client.
SPECIFIC WORDS. YOUR APPROACH.
The slogan about changing lives does not yet explain what collaboration looks like. We help you describe your audience, session topics and contact rules in your language. We base the content on materials from you; we determine the editing access during the quote.
We collect your specializations and typical questions before starting collaboration. We describe what coaching is about, what a given service includes and when it is worth asking about it. We do not promise a specific result or add new competences.
A portrait, logo, biography and information about completed training or accreditation will be useful. We check the names and designations against your documents. We publish opinions according to their actual content and agreed use.
How to arrange the initial conversation? Are meetings held online? What does the session cycle look like? We translate such questions into descriptions and FAQs. We distinguish coaching from mentoring or training if you provide more than one type of service.
A blog, podcast, newsletter or guide may explain your approach. We will add them if you have a goal and a driving plan. We will determine the author, editing and updating methods so that the development of the website suits your capabilities.
SEE THE DESIGNS. THEN DECIDE.
See three design and layout concepts for your coaching practice. You will compare ways of presenting your specialization, approach and initial conversation. This stage is free of charge, without a contract or deposit.
Tell us who you work with, what services you provide and what you want to show on the website. You can add your current address and examples of the style you like. You don't need a detailed brief to start a conversation about the project.
The free concepts show possible designs and layouts. Building and launching your website is a separate, paid stage that begins only after you approve the scope and price.
PRICE, SCOPE AND MAINTENANCE
The price of a website for a coach depends on the pages, design, copy, content editing tools and features. After the conversation, you will receive a custom quote. These scenarios help you compare scope - they are not fixed-price packages.
For a coach with one main service. One page organizes what you offer, introduces you and helps you arrange the first conversation.
For a practice combining several specialties or audiences. Separate pages explain the scope of individual services and offers for companies.
For those developing workshops, materials or bookings. We will determine the scope of tools and their costs before development begins.
The website build and ongoing maintenance are priced separately. The quote will specify pages, content, features, deadline and scope of revisions. We'll discuss domain, hosting, renewals, and fees for a calendar or other tools separately. We define ongoing support, new materials and promotion as additional scope. Your first 3 design concepts are free.
FOUR STAGES. CLEAR ARRANGEMENTS.
We start by agreeing on your goals and the content needed. The timeline depends on the project scope and time for your feedback and approval. We confirm the development terms before paid work begins.
We discuss your specialties, clients, and session policies. We review your current website, identify the pages and contact options needed, and agree on which materials you have and where you need help.
We will show three free design and layout suggestions. You compare the way What you offer is presented and provide comments. You decide whether you want to order paid website development.
We confirm the scope, price, deadline and revisions. We develop the selected project, implement the content and agreed features. You confirm information about qualifications, methods and project terms.
We verify the mobile layout, links and the route to the first conversation. After approval, we launch the website and provide your login details. We discuss editing, renewals and optional website support.
A SITE THAT KEEPS UP WITH YOUR SERVICES
A new specialization, corporate program or workshop may require additional pages. We will plan the structure and update process so that what you offer can be developed in stages. We agree on each additional scope separately.
Specialization descriptions, titles and logical linking form the basis of promotion. We can discuss SEO, content development and Google Ads campaigns separately. Site launch does not guarantee rankings, traffic or number of submissions.
We will review old addresses, articles and materials to determine what to keep and where redirects are needed. We will plan the domain, hosting and email. We will also take into account your current calendar or other tools you use.
We agree on how to update services, session details, and workshop dates. You can manage content yourself, request individual changes, or choose an ongoing website support plan. We explain renewal costs and agree on who keeps the content current before work begins.

QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU START
Answers about pricing, content, booking, and ongoing website support.
Yes. Your three initial design and layout concepts are free, with no deposit, contract, or obligation to continue. A brief description of your business and goals is enough to start. Building and launching the website is a separate, paid stage that begins only after you approve the scope and price.
We prepare a custom quote for your project. Pages, copy, appearance, content editing tools and features, e.g. calendar or payments, are important. Before development, you will learn the development scope and separate costs of maintenance, license and optional website support.
We set the timeline after reviewing the scope and materials. One website presenting a service requires different work than a website with several specializations and reservations. The schedule also includes your approval of the content and design; you will review the schedule before paid development begins.
Share your specialties, the clients you work with, session formats, policies, and contact details. A photo, logo, bio, verified qualifications, and your current website are helpful. Do not send clients’ personal histories or session notes.
Yes, as an agreed option. We can plan to link to or embed the tool after checking the capabilities of the provider. We will arrange dates, time zones, confirmations and changes to the reservation. The cost of license, subscription and configuration is discussed separately.
No. You set the terms of your service. The website may clearly present a paid session, a free introductory call or a request for collaboration. The three free concepts in this offer concern the website design at zaborski-pro.com, not your sessions.
We may include these in the quote if they are applicable to your practice. We will first check the supplier, method of purchase, confirmation and connection with the tools used. Operator fees, subscriptions and content needed for sale are determined before development begins.
If you offer both types of collaboration, we can prepare separate sections or pages. Each will explain the audience, scope, format and rules for getting started. You approve descriptions according to your workflow; we do not add specializations that you do not run.
If you want to update services, pricing, or articles yourself, we choose editing tools that support those tasks. You can also request individual updates or ongoing website support. We agree on how the site will be managed and who approves content before development begins.
The agreed scope can include page URLs, titles, headings, and internal links that help people find your services. Content reflects your actual coverage and credentials. We do not guarantee search rankings, new clients, or a particular outcome in any legal matter.
After checking the current configuration, we will plan how to keep your domain and email working during the transition. We will look through articles, old addresses and necessary redirects. We'll also discuss a calendar and other tools to help you plan your transition to your new site.
There are the costs of the domain, hosting and possible licenses or subscriptions to selected tools. We arrange maintenance, new pages, content and promotion separately. Before development, we will discuss renewals and recurring costs.
