First, I get to know your club.
Then I plan your website.

I bring over 17 years of SEO and SEM experience, including work with more than 200 clients across Poland and Europe. I apply that experience to website planning: helping people find the site, understand what you offer, and take the next step. The brands and figures shown refer to my SEO and SEM work.

We talk about disciplines, teams, training groups and people who manage the club's communication. We determine whether the priority is registration, informing fans or talking to sponsors. We also check who will update the results and schedule. Based on this, we choose the layout, content and features.

Sports club websites.
Built around the way you work.

The football club publishes the league schedule, the academy conducts registration, and the swimming section shows groups and training places. We will choose the scope of the website depending on the discipline, the scale of the club and the information needed by its community.

League clubs and teams

Football, volleyball, basketball or handball - we will show teams, staff, the next match and results. We will determine the division into seasons and how to complete the schedule. The fan will find information before and after the match.

Academies, childcare centers and UKS

The parent should be able to check the years, levels, coaches, places of classes and the rules of the first training. We will plan the registration path and the transition to the parent zone used. Information about fees and group availability results from the rules of your club.

Sections and individual sports

For karate, judo, tennis, swimming or athletics, the schedule, level of classes and competition calendar may be more important. In a multi-section club, we will organize the disciplines and assign them the appropriate information and contact details of the coordinator.

A clear structure for your website.
Teams, schedules, and ways to join.

Example paths: parent → training group → registration; fan → next match → entry information; sponsor → club → collaboration proposal. We will adjust the number of pages to the information that the club actually wants to publish.

01
Teams, sections and coaches

Separate pages may present seniors, the academy and individual sections. We will show the staff, roles of trainers, levels and places of classes. The division will help you find the right team without browsing the entire website.

02
Schedule, results and news

We will plan a view of the next event, season schedule, results and reports. In individual sports, it may be a competition calendar. We will determine the content editing tools or downloading data before the quote; automatic table requires a verified source.

03
Registration and training information

We will explain what age groups or levels the classes are for, where they take place and how to ask about the first training. Information about equipment, fees and current registration will be useful. The parent will immediately see the next step.

04
Sponsors, club and contact

We will present the history, activities and proven achievements of the club. Sponsors can have their own page with agreed exhibitions and contact details of the person responsible for collaboration. We will add directions and media information as needed.

Your website, from design to launch.
What’s included in the project.

We will agree on the appearance, pages and features needed by your club. The scope will determine the materials to be delivered, the content editing tools and elements priced additionally. The Site may work with the registration, ticketing or communication tools you use.

Design in your club’s colors

We will combine the coat of arms, colors and photos of the team with a layout corresponding to the character of the club. Three free concepts will show you different ways of presenting your website before you decide to build a website for free.

Readability also on match day

The fan should find the date and place of the meeting on a phone, and the parent should find information about the training. We check menus, buttons, text layout and keyboard operation at different screen widths.

Content for athletes, parents and sponsors

We will organize information about teams, registration, training and collaboration. The number of pages and editorial assistance are part of the quote. The club approves sports and organizational data and materials for publication.

SEO basics for disciplines and locations

We plan clear URLs, page titles, headings, and internal links. Class descriptions reflect the actual training locations and age or skill groups served. Ongoing SEO, content, and advertising are discussed separately.

Registration and existing tools

We will select an inquiry form, a link to the parent zone or a ticketing system. Store, payments, downloading results and other integrations require recognition of the supplier's capabilities and a separate quote.

Testing and preparation for service

Before starting, we check the data, links and route to registration or contact. After approval, we launch the website and provide your login details. We discuss how to change the schedule, lineup, sponsors and news.

Make joining your club easier.
From finding a group to signing up.

The website is intended to explain who you are offering classes to and how to join. Before we choose a form or registration system, we will determine the method of accepting new players and the person responsible for the response.

01
First the actual group

Year, level of advancement and place of classes will help you choose a section. We will show whether registration is ongoing, what the first training session looks like and with whom to confirm availability. The schedule and rules of participation come from the club.

02
Short inquiry about training

To begin with, it may be enough to contact the parent or interested person and select a group. We will select the fields for the club process. The documents, consents and information required for proper registration can be provided later in an agreed system.

03
Use of current tools

If the club uses a parent area or sign-up platform, we will arrange a visible passage to it. Link, embedded form and data exchange vary in scope. We will check the possibility of connection before promising automation.

04
A separate path for the fan and sponsor

Game pages can show admission details or ticket links if your club sells tickets. Sponsorship inquiries go to the appropriate contact. These options stay distinct from player registration.

Content that helps people choose.
Clear details and relevant photos.

The site is useful when terms, groups and contact information remain current. We collect information from the club and determine who will approve and change it. We will include assistance in preparing descriptions and transferring materials in the quote.

01
Coat of arms, colors and photos

Coat of arms files, photos of teams, coaches and training venues will be useful. We will select materials that the club can use and publish. We will show its real character, instead of assigning it random photos.

02
Groups, schedules and registration rules

We will collect disciplines, years, levels, places, days of classes and information about the first training. You will provide fees and registration rules in accordance with the club's offer. For each group we will indicate the contact and how to update.

03
History and collaboration with sponsors

Proven achievements, community activities and facts about the club will help describe the organization. The partners' logos and the terms of their presentation are approved by the club. The description of collaboration is intended to show specific opportunities and a person to talk to.

04
Editorial staff in the rhythm of the season

We will determine who publishes the result, training change and event announcement. We will discuss the season archive and staff and sponsor updates. An extensive blog or live coverage makes sense if the club can run them regularly.

Scope, features, and ongoing costs.

The production, maintenance and management of the content are separate arrangements. The quote will specify pages, features, deadline and revisions. You receive three initial design concepts free of charge.

From our first conversation
to your finished website.

We start with your needs and content, then present three design concepts. Paid development begins after you approve the scope, price, and timeline. If you want to launch before the season or registration opens, we include that goal in our planning.

01
I'm getting to know your club

We discuss disciplines, teams, registration and information for fans and sponsors. We check the current website and the systems used. We determine the pages, content editing tools and people responsible for the materials.

02
You get 3 concepts

We will show three free design and layout suggestions. You compare the ways of presenting the club and provide comments. Then you decide whether you want to order the creation of the website.

03
We Agree on the Scope and Build

We confirm the scope, price, deadline and revisions. We develop the selected project and implement approved content and features. The club checks the schedule, information about teams, contact details and registration rules.

04
We check and run

We verify mobile layouts, links and agreed user paths. After approval, we publish the website and provide the agreed access. We discuss updating the season and maintaining the website.

A website that grows with you.
Updates, support, and next steps.

A change in the lineup, a new training group or another sponsor require an update. We will plan a structure that will allow us to organize subsequent seasons and develop the club's activities. We will determine the method of operation and additional work before the start.

Visibility of registration and disciplines

Clear program descriptions, real training locations, and useful pages support future marketing. We can discuss SEO and Google Ads for registration or events separately. Launching a website does not guarantee rankings, registrations, or sponsorships.

Relocation of the current site

We will check the content, addresses, season archive and necessary redirects. We will determine how to keep the domain and email. Transferring data from a previous panel or platform requires access and recognition of its format.

Post-start-up support

The content editing tools will be chosen by the people running the website. You can agree to add content yourself, make individual changes or follow up. We will determine responsibility for schedules, results, technical updates and renewals.

The best part? Hearing from clients.

Feedback on the ideas, communication, and details that make a difference.

Sports club web design FAQs.
What to know before you start.

Answers about free concepts, pricing, registration, sports data and daily editing.

Are the 3 design concepts really free?

Yes. You receive three initial design and layout concepts without a fee, contract, or deposit. You are under no obligation to continue. Creating a working website and launching it is the next, paid stage after you approve the scope and price.

How much does a website for a sports club cost?

We set the quote individually. The number of teams and pages, design, editing of materials, content editing tools, migration and integration are important. Before development, you will learn the development scope and separate costs of maintenance, license and optional website support. You don't have to order all the features at the start.

How long does it take to create a website and will we make it before the season?

We confirm the date after knowing the scope, materials and availability of people approving the project. Write when the registration or season starts. We will determine what information is needed to start and whether the remaining elements can be implemented later. We do not promise a date without recognizing the work.

What should I prepare for a sports club's website?

To begin with, a description of the club, discipline, group and goals of the new website will suffice. You will need the coat of arms, colors, photos, information about coaches, graphics, registration and contact details. The club approves the materials and the possibility of their publication. We can include the editing or transfer of content in the quote.

Can I add results and news myself?

We plan this possibility within the agreed scope. We will determine who will edit the page, what elements should be changed and whether a division of roles is needed. Managing results, staff and schedules may require views other than regular news. We choose the content editing tools before development begins.

Will the schedule and league table be updated automatically?

Automatic updates can be assessed as an additional feature. We first check the data source, usage rights, format, fees, and update frequency. Without a suitable source, we can plan manual updates or links to official results. Adding a schedule does not automatically connect it to league data.

Can the website support registration and a parent area?

The website can introduce age groups, explain what to expect at a first practice, and offer an inquiry form or registration link. Embedded registration, parent accounts, and data sharing require separate planning. Initial inquiries collect only what is needed to respond; full registration follows your club’s process.

Can ticket sales or a fan shop be added?

We discuss such features as options. We can examine the transition to the current platform, the embedding of its tool, or a broader connection. The quote is preceded by determining the supplier, payment, commission, order processing and entry control. The information page does not automatically contain a complete sales system.

How to plan a place for club sponsors?

We will determine where logos, partner descriptions and contact information regarding collaboration should appear. A separate sponsorship page and display for the team or event is possible. The club approves the materials and conditions of the presentation. The website facilitates conversation, but does not guarantee obtaining a sponsor.

Can we keep the domain, mail and archived seasons?

We plan such a migration after checking the current website and access. We determine which addresses and materials to keep, where redirects are needed and how to switch the page without accidentally changing the email address. The amount of archived content and the possibility of exporting it affect the quote.

Does website development include SEO and subsequent maintenance?

The development scope may include the technical basics of SEO: addresses, titles, headers and linking. We determine ongoing SEO, campaigns, new content and maintenance separately. Before the start, we will determine the cost of renewals and responsibility for technical updates and sports information. We can cooperate remotely with clubs from all over Poland.
