SEO/SEM EXPERIENCE. LEARNING ABOUT YOUR PRACTICE.
I bring over 17 years of SEO and SEM experience, including work with more than 200 clients across Poland and Europe. I apply that experience to website planning: helping people find the site, understand what you offer, and take the next step. The brands and figures shown refer to my SEO and SEM work.
We discuss the animals you treat, your services, team, and appointment process. We identify what pet owners need before calling and before visiting. A small-animal practice needs a different website than a multi-specialty clinic or mobile veterinary service. Those details shape the pages, content, and features.

6 CONCEPTS FOR VET

YOUR INDUSTRY. YOUR CUSTOMERS.
The type of facility, the species accepted and the method of making appointments affect the layout of the site. We will show the actual scope of activity so that the caregiver can check whether he has come to the right place.
Dog, cat or other boarded species services, hours and telephone numbers should be easy to find. The website will explain how to make an appointment and where the entrance to the office is.
For practices with a broader service range, we organize services and veterinarian profiles, with relevant contact or booking options. You verify the practice name, team qualifications, and availability of each service before publication.
For the service of farms, horses or visits with travel, we will show the species, the scope of assistance and the area of operation. We will describe the rules for arranging trips and contact hours, according to your workflow.
FROM FIRST IMPRESSION TO INQUIRY
Example path: home page → service or doctor → pre-visit information → telephone or reservation. We will select pages to suit your services; for a narrower scope, sections on one page are enough.
Prevention, diagnostics, surgery or dentistry may have separate descriptions if they are part of your services. For each service, we will indicate the species supported and how to arrange an appointment. The scope and names of services are approved by the facility.
Team profiles will show confirmed qualifications and areas of work. Your own photos of the office, waiting room and entrance will help you prepare for your arrival. We will select materials that you can publish.
Using information from your practice, we explain how to book, when to call before a visit, and how appointments work. Pricing or an explanation of how fees are calculated can be included as agreed.
The address, entrance, parking lot and telephone will make it easier to get there. If there are several branches, we will assign their own data to each one. We will only provide information about on-call or out-of-hours assistance based on actual availability.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
We will agree on the appearance, pages, content and features needed by your facility. The scope will determine what materials you provide, what we prepare and which options require separate testing and pricing.
We will combine the logo, colors and our own photos with a clear presentation of services. Three free concepts will allow you to compare directions before deciding on paid website development.
The caregiver should easily find the hours, telephone number and appointment booking method also on a small screen. We check the layout, menus, buttons and keyboard operation on the way from the service to the contact.
We will organize services, team profiles and information before your visit. Editorial assistance and the number of pages are part of the quote. Medical descriptions and instructions for caregivers are approved by a veterinarian.
We plan addresses, titles, headings and links between pages. We describe the location and scope in accordance with the facility's activities. We discuss ongoing SEO and content development separately.
We will select a telephone number, a form and a possible link to the appointment calendar. Embedding a tool or fully integrating it depends on its capabilities. We will determine the licenses, configuration and scope of the connection before development begins.
Before launch, we verify data, links and agreed contact paths. After approval, we provide your login details and discuss editing hours, services and messages.
CONTACT TAILORED TO YOUR WORKFLOW
A scheduled consultation and an urgent question require different paths. The website should explain when to use the phone and when to book online, in line with your facility's admissions policy.
A visible number will allow you to start a call on your phone with one touch. Below we will show contact hours and admission rules. We do not suggest 24/7 availability if you do not provide it.
If you use the opt-in system, we will check whether you can add a link or widget. We will determine which appointments can be made online and whether you choose a service or a doctor. We discuss tool costs separately.
The short form can be used to ask about a service or a date. We'll describe what it's for and how the facility handles responses. We do not present it as a channel for immediate help or automatic diagnosis.
We will show you your emergency reporting policy and the correct contact number. If a different point is on duty, we will arrange the information and link with the facility. The message must correspond to the actual organization of work.
CUSTOMER LANGUAGE. SPECIFICATIONS ABOUT YOUR COMPANY.
Pet owners need clear descriptions of services and what to expect at a visit. We organize the materials you provide. Your quote defines the copywriting included, and a veterinarian must approve all animal health content.
We collect a list of services, admitted animals and available tests. We describe the actual offer and how to arrange an appointment. We do not add specializations or equipment availability without confirmation.
The logo, photos of the team, interior and entrance, and descriptions of the doctors will be useful. Your own materials allow you to get to know the facility before you arrive. We will only use photos and information intended for publication.
Do I have to register? Where to park? How to contact me before the test? We will move the answers to the FAQ and admission descriptions. Instructions for preparing the animal for a specific test are provided and approved by the doctor.
We will determine how to change hours, messages and team composition. A blog or guides are an option once you have a plan for running them. We will determine who approves medical content and is responsible for keeping it up to date.
SEE THE DESIGNS. THEN DECIDE.
Compare three concepts for the appearance and layout of your facility's website. You'll see different ways to show services, doctors and contact information. This stage is free of charge, without a contract or deposit.
All you need is a description of the office, the animals accepted and what you want to change on the website. You don't need a detailed brief. The suggestions will help you choose a direction before ordering the construction of your website.
The free concepts show possible designs and layouts. Building and launching your website is a separate, paid stage that begins only after you approve the scope and price.
WEBSITE - PRICE AND SCOPE
The cost depends on the number of pages, design, content preparation, content editing tools and additional features. After the conversation, you will receive a custom quote. The scenarios below show differences in scope, not fixed-price packages.
For a facility with a smaller range of services. One page presents the services, accepted animals, team and contact information.
For a facility with a broader range of services or several doctors. Separate pages organize benefits, team profiles and admission rules.
For an institution that needs a calendar, several locations, educational materials or additional additional languages.
The website build and ongoing maintenance are priced separately. Your quote covers the pages, content, features, timeline, and revisions. Domain registration, hosting, renewals, and software licenses have separate costs. Ongoing website support, content updates, additional pages, and marketing are quoted separately. Your first 3 design concepts are free.
FOUR STAGES. CLEAR ARRANGEMENTS.
We start by getting to know the facility and its workflow. The schedule depends on the scope, materials and time for your approval. We confirm the price and terms of paid website development before starting this stage.
We discuss the services, accepted genres, team and rules of appointment booking. If you have a website, we determine what to keep and what to improve. We define the necessary pages and features.
We show three free directions for appearance and layout. You compare the facility's presentation and provide comments. You decide whether you want to order the website build.
We confirm the price, scope, deadline and revisions. We develop the selected project, implement the content and agreed features. The facility approves data, service descriptions and medical information.
We verify mobile layouts, links, contact and agreed booking transition. After approval, we launch the website and provide your login details. We discuss editing and renewal costs.
VISIBILITY, MAINTENANCE AND NEXT STEPS
A new doctor, a change in hours or another admission point require an update of the website. We will plan the content editing tools and room for development. We agree on maintenance, additional content and ongoing marketing as a separate scope.
Clear service descriptions, addresses and consistent facility data help organize what you offer. We can discuss further SEO activities separately. The creation of a website does not guarantee rankings, traffic or number of visits.
We will look through old content, addresses and necessary redirects. We will arrange domain switching, hosting and email storage. We will also include existing links to registrations and facility profiles.
We agree on how to update hours, services, and team profiles. You can manage content yourself, request individual changes, or choose ongoing website support. Responsibility for keeping content and contact details current is confirmed before launch.

QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU START
Answers about pricing, content, appointment booking, and maintenance for your veterinary website.
Yes. Your three initial design and layout concepts are free, with no deposit, contract, or obligation to continue. A brief description of your business and goals is enough to start. Building and launching the website is a separate, paid stage that begins only after you approve the scope and price.
We prepare a custom quote for your project. The number of pages, design, copy, content editing tools and features, e.g. reservations or several locations, are important. Before development, you will learn the development scope and the separate costs of maintenance, license and optional website support.
We set the timeline once the scope is clear and we know when your content will be ready. An extensive range of services or integration requires more work than a simple one-page website. The schedule takes into account the approval of the project and verification of the content by the facility; you will review the schedule before paid development begins.
To start, all you need are the services, accepted species, location, hours and method of appointment booking. A logo, your own photos and descriptions of the team will be useful. You don't need to have a complete brief. For the project, we need information about the facility - without treatment documentation and data of animal guardians.
We match them to the actual offer: services, doctor profiles, first visit, contact and directions. Diagnostics, prevention or other services provided can be distinguished. For a simpler offer, sections on one page will suffice. We plan the blog and pricing according to your needs.
We can plan a link to the system used or check the possibility of embedding a widget. Full integration requires identification of the supplier's capabilities and a separate quote. We will determine the types of visits available, the choice of doctor and the costs of the tool. The service page does not replace documentation software.
We will include the number, contact hours and a message consistent with the work organization of your facility. We won't suggest 24/7 support if you don't provide it. The form and calendar should not promise an immediate response. You approve content regarding urgent admissions before publication.
If you want to edit hours, services, doctor profiles or news, we will take this into account when selecting the solution and pricing. You can also order changes as part of a separate support plan. Before the start, we will determine the necessary access and responsibility for current data.
We can help edit and organize the materials provided by the facility. Medical content, pre-test instructions and qualifications information require veterinarian approval. A blog is an additional option with an agreed author and update method.
The agreed scope may include the structure of pages, titles, headings and linking. We describe services and locations in accordance with the facility's activities. Ongoing SEO and regular publications are separate services. Launching a website does not guarantee high rankings or the number of visits.
After checking the current configuration, we will plan how to keep your domain and email working during the transition. We will review addresses and content, plan necessary redirects and transition to the new website. We will include working links to the appointment booking calendar.
There are the costs of the domain, hosting and possible licenses or subscription to the reservation system. We arrange maintenance, new pages, content and promotion separately. Before development, we discuss recurring fees, renewals and people responsible for servicing.
Let's talk about your practice's website.

Describe what animals you accept, what services the facility offers and what the new website is intended to facilitate. We will prepare three free concepts to help you choose your direction.
Provide a location, current website address and how to make an appointment. Specify whether you need service pages, doctor profiles or a calendar. A description of the facility is enough - without documentation of treatment and data of animal guardians.
