First, I get to know your studio.
Then I plan your website.

I bring over 17 years of SEO and SEM experience, including work with more than 200 clients across Poland and Europe. I apply that experience to website planning: helping people find the site, understand what you offer, and take the next step. The brands and figures shown refer to my SEO and SEM work.

We discuss your artists, styles, and booking process. We agree on who handles inquiries, how clients choose an artist, and what they need before a consultation. A solo artist’s website needs a different structure than a studio with several artists and guest spots.

Tattoo websites.
Built around the way you work.

The number of artists and your booking process shape the portfolio and contact options. A solo artist’s website may focus on one style. A larger studio also needs clear artist profiles and information about contacting the front desk.

Independent tattoo artist

Your work, style description and consultation method form the center of the site. We will select representative tattoos and show you how to submit your own idea. A short website can combine your portfolio, information about you and contact information.

Studio with several artists

Each artist can have a profile with their work and specialties. Clients can explore a style and find the artist behind it. We agree on whether inquiries go directly to artists or are managed centrally by the studio.

Guest spots and additional offers

We will show guest artists, walk-ins, piercings or vouchers if they are part of your services. Date information requires updating. Voucher sales and additional languages are options to be agreed separately.

A clear structure for your website.
Artists, portfolios, and consultations.

An example customer journey: home page → style or artist → selected works → idea submission. We will choose the number of pages depending on the team and materials. Each of them should help you make the next decision.

01
Portfolio by style and artist

The works can be organized by artist, e.g. fine line, realism or blackwork. We will only show the styles present in your studio. We will agree on filters and separate galleries depending on the number of photos, instead of expanding an empty catalog.

02
Tattoo artists and studio profiles

A photo of the artist, a description of the approach and his portfolio help to choose the right person. Information about the location and actual work standards will complement the presentation. We do not add qualifications, awards or opinions without confirmation.

03
Quote, registration and first session

We explain how to submit an idea, what affects pricing, and when an appointment is confirmed. Booking and rescheduling policies are easy to find. FAQs, preparation guidance, and aftercare instructions are published only after your studio approves them.

04
Contact, directions and current offer

The address, contact hours and directions will help you get to your consultation. Guest spots, vouchers and piercings can have their own place. Links to social profiles will complement the portfolio and inquiry path.

Your website, from design to launch.
What’s included in the project.

We will agree on the appearance, galleries, artists' pages and contact method. The scope will determine what materials you provide, what we prepare and which features require additional arrangements. The photos are intended to show the work clearly on a phone as well.

Design that reflects your studio

Logo, typography and photographs will create a setting for your works. Three free concepts will allow you to compare directions. We will adjust the website style to the brand, and the layout will make it easy to browse the portfolio.

Convenient gallery on a phone

We will select the sizes and formats of the photos and the method of loading them. We check readability, menus, buttons and keyboard operation. We will define the number of galleries, filtering and zoom view in a range.

Artist profiles and booking information

We will organize specializations, team descriptions and information before the consultation. The editing access is part of the quote. The studio approves the facts about what you offer, registration rules and all instructions to clients.

SEO basics for your services

We plan addresses, titles, headings and links between artists, styles and contact. The location description results from the actual workplace. We discuss ongoing SEO and advertising campaigns separately.

Contact and agreed tools

The form can lead to submitting an idea, and a phone call can lead to a quick conversation. A link to the calendar, an embedded registration system, payments or connection with another tool require verification and a separate quote.

Page verification and forwarding

Before launching, we check the artists' details, photos, links and contact details. After approval, we provide your login details. We discuss adding work, updating deadlines, and continuing support.

Start with an idea and a conversation.
Then discuss pricing and appointments.

An individual tattoo requires determining the motif, scale and capabilities of the artist. An inquiry through the website starts a conversation. We will adjust the method of confirming the session to your rules so that the client knows at what stage his/her application is.

01
Idea submission

The form may ask about the motif, approximate size, location of the tattoo and the selected artist. It will collect the information needed for the first response. Attachments with inspirations are an option to be agreed upon, specifying the format and method of handling.

02
The right contact person

We agree on whether inquiries go to the front desk or a specific artist, and place contact options beside their work. Clients who are unsure whom to choose can share an idea with the studio and ask for a recommendation.

03
A booking calendar, as agreed

If you use Booksy or another booking system, we check linking and embedding options. Consultations and tattoo sessions may have different availability rules. Integrations and provider fees are discussed before development.

04
Confirmation without understatement

We will clarify whether the customer sends a question, signs up for a consultation or reserves an available date. The rules for the booking fee, rescheduling and response are determined by your process. Simply submitting an idea does not necessarily mean a session has been booked.

Content that helps people choose.
Clear details and relevant photos.

The photos show the style and the description helps to understand the collaboration. We will select materials that introduce artists, answer questions before the session and lead to contact. The scope of preparation of copy and galleries is determined in the quote.

01
Selected works and their authors

Prepare sharp photos and attribution to artist and style. If you show fresh and healed works, we will mark them as described. We will use materials that you may post; we do not replace portfolios with random photos.

02
Artist profiles and studio photos

Logos, portraits, short biographies and interior photos will help you get to know the people and the place. We will determine what each person specializes in and how they accept applications. Confirmed opinions can be used in an agreed form.

03
Answers before the first session

How to describe an idea? When will I know the price? Can I choose the artist? Your answers will create an FAQ and registration rules. Instructions for preparation, care and description of work standards require approval by the studio.

04
Portfolio current after launch

We will determine who adds new works, changes the team composition and publishes guest spots. We select the content editor or ordered updates to suit the way we work. It is worth planning a blog when the studio has an author and time to run it.

Tattoo web design FAQs.
What to know before you start.

Answers about design concepts, pricing, portfolios, and booking options for your tattoo studio website.

Are the 3 design concepts really free?

Yes. Your three initial design and layout concepts are free, with no deposit, contract, or obligation to continue. A brief description of your business and goals is enough to start. Building and launching the website is a separate, paid stage that begins only after you approve the scope and price.

How much does a website for a tattoo studio cost?

We prepare a custom quote for your project. The number of artists and pages, galleries, content preparation, editing and features are important. Before development, you will receive the scope and price, as well as the separate costs of the domain, hosting, license and optional website support.

How long does it take to create a website for a tattoo studio?

We set the timeline after reviewing the scope and available photos and content. A site with several artist profiles or integrations needs different planning than a simple solo artist site. The schedule includes time for your content review and design approval.

I have Instagram. What can your own website make easier?

The website can organize selected works by artist and style, collect subscription rules and lead to one contact path. Your social media profile can still show your current work. We will plan to connect both places according to how you serve customers.

What photos and information should you prepare?

Sharp photos of works with attribution to authors, descriptions of styles, portraits of artists, logos and contact details will be useful. Additionally, the registration rules and the current website address. We will determine which materials you can publish and where editorial assistance is needed.

Can a portfolio have filters and artist profiles?

Yes, within the agreed scope. Galleries, style and artist filters, and photo editing tools are chosen to suit your portfolio. A smaller collection may need only one well-organized gallery. Filters are added when they are useful.

Does the form immediately book a session?

Just asking for an idea usually starts arrangements with the artist. We will clearly describe your method of confirming your appointment on the website. If you need a consultation calendar or registration for specific sessions, we discuss its possibilities and scope separately.

Is it possible to connect the site to Booksy or another calendar?

We will check the possibility of adding a link, embedding a widget or other agreed connection. The scope depends on the provider and the method of registration. Licenses, subscriptions, payments and notifications require separate arrangements; they are not the default element of every page.

Can I add new tattoos and guest spots myself?

If you want to handle galleries and guest dates yourself, we will determine the necessary editing access before choosing a solution. You can also order updates. We'll discuss who publishes content, how it's credited to artists, and when it removes outdated terms.

Does website development include SEO?

The agreed scope may include structure, titles, headings, image descriptions and linking. Ongoing SEO, new content and campaigns are separate services. We do not guarantee a specific Google ranking or the number of registrations for sessions.

Can I keep my domain and email during the rebuild?

After reviewing your setup, we plan the domain switch and continued email service. We check existing URLs and redirects and plan updates to links from social profiles and booking tools.
